She made my son so comfortable and really loves what she does. Wendy is also a woman who takes time to collect clothing for homeless and during the Corona Virus pandemic she was working with several people to make masks for those that need them. Went in to blink optometry for the yearly eye exam to obtain more contacts. I was greeted with warm welcomes by the front desk, and upon signing in, i was immediately taken to do a eye test. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Khahn was very helpful with finding the right frame fit for the "asian nose" since glasses always slide down my bridge. They introduced me to prevencia lens and combined with these ray ban frames, I am highly satisfied with my new glasses. Dr. Wendy Tran was wonderful to meet with and I had a pleasure getting my my eye examination done by her. However I would say things went downhill when I had to interact with their staff and they have problems doing the verification of benefits. I ordered my pair of glasses through them even though they seem to be above Market. I was hoping for additional customer service when I was unable to pick up my pair of glasses since my office is very close. I asked for the glasses to be dropped off in the staff said they would not do it. In an effort to help them troubleshoot I said they could send them over via FedEx or UPS to help a customer. Very disappointing that they were unable to go the extra mile to help me a pair of glasses when they're unable to get them. Dr. Wendy Tran did give me a quick response which I greatly appreciate and offered to send me my glasses which is greatly appreciated. I appreciate dr. I went to this optometrist because I am new to the area and she was covered by my insurance. The exam seemed fine. She diagnosed me with an astigmatism which had never been diagnosed prior. Seemed weird to me that no one had previously diagnosed it and that seemed odd to her too. The new prescription was blurry as soon as I left. When I called from home to say the contacts were blurry, I was told to wait a day since my eyes had been dilated. I was also told from the doctor that prehaps the new brand of contacts weren't good for my eyes and that's why they were blurry. The next day they were still blurry. I thought that the doctor would have me come back in and reexamine my eyes. Instead I was told via the receptionist that the doctor could give me a refill of my prior prescription if I preferred. No, I preferred a current presciption that was accurate. So instead I paid out of pocket to see a new optometrist the very next week. The new optometrist told me that I didn't have an astigmatism and gave me a completely different prescription for my eyes which worked great. He also made the comment "Blurry vision doesn't mean the brand isn't working for you--it means the prescription is wrong." And so it was. read more

Being nice and sweet does not make up for INCOMPETENCE. Years ago when my son was 18, he got his eyes checked. He told them he got punched in the eye and it was bothering him. The eye Dr said you're fine. A year later he said that same eye is blurry and bothering him more. She gave him a prescription for stronger glasses. A year later for a regular checkup, she says, you need to be referred to a specialist. Because of this 2 to 3 year delay my son is now almost blind in that eye! He has glaucoma and cataract and has had 3 surgeries. He is only 22 years old and is very self -conscience of how his eye looks on top of barely being able to see out of it. Had the Eyeball DR had any competence she would have referred him to a specialist sooner and could have prevented most or all of this. By the time he went to a specialist it was way worse and too late to repair, dispite the surgeries. :-( DO NOT RISK YOUR VISION HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

What you will notice right away when you walk into the office is that it looks very modern and clean compared to other optometry offices out there. The receptionists were very friendly and attentive as they helped my father through the smaller visual exams before seeing the doctor.
