This was our first time here and my son has gotten the same haircut other places but this barber cut off way too much hair in the front and the taper almost look like a Mohawk... the taper was more like a fade, my son doesn't have any hair on the sides and all of his baby hairs are gone, his hairline is pushed back at least an inch. Seems like a nice, family-run shop, which is always great to see. And it also seems from the reviews that some of the barbers there really know their shit. But the cut I got was easily among the worst I've ever had. I'm not fixin to put anyone on blast, (but I could, and I could add pictures) but damn. I was trying to get a quick temple fade and lineup for a date. I called in advance and asked how long it would take, they said 20 minutes. Shit took 2+ hours, so I was late. Then when I'm actually in the chair, dude leaves cuts to my skin around the line up, didn't ask how I wanted the sideburns so he took em from fat to skinny and the fade blend wasn't nice. Like it wasn't bad, but it wasn't dope. Then I told him to leave my mustache and goatee connected, but instead he cuts it into two pieces and doesn't even get all the stubble from my cheeks and neck. The whole time the guy is constantly talking about his life and shit. And then as insult to injury charges 23 bucks and doesn't have change for 30. I will definitely never go there again. read more

When he was 2-3 years old they made a point to cut his hair along his pattern and not line his front since their hairlines grow in later. Today is Saturday august 7, 2021 earlier today at 10 am I called and scheduled an appointment for 12 in the afternoon. I was gonna be late to the appointment so I call ahead of time to let him know I was running late and if that was ok. The barber with the Jaguar gear said no problem. So I show up 30 mins late and he doesn't greet me or say a word and he has no clients on the chair and his next client comes in 30mins later and he starts cutting his hair so I'm like ok that's fine I missed my appointment so I guess I get bumped back right? No. He waited to be 30mins into his haircut to tell me he won't be able to cut my hair. I sat there for an hour just to hear that. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend going there to cut your hair. Or if you do don't get your hair cut by the barber with the Jaguar gear. I'm mad I sat for an hour and the only words that were spoken to me were "I'm not gonna lie.. I ain't got time to cut you today" could've just let me know from the beginning. read more

Rock did a super clean job on my beard and a nice taper up top. The real magic happened when she put some pomade in. Yesterday i got a haircut and honesty i felt like i got ripped off for payin 25 dollars for this,first of all it he did not use a hot towel on my face before using a blade so that my face wouldnt get irritated and as a result today i woke up with scrapes and burns on the back and front of my neck...the cut wasnt so bad but i felt like he needed to b more aware of what hes doing and on the process of using his blade.he cut himself and completely stop using it after. I had to ask him to continue what he was doing in order for him to start again.he also did my beard a little uneven and said hd was done like everything was perfect i had to ask him to fix that as well . i though he would give a discount for all the little screw ups but i thought wrong . 25 dollars isnt a lot of money but i have never paid that much for a line up and beard trim . You wake up the next day with so much regret in your stomach that you Yelp a barber shop that's open early on a Sunday because going out into the world looking like a 2 yr old took clippers to your hair, just isn't ideal.
