Passing through traveling and Yelped for some good lunch options. Found this place and gave it a try. The owner greeted us and encouraged us to try the special. He brought out some soup his wife had made. Excellent. I ordered the special, green papaya salad with fried chicken and sticky rice, which he claimed is a Thai "Ozarks" regular. I LOVED the yellow curry! I got it without potatoes due to personal preference and I was very pleased with the outcome!! I also got the spring rolls and they have a yummy dipping sauce. Great food. I've eaten Thai food all over the country, and Blazing Noodlez prepares a solid product that is fresh and wonderfully authentic. Try the Panang if you have never eaten Thai curry before. It's a good place to start if you are unfamiliar. Heat levels are a little gringo-ized, but that's to be expected smack dab in the center of downtown Corinth, MS. You can ask them to crank up the spice and they will oblige. Decor needs some work, but the food more than overshadows what I am sure is on the owners' to-do list. Pretty good Thai food but not great. Fried tofu app was well cooked and had a good sweet sauce. Curry was good if maybe a little too sweet. Basil chicken was good but oversalted. If you like spicy Thai make sure and ask for Thai hot as neither dish was very spicy. Food came out quickly and all was hot and fresh. Would stop in again while passing through town. read more

Another place that doesn't look like much but it really is a gem! I love Thai & Indian food but it's hard to find really good places here. This one is amazing! The owner & his wife are both very hands on here. He pitches in to take orders, wait tables or whatever is needed. He also brought us extra bread and to go cups. Just had lunch here today after it was highly recommended by some friends. Appetizers were perfection! Especially the chicken larb w mint and scallions wrapped in big yummy cabbage leaves. I was tempted to use my straw to drink the sauce left on the plate. Potstickers with peanut sauce were light and crispy and divine. We ordered 3 main courses and had enough leftover for supper! blazing chicken salad was unique and delicious with crunchy bean sprouts and glass noodles. Waiter was the owner and chef is his wife...both delightful. Place is clean and cheery and you can tell with every bite how much care and attention they put into all their dishes. After a long day of fishing with buddies at pickwick lake we were heading home to Memphis and decided to stop in Corinth for dinner. I'm not too familiar with thai food, but every dish was scrumptious!! Peanut sauce very appealing. Not thick like most. More like a fish sauce. Very delectable. Looking forward to returning with my wife who will enjoy to small town square atmosphere. There was even a community band playing in front of the courthouse and it looked like a regular thing. I've never eaten Thai before so this place was the first for me. I love the food here. The crab rangoons are really good and the homemade sweet n sour sauce is awesome, The potstickers are the best I've had in Corinth, other places the crust is to thick. I tried curry cakes for the first time ( I've never had curry period) and they are delicious. The taste was unexpected but good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai or someone just looking for something different. read more

I have to say that the quality of the food and service has diminished over the last year. The various noodle dishes I once enjoyed have been bland recently, even with adding the Thai Kick. I agree with some others who believe some of the veggies are not fresh and likely frozen. I would actually give a lower rating as the service getting take-out has been less than pleasant but their specials such as duck and mani are the only things that are still near perfection. They need to step up their game again and be consistent with their food and more pleasant to their customers. read more

The food is amazing! I don't live in Corinth but I am here for business about twice a month and stopping here and eating is mandatory. I actually crave this food! My only issue - this restaurant is owned by a husband and wife. The wife, Lynn, is from Thailand and is wonderful! Her husband, however, is a jerk. I can't stand him and his condescending tone that sometimes he has. Another reviewing mentioned he overheard the employees being unprofessionally scolded by him. Nonetheless, the food is that good and I will continue to dine here. (I hope Lynn wises up and gives him the boot, she can do better!) read more

I have been to Blazing Noodles several times. My favorite is Thai Toast and Pineapple Fried Rice. I order Thai Toast every time. I also have tried Spicy Basil Leaves, Spicy Eggplant, Pad Thai, Pad See Yu and Nam Tok Beef, but everything was really good. Items are reasonable, but the portion is big. Workers are really friendly and nice. I live in Memphis, but it's worth to come to Blazing Noodles all the way from here. read more

I was in town for business (live in Nashville) and brought this in for a meeting. It was fantastic. Authentic. And the owner was very nice.

Sorry I don't see what or who posted all the GOOD Reviews We came on a Sat around 5pm and the place was completely dead. I'm guessing its a Teen Cool spot because it's pricey and on the Square nearly; but, the chicken was Super Dry, there was no Spice at all to anything, and I even had it Kicking Thai.tthey gave four Potstickers For 1 buck each that tasted just like the same ones from Sams club that come in the plastic tray. Although, The Sauce for them was Great; even though it is a simple Sauce. I think in the Pineapple Chicken Dish that WAS DINNER PRICE,there were Canned Pineapple Chunks; maybe 5 chunks in all, and it wasnt FRESH pineapple either. (That was my wife's meal); while, mine Was the Blazing Noodle dish, that was Sad as well! There was Not FRESH pea's; but, Frozen vegetables. The noodles were, well let's say, Ive had Pack's of Just heat and serve Miso Noodles that could rate with these. i was disappointed to learn that they didnt Even Use Authentic Thai Rice. It Wasn't Basmati Rice; which is a staple dish in Tai food. Back to the Noodles though,Two pieces of Small shrimp were included. .... they were mixed into the Dish that's kinda Soupy! I think thats the way its supposed to be; but, The shrimp wasnt deveined at all, AND STILL HAD THE TAIL and shell on them....... (in a soup really)? ..... I Love the Place though as far as the Atmosphere and the building! Sorry I really do hate to give a bad Review; and I don't normally even leave Reviews. But, this place needs a Cook! If you want a Rice Dish that is comparable, then Save yourself some $$ and go to Taco Bell and get Spanish rice. I think that their quality is probably about the same, and their cost is less too! I REALLY wanted to love this place and I am kind of disappointed that my experience was just okay. It's not that it was necessarily bad, but based on the other reviews I wanted it to be so much better than it was. The crab rangoon was amazing, first of all. Hot, crispy, and fresh. I ordered the eggplant stir fry and my husband ordered a garlic chicken stir fry and we both agreed that something was missing. The taste of my dish was just spicy, but there wasn't much else flavor-wise. The texture wasn't right either. You know how stir fry usually has a nice, crispy sear on the meat and the vegetables have a little caramelization going on? The meat and vegetables seemed soggy and poached. The worst part was the cilantro they sprinkled on top was going bad. It was slimy and brown with some black spots on it. It was easy to remove though, so it did not spoil the dish. It wasn't terrible, but Thai food is one of my favorites and I was really looking forward to eating here. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and I loved the privacy of the table we sat at.
