The Picture does not show you the size of the King Kong drink which was delicious. So besides the drink, I went the healthy route with a Cobb salad that I could not finish. We came here because we heard it was sooo good. Well.... I really wasn't too impressive. Maybe their drinks and beer are. They didn't seem to do social distancing from tables to tables. They did clean and sanitized , after each customer came in, and left. Our waitress, was the only one waiting on tables. That's what it looks like. They had a menu of all kinds, I decided on the shrimp Alfredo. My noodle weren't cooked all the way, the Alfredo sauce was good, the shrimp was cool perfect. The portions were pretty good size. My man asked for some extra gravy. It took awhile , for the gravy came. When the guy brought his gravy, it wasn't gravy at all. It was runny, gross, and who knows what it was. It's like they threw flour and milk together in a bowl. The was food okay, but I don't think, if we came back to Hot Springs, we won't be back here to eat. read more

Have a lot of tv's with sport playing if thats your thing. Nice warm and cozy environment. They were not super busy so i was kinda irritated about the service. Waitress was not very tentative and would show up and quickly leave so we were never able to ask for refills. Food was good. Wife had chicken sandwich which she said was ok. Kids had hamburger and the mac and cheese. I had the special of the day chicken and shrimp gumbo which was more like the new Orleans pasta from Cheddars. Stay away! Far away! My bill was $58 with tax + I left the waitress/bartender a $10 tip making this a total of $68.00. When I got home they had charged my credit card $94.00. I'm going to fight this because this is not right. This is the worst food that I have had in a long time. I ordered tacos and it came with beans and rice. The cilantro and lettuce looked very old, the beans looked gross out of a can, the rice was tasteless, hard and sticky. The meat in my tacos had a really weird flavor. The bar might be fine but the restaurant is absolutely horrible. They were out of fries,onion rings,tots and even sweet potato fries. We ordered a bunch of different plates and everyone in our party had an issue with their meal. The mac and cheese that we ordered die to no fried sides being available was disgusting. We didn't get an appetizer. The bread was enough for us. I got the shrimp. It is good but spicy. The pickapepper sauce is flavorful. The beans have a bit of heat as well as the mango salsa. The only reprieve from the spice is the rice and bread. The Hubs switched out pasta for the rice. He liked the chicken and shrimp. They were cooked well and the chicken was cut into decent sized bites. I found that the rice created a barrier for the sauce and the pasta absorbed it. I liked not having sauce on everything and he loved all the mixed foods. Waitstaff was pleasant. read more

Clean, local sports bar feeling with TV's in the bar area. Many of the guests knew each other but all were very welcome and friendly. THE best lettuce wraps you will ever have. Pickled cucumber and onions, peanut rice noodles, strips of chicken( I would prefer chopped up) shredded carrots, two types of sauce and both bib and red cabbage to wrap it all up in. We were in town for the Christmas holidays and decided we HAD to dine at Bleu Monkey. My wife and moth-in-law were with me. They decided to share a burger. They both said that Bleu Monkey prepares some of the best burgers in Hot Springs. Trust me they're massive and both had plenty to eat and left the restaurant with happy tummies. Today I ordered the crab cakes on the appetizer section of the menu. The three crab cake were incredible. They were lightly crispy on the outside and had a great consistency on the inside. Blue Monkey's version of crab cakes were nice a spicy, just like I liked them, I could have eaten another order of them but I resisted. Blue Money Grill continues to be one of my favorite restaurants when we're visiting the Hot Springs area. Yumminess all around! read more

Hands down some of the BEST orange chicken I've ever had!!! So flavorful and crispy and it's full of real chicken breast. 1 plate will easily feed 2 people!! Same with the blue monkey margarita, enough to share unless you're trying to walk out pretty tipsy lol. We came in with a group of 6 at 7pm. The restaurant was just down the street from our hotel so we figured why not give it a try. Upon walking in we told the hostess how many and she just stared at me. She pointed at two tiny bar top tables and said we can push those together. No thank you. I told her we were happy to wait for a table. We went to the bar to grab a drink. Drinks are pretty cheap here. $4.95 for a glass of wine or $8.95 for a margarita. I'm assuming it's not the best quality wine and liquor for that price. Once we sat down we noticed the interesting characters sitting around us. This is definitely a great place to go and people watch! There was even a woman who walked around trying to sell customers roses. I felt like we were in San Antonio minus the music and Mexican food! I ordered the napa chicken which was not the best choice one I tried it. The wine sauce was way too sweet. They might as well have poured syrup all over it instead. It was coated with cheese and my asparagus wasn't cooked well. It was still pretty raw. Our table ordered the Mac and cheese balls which were a fail. They were just boring. The macaroni inside wasn't cooked thoroughly. It had a chewy texture that wasn't appetizing. The avocado egg rolls were ok. Again nothing thrilling. The menu is a crazy mix of things. Mexican, asian, southern and even an attempt at sushi. They really should focus on one food type and stick with that! Our waitress nice but we saw her only two times. Once to take our order and once to bring our check. Someone else brought our food and we had to ask another waiter to bring us more water. My second visit here.. 1st visit: was seated by hostess & walked out after waiting for 15 minutes for service. Mid July, 2019 2nd visit: had a few beers & fish n chips. Beers & meal were good. I sat at the bar. During my visit, two separate parties walked up to the bar with complaints about their service, haven't been waited on, waiting too long, etc. *While I'm dining, the apparent owner begins to discuss financials with 3 waiters, accusing them of giving away free soup during lunch hours‍Then he pulls the bartender to the side inquiring about if he's charged customers for their drinks properly. It appears this establishment is having issues. I'll probably dine elsewhere when visiting Hot Springs, maybe I'll stop back here in a year if the doors are still open. read more
