I just had a baby so I was looking for an eyelash studio near me to not be away from my baby for too long as the eyelash place I would go to is an hour drive with traffic. I called this place and they were able to see me on the same day which was a huge plus for me since I have limited time. The place looks very clean as you enter but what sold me to keep coming back was Leona. She was very sweet and before starting we sat down and talked about the type of eyelashes I wanted to get. Love love love this place. My lashes always stay on for at least 3 weeks. I always get compliments on them. The place is sooo clean, any lash rooms, many lash techs. The techs are always so soft spoken and kind. Techs always repeat what you want so there isnt any mix up, theyre gentle and quick, making sure theres no burning or your lashes arent stuck when you open your eyes. First of all, let me start off by saying i used to love this place. Place is clean and parking is relatively easy, staff is nice. My big gripe though, is that how long the lashes last is really variable depending who does your lashes. Some people are great some are bad and your lashes will fall off in less than a week. I have one person I prefer (Kelly) and i come back for a fill every 3 weeks, and had been going for years. I got a new person and all my lashes fell off in a week. I called to ask them to fix the lashes and was told I could just come back for a fill and pay full price. Again - i've been coming for years and that's never happened with Kelly. I didn't do anything abnormal - stayed away from getting them wet for 24 hours, didn't go to a sauna or anything.. The receptionist refused to give me a discount and after talking to her manager, they settled on agreeing to a mere $5 discount. I've been coming for years and was asking for them to correct the quality of their work, because some of the technicians clearly are not very skilled, but they refused. I would've loved to keep coming here, but the variance in quality + service and the refusal to correct their work when they've done a bad job is forcing me to find a different lash studio. read more

Made an appointment with Hui and has been coming back for refills. My first experience wasn't the best since I did feel the burn from the glue. I mentioned it to Hui the second time I was there & my experience improved a lot. Hui is gentle, friendly, and extremely patient. I'd recommend anyone to get their lashes done with her. Do not bother purchasing a Groupon for this place because they will not honor it. They either need to update their terms and conditions online and with Groupon to make it more clear. They will not accept anything if you've been here before. Which is weird because my usual place Mini Beauty Eyelash wasn't available and I figured I would take the time to try this place. She did offer to take the Groupon this one time only after going back and forth but I decided not to go eventually because I wouldn't trust them to do my lashes if they didnt want to take the Groupon to begin with. I had my first appointment about 3 weeks ago where I requested anime style. It was perfect, it looked great, and though it was my first time getting extensions from this business, the retention was only great for about a week. After a week, it started looking very lopsided, but according to the technicians anime styled lashes need to be filled in often. I obliged, and decided to book my next appointment for a refill with the technician Ginger. I wanted to get my lashes before my flight the next day, and she was very quick with the refills. It looked amazing, but I encountered a problem towards the night time/the next morning. My inner corners were hurting and it seemed as if she glued the lashes too close to my lash line as well as making it too heavy. They were drooping in front of my eyes so it blocked my vision, and it was super itchy. I couldn't do anything about it though as I had my flight, so I just went with it but I ended up picking at my eyelashes a lot. Update, my week trip is over and I have about 20% of my lashes left.
