I highly recommend Blodgett's Cleaning Service. We were looking to have our fireplace inspected and cleaned as it had not been used in several years. When I called I was given an appt within a week and although they are closed on the weekends they have a technician who works on the weekends, which is very convenient for our busy schedules. Jeff and his partner were professional with their work. Other than showing up an hour later, they did texted and notified me that they were on their way. I called this business to get a quote and they delivered as quoted. Others will do the job and will say oh we had to fix so and so so it's an extra x amount. I got 3 different quotes for dryer vent cleaning service from this company and two others, the other quoted $120 plus a $75 dollar extra fee if they needed to go on the roof to clean the dryer vent. This company came through; went on the roof and cleaned out about 3 softball size lint clumps! Hi had Blodgett's clean my dryer's vent in December last year. Troy was was sent for the cleaning and did a Wonderful job and recommended changing the dryer's duct connector as well. 3 months in, The clog happened again and another cleaning was recommended by the appliance technician. I spoke with Debbie and was pleasantly surprised that she was able to revise their work schedule to accommodate a same day appointment. I have an in wall custom gas fireplace that would ignite but not light. Jeff was the service tech and showed up with an assistant who were both wearing booties without my insistence. Those extra little touches were so appreciated. They laid down protective coverings and began asking me questions to assist in the diagnoses of the problem.
