    Spacious dining

Port Washington has had it's fair share of eateries come and go and Ble brings Greek pastries along with breakfast and brunch items for your selection. The space is wonderfully done and you can see their myriad of offerings in brightly lit cases. In terms of food, it's just so-so. The breakfast bowl with quinoa was bland due to the fact that they didn't drain the quinoa properly and it was basically a soup on the bottom of the bowl. Ham and cheese crepe was a bit overstuffed but otherwise good. Desserts were a bit better. Service here was very good. Prices are fair but the food is uneven. I'd probably stick to the pastries here but the space is lovely to grab a bite if you're in the area.

I wish the star system was different... Atmosphere: - it's spacious and modern and lovely. And the cashier who served me was very sweet Cheese pie: - this was excellent Matcha Tea Latte: - I came here for a matcha tea latte specifically and .. if you're an avid drinker of real matcha (don't get it here. Although I should have known better) it tasted like sugary milk and of course the color of matcha tea latte even WITH milk should be extremely green and NOT muddy. It was so bad I threw it out. As you can see it wasn't even properly mixed at the bottom. I feel like if you're going to serve it on your menu you should learn how to properly make it (and use real ceremonial grade matcha) or don't offer it. A waste of money for sure but dang was that cheese pie good

I have to say that I'm shocked by the less than five star reviews. This is by far my favorite café on Long Island. In fact, I don't know where you can go to get better coffee. I really enjoy their Greek twist on things. I've been there twice already and have loved my experience both times. I do wish there was more comfortable seating for the people who don't want the dining experience. Other than that I very pleased with my experience and look forward to more visits. Also try their Butternut Latte while that's still season! You won't be able to get it anywhere else. Also I love that they have macadamia milk as an option!

Had coffee & tea early in the morning with a friend: fabulous tea service and cappuccino was just right. Went back later with my son--he LOVED their chicken club sandwich. What's not to love? It was a generous portion. Plenty of chicken and amazing sauce on the side and FRESH french fries. Service was more than attentive. The waitress was lovely and when I looked up for a moment just to take in the beautiful space, a male server stepped over to see if I needed anything. Asked me if I needed lemon or honey with the tea-- that impressed me. Usually you have to ask for everything. Also lovely attention to details with the choice of dishes and cutlery and variety of cups for drinks. Lots of options for pastries as well. Will go back again this weekend for sure! Great job!

Before I even entered I knew I was gonna love the place with the giant dog water bowl outside "for their four-legged friends"! Upon entering I was stunned by rows and rows of bakery items and a full menu for coffee & tea. The service was phenomenal and the food & tea is excellent. Outdoor seating is always a nice find and the interior was decorated beautifully with board games on shelves to enjoy and the WiFi pw in clear view! Love this place, will definitely be back!

They have a beautiful dining patio outside and a humble interior. The bathroom is easy to get to and spacious. Everything is at grade level which is even better for handicapped people. I had a party of six and we sat outside. There was a good mix of shade and sun for those who didn't mind being a little cold or hot. The restaurant was able to accommodate us on Easter Sunday an hour earlier than they originally do open, so we would be guaranteed a place to eat. (Every other option was fully booked a week in advance!) The food was really good. We had a mix of beer and boba shakes for those of us who are sober. The kimchi pancakes were perfect and no shellfish to be frightful of in regards to allergies. We tried their popcorn chicken and one was a little sweet and spicy and the other was plain. We shared edamame. And everyone was happy with their dishes whether it be the vegetarian japchae, beef bulgogi, dolsot bibimbap with an egg, house salad, soup, chicken katsu, etc! Only one star removed because the veggies were still more raw than cooked in the dolsot bibimbap. I know we were a large group, but cooking it a little extra would have been preferred. Happy eats!

I ordered the Boba Thai Ice Tea which was supper refreshing (it was more like a smoothie which was unique). I also got Beef Bulgogi with Udon and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Fried flounder sandwich $22 Tasteless!!! There was absolutely no seasoning to the flounder nor the batter that it was fried in. I swear it tasted like "nothing." 3. Clam chowder (forgot the price) Upon opening the container, we saw a film of oil on the top. Having lived in New England for a couple of years, I have had my fair share of clam chowders and this was just missed the mark by a bunch. My daughter and I had a spoonful of this chowder and it was awful. The chowder was gritty and not smooth. Also, the color was off (beige color). Yes, it was beige color and not that smooth white color. It had no clam taste, but rather a taste of that bottle container clam juice you get from the grocery store. We never went past after the one spoonful. Yes, it was that awful. 4. Clam bellies (forgot the price) Again, no seasoning. However, it was fresh and the best thing we ate. The clam bellies were good size. The batter was light. Everything about this dish hit the mark (minus the lack of salt/seasoning). The people who worked there were pleasant. They were not rude or disrespectful. However, the way how we were seated was unpleasant. We were a party of 2. We paid for our food. Bought enough of food for 4 people, because we wanted to try as much as we can. However, we couldn't sit at a table next to the harbor. We had to sit at a high table with a busted umbrella that that food stain AND the tables were next to the line. So as you're eating, people next to you are waiting online can look and hear your conversation. Mind you, there was a table left that was next to the harbor but they wouldn't give it to us because they want to give that to a family of 4 or more. It is just very poorly managed or it could be that we're not "special" enough to be seated next to the harbor. Note: Obviously, I don't feel privileged enough to be eating there. When they said they're not willing to give me the seating next to the harbor, I kindly asked them to pack my food to go. Again, the staff was pleasant but their subtle entitlement is what threw me off. I do NOT recommend this place at all for a good seafood fix. There are better places at south shore that will serve "seasoned" food with nicer hospitality.

Ali the owner and his talented staff always make the experience great no matter how busy the restaurant is. I came here with very good friends of mine that I knew loved Turkish food. We came here on Saturday night and when I arrived the restaurant was packed. Despite that we never felt rushed, they were well staffed and worked together as a well oiled machine to make the experience flawless. The weather was perfect so we sat outside, there is ample parking either in their parking lot or across the street. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with hand blown glass chandeliers from Turkey. For the sake of brevity I'm going to list all the dishes we had. Each one had its own unique flavor down to the Lavos Hollow bread with its slightly buttery flavor. You have to try each one. Prices are very fair and portions are great. We had the eggplant with tomato sauce, Turkish Ezme, Calves liver cubes, a large Shepherd salad, for appetizers. For entrees we had two of the Bronzino, the Shrimp Shish, and the Lamb Shish. For desert we had the Chocolate Baklava, the Kunefe, the Turkish coffee, and a of the Apple tea. Ali made a couple of special dishes including an eggplant dish and home made hot Halvah for desert. It's amazing how small the world really is. My friends thought they knew the owner Ali but could not pinpoint from where. After talking for a while they realized they knew him from when he worked at another Turkish restaurant in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn called Liman. It has since moved to Coney Island. Ali opened Bosporus Cafe Grill in Port Washington in 2014 and I'm am glad he took the risk to go out on his own. His business partner is the chef and is also a butcher. They've combined their talents to provide one of the best restaurants experiences you will ever have. I've been coming here for several years and it never gets old. I highly recommend them for great food, service and atmosphere. There's a lot to see in Port Washington and you can take a stroll by the water afterwards.
