Not sure if that was because I got lemonade and tea? That was the only thing different from my order and my friend's. One hot night after dinner my sister Joyce W. and good buddy Wilson L. and I came here for some drinks. This place was clean, well decorated, and well furnished. The staff was super polite, friendly and very attentive. We ordered a Rosy Cheeks which was a little sweet but have a great rosy flavour, lychee berry sparkler which was quite syrupy, but still very refreshing, and lastly the strawberry matcha latte which was quite good. The prices were a little high for the quality. I also needed to use the loo, but both men's and women's restroom was out of order at the time. What the odds of both going out! The loo is the heart of the experience after all. So we had to use the hot restrooms outside by the slash-pad. Overall a good experience and don't see why we wouldn't come back. As I was ordering the person taking the order asked the one person in back making the drinks if she needed help more than 5 times and was completely ignored. Waited over 30 minutes for two drinks and watched multiple people who ordered after me get their orders. When I asked about my order it was a HUGE bother to the employee. The drink was pink and blue, adorned with marshmallow ears, a roll-up horn, whip cream and tons of rainbow sprinkles. I wasn't sure how the taste would be but it was magical. Its a little sugary but I mean, what else do you expect from a magical unicorn drink. There were hints of Lychee and it blended perfectly. I grabbed a mermaid tail cake pop and a rice crispy unicorn for my husband. The cake pop had a delicious gummy tail on top, with sparkly gummy shells and a rich decadent cake base. They come in vanilla and chocolate but believe me, get the chocolate! The inside decor is organic, crisp and adorned with tons of rose gold/copper. Lots of comfy seating and tons of great spots for picture ops. great place for playing catch-up with a friend while enjoying some great drinks in the midst of spamming Instagram. Happened to be at Westgate today and saw a new boba place. The inside of it is so cool! They have tons of seating (that's why they call it a Lounge, right?). You can definitely come here to get a drink and hang out. Their menu has so much good stuff on it. I decided to test out the Taro boba, that's how I roll. Don't worry, I will come back again to try out others. I heard they make their open boba too! The employee we spoke to was very nice and ordering was a breeze. She explained some of the other baked good and what they were. They have Apple Pay! Love that convenience, didn't even have to get my wallet out. This place is really up to date with their tech. I called the store to see if I could place a curbside pickup order. The girl on the phone had major attitude stating that they don't do curbside. I then asked if I could place a pickup order instead. This place is not where you want to go if you want boba. We had an order of milk tea, Matcha and almond boba-- all of which had majority hard- undercooked boba. The cores were powdery and hard a obvious sign of uneven and undercooked boba. The quality control was very poor and the staff were not attentive to us. The woman who delivered our order called our number and then left the establishment without letting know which drink was which. We didn't know which drink was the almond boba vs the milk tea boba- there were no notes on which drink was which. And there were no staff there to answer our question the other staff member went to the back, leaving no employees in the front of the restaurant. Poor service and equally disappointing Boba. Really hip, modern, chic place...reviews on Yelp was not too high, but I had to try for myself! So glad I listened to my intuition and the new guy who works there, Tony. He's in one of my pics and was really friendly and helpful. He asked me what types of drinks I liked, sweet or not and then suggested Fruity Pebbles. It was so good, if you like cereal and fruity flavs! They even have lots of other drinks and desserts, like mochi, French macaroons and macaroons with ice cream! They were huge! First of all the inside of this store is so adorable and i love the overall vibe. Their menu has many different choices and at times causes me to be indecisive, but that just leads to me getting creative! I always come here and try different drinks. And never be afraid to ask for a sample of something!! The employees are extremely friendly and display amazing customer service, they recite your order just to double check that everything you ordered is correct. And I personally really appreciate that. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We waited in line for 20 mins just to place our order. The line wasn't even long. Two people were in front of us. When we ordered I specifically asked for 2 orders of the same drink. We waited for over 30 mins. While we waited, the cashier publicly embarrassed some other girl when she asked how much longer she had to wait and the cashier goes ohhh I'm sorry, your card got declined so your order wasn't placed. That poor girl looked so embarrassed because everyone in the room heard her card got declined. What I felt bad about was the fact she waited forever for nothing.... you would think the cashier would have told her right away there was a billing issue, but no. We asked twice when our drinks would be ready and the cashier said "I don't know" like ok that was super helpful. It's been OVER 30 mins now...... for two drinks. When the drinks were FINALLY ready, we only received ONE. She didn't know I asked for two when I specifically said two...... and yet they looked at us like ooops not our problem. So my husband got one and I didn't. Moral of the story- save your time and money and stay the HELL away from this place. The drink (which my husband shared with me) was terrible. To be honest, I am not a big fan of "boba" places here in Glendale or Phoenix overall. Hence, the average rating. I think this place does well when it comes to making their smoothies and slushies. The chewy boba is actually not bad at all too. However, the milk tea they use is definitely powder-based and not legitimate. It tastes very similar to a protein-powder shake, and that is not a joke. You can really taste the graininess and powder in your milk teas and even in some of their smoothies. So do not come here expecting a great milk tea drink, but their other drinks are fine (I personally like their banana and strawberry-based smoothies; I have a sweet tooth). Stopping by from California with my bf and found this place to chill and kill time before heading the road again. It's modern and pinterest like style inside, I like it! Plenty of seats for lounging and studying as charging ports are available. Although there was a funky smell as you enter the place (noted 8/6/19). It's pretty nice tho and drinks are good. Prices are reasonable. As an avid boba drinker, I like the ones at home better. They do have other desserts such as macaroons, cupcakes and cake pops, and ice cream. There was just a distinct slight difference in taste. But still a good place to try! read more

They take a while for drinks.. the inside is nice and modern. I got the Churro Chata and my gf got the Mangonada. The drinks were pretty good! I really loved my gf Mangonada better tho. Next time I will get that instead. One thing that I recommend is the pick up area. It's right next to where you order at the register.
