I had an appointment at 5:30, wasn't seen untill a few minutes before 6:00. When I came in I was looked at like rare species, I was wearing very generic clothes and running shoes. I moved from where they told me sit because it was very hot by the windows and they kept an eye on me the entire time. I brought my toddler grandbaby for her to get a pedi-mani as well. The lady doing my mani (no name tag) was sick touching her nose over and over and not very nice. I was struggling carrying my grandbaby and crossing my arm for her to do my opposite arm and lady showed that she was bothered more than a couple of times. She made my baby cry twice sitting her on another chair. This lady pretended to not speaking a word of English when I asked questions, except "charge and pay". She did a poor job, I had to go home and cut hangnails. They completely dismissed that I had requested service for the baby. When the owner heard me asking about it he said he would do it and he just painted her nails. I was charged 3.00 and by the end of the night it was already coming off. I spent almost 100.00 including tips; I would think I would get better service. Next time I will walk in wearing name brand clothes and purse. Lena is good at pedicure. read more

Update: Yes Calvin did yell at me. I do not appreciate being called a liar. Calvin raised his voice when I told him I didn't like his work enough for the rest of the customers to look at the scene he created. This says a lot about you and your credibility. I see where your employees feel it's okay to degrade their customers. Also YES there was a person not wearing a mask while getting a pedicure and NO ONE said anything. I was not asked to wash my hand nor did anyone check my temperature. It was also overly crowded. All the seats were taken and per CDC the capacity should not be at full. I see why you have only 3 stars, instead of taking accountability for your employees actions you instead call the customer a liar. This type of treatment to anyone is ABUSIVE and unacceptable. This seem to be a pattern of passing the blame to your customer and it will catch up to you. Oh Danny, NO ONE Offered to fix the horrible job Calvin did. I paid full price so please stop lying and say you offer a discount or try to fix. NO ONE offered a solution. Instead I was yelled at my Calvin stating 'YOU MUST PAY' so take your own advice and be truthful in your response and take accountability for the negligence of your employees. If I can give zero starts I would. Calvin was absolutely horrible. I asked for an ombré. I did not get an ombré. Calvin asked me if I like my nails and I said no. He filed down so much that all you saw was white and the pink was all gone. When Calvin finished from his constant drilling on my nail it was my actual nail you can see. Ombré is when the two colors blend into each and my colors did not. Calvin became upset and defensive because through out the appointment he was distracted talking and not paying attention to what he was doing. Calvin proceed to tell me it was my fault my nails came out the way they did because my previous color was too dark (I had all natural pink) Well Calvin since you are the nail tech then you needed to have brought it to my attention prior to starting. I informed Calvin there was no need to yell if he didn't like what I had to say then do not ask the customer if they like their nails. Calvin proceeded to tell me that it was fault why the finish product was not good. When I got up to leave he yelled at me to saying 'YOU HAVE TO PAY!' Not once did I say I wasn't going to pay. I did that when I get home I was going to take them off because they were done horribly and to very poor standards. The man and woman who set all the appointments just say there and allowed Calvin to yell at a customer. Probably because is a owner? Either way they both did absolutely nothing. I told Calvin not to yell at me. The woman said she was sorry in a meek voice after I paid for the horrible absolutely horrific service and treatment. I told her if she was really sorry she would not have allowed him to yell me in front of everyone. I will not be returning to this place ever again. Also while I was there they didn't not ask me to wash my hands or take my temperature and they were packed. No one was at 6 feet distance and allowed people to not wear a mask. Learn how to treatment your customers better and not be ABUSIVE !!!!!!!! Calvin if are part owner learn how to treat your customer better and take criticism. This type of abusive treatment toward your customers will harm your business. If he's not part owner then get rid of him. read more

I don't usually leave reviews and always try to find the food in every experience but I can't (I tried) ...... I walked in (expecting to wait) but someone was available (on 3/21/23). I wanted white-tip gel manicure. The entire appointment was over in under 30 minutes and, with a tip, cost me $50. The white polish was uneven and raised and felt "bumpy" and the entire manicure lifted and peeled off by Saturday night (3/25/23) -- old product? mixed/watered down? This salon has really changed over the last few months. My pedicure was complete in just under 30 min. The paint looks like I painted it myself lol which isn't great. The "massage" was a quick application of lotion on my feet. My calves were wrapped in towels which I've never had a massage like that with a pedicure. Sad to have to to pick a new nail place but the quality of these pedicures have diminished. :( read more

After going to 3 other local places I finally listened to my sister in law and came to Bliss. Second round and I could not be happier. My nails are done in the shape and length I like and pain free!! My first set lasted 2 1/2 weeks. I am very hard on my nails, so I could have gone 3 if I hadn't lost a nail scouring my house and moving furniture. I love the look and quality moreover Natalie and her team are so polite! She is actively hiring because they can't meet the demand. Waited about 15-20 minutes for pedicure to start but not bad for a Saturday afternoon. I like the way the specials are set up. Basic manicure is 20 like most other salons in the valley. Pedicure was good nothing out of the ordinary. This will probably be my new regular nail place. The inside looks really nice and modern. I like the set up. 4 stars for being good.
