There were a few things that lead to my review…read more The first is, when I got to my appointment, my technician was still working on someone (which is nbd). After a few minutes of waiting, the previous client left, and she had me immediately lie down on the same table. They didn't wipe down the table or use sanitation/disposable cloths, which kind of bothered me. I requested for a wispy lash look. Typically at my previous appointments at various lash extension salons, the technician would ask me detailed questions about my preferences, and ask me what length, curliness, and volume I like. I wasn't asked any questions, only told to show me a picture of lashes I wanted. I felt like the extension process was fine, was poked a few times. Finally I was disappointed at how fast my lashes fell off (~5 days), which was a bummer because I got them done to look nice for a bachelorette party coming up in a week. I felt like the appointment was fast (45-55minutes).

She consistently gives me beautiful, balanced fills while still prioritizing the health of my natural lashes. I'm not the easiest client to work on because of my uneven eyelids, but she never disappoints. I've had bad experiences at other studios with poor retention, excessive glue, and damage to my natural lashes, so I really appreciate how honest, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented this team is. During Hailey's maternity leave, Diamond and Nhi both took great care of me. The entire team genuinely cares about quality work and the overall health of your lashes. I'll never go anywhere else.

It just feels like you are getting pampered right when you walk into a well managed facility, with beautiful decor and professional service. I made the appointment online through their website. They followed up via text message up until appointment day. The whole procedure was done so effortlessly, I dozed off lol. The best part is waking up to a set of beautiful lashes. I got the mega fill. Since my lashes were foreign, we worked with what we could. They still came out beautiful! I think once the old lashes fall out, they will look even better. My lash artist advised me to get a new set if they don't fall out by next session. And I will definitely be back next time. The man up front also explained after care and upcoming appointments with me. He not only gave me lash brushes, but a protector in case I need to take a shower before 24 hours. It's always the little details I appreciate. Most importantly, the lashes look like high quality. Hopefully the retention will be good, but so far, I am loving it here!

If you've ever had top-notch lash extensions, you will probably be very disappointed with these…read more With my previous lash artist, my extensions looked and felt so natural that I could brush through them just like real lashes. There was no noticeable buildup of glue, and each extension was carefully applied to an individual natural lash. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The extensions were applied with what felt like a very large amount of glue, creating noticeable clumps. Rather than delicately attaching each extension to an individual lash, they seemed to be laid on in heavier sections. The result was lashes that hung downward and looked limp, which I assume was partly due to the weight of the glue. Trying to brush through them was extremely unpleasant--it felt like brushing through a barbed-wire fence. Another issue was the placement. Very few lashes were applied toward the inner corners near the nose, leaving that area looking sparse and unfinished. Most of the extensions were concentrated toward the outer ends. My previous lash artist covered the entire lash line, creating a much fuller and more balanced look. The process itself was also concerning. Scotch tape was used to protect my lower lashes, which was honestly horrifying and not something I had experienced before. She had the strips taped to her arm to weaken the stickiness (I assume), then pulled each off and applied it to the lower lid, which is pretty gross considering it pulls skin cells off which are now taped to your EYE. Overall, if you're accustomed to high-quality, meticulous lash work, I would look elsewhere. If you're looking for something cheap and average, though, she probably won't disappoint.

I felt so embarrassed because no one wants to be late to an appointment but it happened to me! They were still nice enough to take me in although I technically arrived late. They were transparent with pricing and informed me of the fee to remove my last set PRIOR to the new set, so I was not shocked by the fee at the end of the appointment. The vibes were relaxing too. Thank you so much and for anyone attending a first-time appointment, even though the speed is pretty high because the one way leads to the freeway I would suggest to drive slower because you can miss it in the blink of an eye and there is no legal way to turn around except to go on a complete loop

I reached out about my concerns, and Sugar Lash kindly offered for me to come back in, but I had gotten my services prior to a trip and didn't have any availability. The tech said I could also try to gently wet my lashes. While this somewhat helped the curl, it lessened the tint of my lashes, which I was disappointed about. I wanted to love this place, but I am bummed by my experience. If I do go here again, I would be very cautious of a lift and maybe only have a tint done

Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. On top of that, their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other salons in OC. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back.

l've visited this location about twice for services because it's conveniently close to my home…read more Unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. On multiple occasions, before | was even able to put my name down or explain what service I was coming in for, I was told by Sue, the technician, that she had another appointment (once an eyelash appointment and another time a facial). Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important. I value transparency and professionalism when choosing a business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visits. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience. not very welcoming at all !After being turned away, I returned to my car to leave. While doing so, I noticed that another client who arrived after me was taken in for service. This was confusing and disappointing, as it contradicted the reason I had just been given.
