Came on a whim from out of town for a gel pedi. They have a lot of colors especially DND. Didn't see OPI. Didn't have to wait on a Friday midday. But She told me because I currently have gel on my toes and I want new gel it's $55 for the pedicure! I thought that was a lot! She did a decent job at painting but cut my cuticles harshly so my toes stinged when she spray alcohol. read more

Excellent service except nail lady spoke no English at all! The nail salon is huge lots of people go here and lots of pedi chairs and workers. Lots of different nail choices and colors. Prices are expensive I was on vacation and needed my nails painted. Paid $25 for gel paint. Manager was very friendly it's in the sizzler shopping center. Lots of parking. They soaked off a set I had on for a month I knew from the when they started to apply that they wasn't being done properly i had to come bk next day as a nail fell straight off they fixed it next day 5 fell off they Wud not give me a refund as I refuse to leave them touch my hands again tbh they don't know how to apply gel x and my friend had acrylic there still on but badly shaped and she's not happy I paid them 88 dollars for practically glue on nails !!! This is the second time I come here and I am happy with the work Larry does. The first time I walked in for a gel manicure and he took me right in. He was super helpful by choosing a color for me because I couldn't choose one. Today, I wanted acrylics and of course I chose more than one color but Larry did an amazing job. The salon is newly remodeled and it looks very modern! Huge upgrade! There are tons and tons of colors to choose from. They have such a huge selection at every corner. I decided to splurge and treat myself so I got the CBD pedicure and CBD manicure and omg it felt amazing! It was very relaxing and their new spa chairs are super super comfy! Finally my nail place opened up 2 weeks ago!! I was so happy when I was able to get an appointment, I have been coming here for over 15 years. I'm very picky about who does my nails and as long as I have been coming here Larry knows exactly what I like I have never had to tell him. I got the old set taken off and the new one put on to start fresh. I also got a pedicure. It's along time to be coming to the same place so when the pandemic hit I was wearing press on nails for 6 months. That was rough..... I have worn Acrylics for 25 years and to be without them made me feel "naked" lol. I was able to get my nails done somewhere else by my job but it was not the same.... I was attended by two different people, lady on my feet and man on my hands. Both did a horrible job and made me bleed a lot. Soo I needed to get my nails done and I was in the AV area all week for work. I am very hesitant on going else where for beauty services but I NEEDED IT. I spent an hour on looking at reviews on Yelp and ended up going to LMV. I called and they were able to accommodate seeing me in about 15-20 mins although they were busy. Upon arrival, I got seated to get my Pedicure done first. I was offered water, which I thought was very nice. I ended up getting a full set acrylics with Larry. I initially wanted my nails short and upon application I didn't like the look. Larry proceeded to tell me that he wanted to see me happy and with no hesitation redid the length and style of my nails. I really appreciated that because most time if you don't like how something looks, normally some nail techs proceed to just brushing it off and continue to do the work. But not Larry! He actually took his time and made sure I WAS A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I had a really positive experience, if I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to stop by again! read more

I wanted to take my mom here for Mother's Day before she left back to the country she lives in. We made an appointment for 12PM and we're made to wait for 50 minutes before anything started!!! I'm super upset because we were supposed to go to lunch and now I'm not sure if we'll have time. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have someplace else to be. At the end of everything, the manager or owner said he was sorry it took so long but that he was short staffed... I had called two hours prior to coming in so he already knew that he wasn't going to have time to take me and lied. Update on my nails, after a week they're already all chipping and peeling. I am only leaving two stars because the massage was decent and the owner refunded me $10. It was so embarrassing to have to let someone know I was unhappy and that my tech did a terrible job in front of her. I felt awful but I am going on a cruise next week and now I have nails that are all different shapes and too short to fix I couldn't even let her put color on them because that would further exemplify the issues on each nail. (Clear toenails was not the look I was going for on this trip I've worked so hard for) The lady was elderly and I felt awful to hurt her feelings and stand up for myself financially. I think the owner/manager knows she does not put out quality work and just leaves it on the customer whether or not they want to make an old lady feel bad and I think that is awful of them. read more

I'm torn between loving my nails and hating my lashes. I literally got my lashes done here yesterday and it was an odd experience as I've had lashes done "professionally" before but never at a nail salon. So everything the lady did seemed "wrong". As my lashes were drying they felt itchy and scratchy and she said that it was just the glue drying, and I took that as a sign not to worry. The itching did stop however they feel uncomfortable, as if it's constantly poking my eyes. And I've had eyelashes extensions previously and they did not feel significantly anything like this. They do however look nice and neat but the bare of this uncomfortableness is horrid. I might have to go back today once they open to ask if they can remove them, but as far as my nails go I absolutely love them. I've been coming here for haircuts and manicures a couple times now and they never disappoint with nails. read more

Been going to this place for almost two years. Larry does a great job with nails, but isn't very gentle with hands, specially if you have arthritis. He works fast and is very busy. I have had my nailed done by many others there, but my nails would either break within days or come off it Larry's work always solid. Cleanliness is good. Prices getting up there, specially since they raised their prices this year. I don't like the fact they take walk ins while others have appointments. I have waited 45 minutes to be seen. So, I've been coming here off and on for several years. Today I stopped in for a mani and pedi. The gentleman who did my mani cut my finger so deep with the nail cutter that it would not stop bleeding. He then decided to super glue my finger together! My finger was full of blood, stinging and throbbing as he glued it and applied pressure to get the bleeding to stop. I was shocked when after my service I went up to the register and was charged full price for the manicure! So let me get this straight....... You cut my finger. You can't control the bleeding and have to resort to super glueing it. I'm in pain and you charge me for it?!!!!! WOW, really? I ask why I'm being charged and the boss Mimi is sent over. I explain what happened and she just looks at me. I ask why I'm being charged and she offers a $5 discount. What's with the $5 thing? Any how, I leave with a terrible manicure job and 2 pedicures and -$118! Needless to say I left NO tip! Sorry to the two other workers who did a great job. read more

If you are looking for good customer service, go somewhere else. I have been coming here for three years, and have looked the other way too many times because it's close to home. I had a full set done today with gel and as it turns out they were out of the matching regular color for my toes. Understandable, that can happen. What I did not agree with is the following... Instead of offering to replace the matching color with the gel at no cost, he tried to make more money off of me stating that gel is $15 more but would leave it to me for $10. Is he serious? I pointed out that it's not my fault he couldn't find the matching regular color and he said "that's the best deal you're gonna get," and walked away. Never again. The ladies were very apologetic. APPOINTMENTS ARE IRRELEVANT TO THEM: The owners are extremely nice but I've become super frustrated at this point! I've been going here for quite some time now and each time I go I lose more patience. They over book all the time and they're clearly aware of it and continue to do it and just have people waiting and their not apologetic of it. I scheduled days in advance to avoid this problem and found myself waiting 15 minutes before being seated in a chair and another 15 soaking my feet in plain hot water. Two weeks prior they had a new lady do my nails since they were busy and she messed them up so bad they asked me to come back the next morning to fix it. I finally just grew fed up and walked out. Prices are affordable but you're never guaranteed to leave satisfied. Belissima a few blocks down is not only extremely fast but you pay for exactly what you want and the service is amazing. read more

my friend and i went here on may 10th and i got acrylics almond shape nails. Everything was going great until this nail lady was doing my nails. she used a nail grinder on the acrylic to smooth it out, she then proceeds to keep hitting my nail fold (cuticle) and made it bleed. it happened three times to the point. I almost fainted. Never will be coming back to this salon. customer service was great but the nail techs, not so much. read more

Unfortunately after my services were done the owner mentioned $5 extra service fee "because of Corona". Not fair. Prices are the same on the posted service list. He went in to point out something typed on piece of paper above eye level re this service fee. They knew it wouldn't be seen. I'm not interested in paying a service fee because of Corona. I wanted my real nails to have an overlay on them and coffin shape but she butchered my nails so bad I needed tips put on them. I will never step foot back into this shop. This is my 4th time coming to this place and I never had a problem until yesterday. Tracy was the sweetest I have nothing to say about her but Mi mi was very very serious while doing my nails, not friendly whatsoever, and it just made me uncomfortable. I got a full set and a pedicure. I had told Tracy I had an ingrown and she took it out and was very sweet but unfortunately this morning I woke up with my toe super swollen and infected and it's killing me.
