I initially trusted Frank to resolve the issue, but after multiple failed attempts and repeated requests for more money, it became clear that he was taking advantage of my willingness to give him the benefit of the doubt. I always try to support businesses I've worked with before, which is why I gave Frank the opportunity to handle this simple repair. However, after three unsuccessful attempts, I decided to hire a local family-owned plumbing business instead. They resolved the issue in just 20 minutes--whereas Frank spent hours over multiple days with no results, even suggesting the absurd idea of tearing down a wall. Since the issue was never resolved, I requested a partial refund for the incomplete service, but my request was denied. Given this experience, I believe the Better Business Bureau should be contacted regarding these questionable business practices. After looking further into this business, I noticed a pattern of similar complaints, including one from another Yelp reviewer, Karolyn J., who experienced nearly the same issue. This leads me to believe that my previous positive experience with Frank's business was due to Steve, who is no longer with the company. Given my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this business to anyone--family, friends, or even strangers. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by looking elsewhere. A minor problem shouldn't turn into a major headache.
