My go to Gal for waxing! I can't say enough good things about Victoria. Put it this way..I had to move almost 2 hours away and STILL make the trip to come see her for my appointments. She uses the most up to date products and techniques to ensure her clients get the best results on top of comfortability. You can get waxed by "anyone" in any town but, Victoria is in the right business and found her calling. She is personable, easy to talk to and has really helped me feel good about myself on my growth and self care journey. In September of this year, I was asked by my sister (who was a client of Victoria's) if I would be interested in being a model for her brow lady. She was doing a new thing called "Ombré Brow Tattoo." Seeing as it would only be $199 because we were considered models and I had been interested in brow tattoos I said why not, I'll do it! My mother also agreed to participate and be a model. My sister informed us that she would pass along our information and emails to Victoria so that she may stay in contact with us directly. I never received any email communication from Victoria and I gave her the benefit of the doubt that either my sister had written it down incorrectly or she had typed it incorrectly. Luckily, my mother DID receive an email of information that she was able to forward me. On September 15th I reached out to Victoria via text stating I had not received the email my mother had but I was forwarded the email and read it over. She responded 2 days later that she was very busy, that her "models fee" would be collected in October but the actual appointment wouldn't be November as she was moving Salons. That she would be in touch "this week" to schedule the appointment. If there are any questions to feel free to ask. I replied back right away with a couple of questions, her response came back 6 days later with reiteration that the "model fee" of $199 covers the initial appointment and a 6-8 week touch up. That the procedure takes about 4-5 hours, to come alone so that she could focus more on me and my needs as a client. 3 weeks later I was contacted by my mother stating Victoria had asked her to contact me and text back Victoria. Odd as I had messaged Victoria a few times already and didn't understand why she, being the business owner, wasn't able to contact me. Nonetheless, I reached out to Victoria and let her know I was reaching out as she asked. That conversation was about the "model fee" due. Now to this I would say the 1 Star comes from as I was not able to pay her until the coming Friday to which she was okay with. On that Friday when I had the money to pay, I was instructed to pay via Venmo. So I reached out and asked her to send me her Venmo info so I may pay her. She did not respond after an hour so I went ahead and asked my sister if she knew the information, which she did, and he was able to send me the info to pay Victoria. I text messaged her saying I had found it and included a screen shot of my payment. Another hour had passed and she then was able to respond with a thank you and she had back to back clients. Again she asked if I had any questions she could answer to feel free to ask them. I did have a couple of questions to which she did answer the next day. 11 days after this interaction I was asked by my sister to contact Victoria. This time I asked her why is she not reaching out to me if she has something to ask? Didn't seem professional at the time and still doesn't now. I reached out to her and this time was to actually schedule my appointment. I confirmed that I was able to schedule it now and she said she would get back to me. 1 week later on November 4th is when she was able to "get back to me" and schedule my appointment. I was offered December 2nd or 9th as possible dates. I was told November first so these December dates confused me but again I figured must be to do with the salon move. This conversation went back and forth a while as she only had 11am as her earliest time and then offered 10am but I needed to find a sitter who could pick up my kids as both times interfered with picking them up on time. I was fortunately able to find someone and agree to the 2nd of December. Then came the 2 reschedules due to her salon moves and lack of research into the new space she had signed to not letting her do this new service. She messaged that she was willing to refund half of my non refundable payment. Something she had NEVER told me. After explaining I would take a full refund due to her inconsistency and lack of professionalism, she stated because of my "financial situation" she would refund the whole payment. FUCKING RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It's HER fault for her set backs and HER responsibility to refund a client for the stupid mistakes she has made. She then lied, stating the price I paid was a discount based on my sister being a client. When in actuality it was SHE desperate for clients to use as models. Never recommending her to anyone. read more

Isn't it the best when you find somebody who is incredibly talented AND who you just love being around?? Victoria is just the sweetest person, and wow, does she take care of her clients! She's done several things for me included waxing and eyelash extensions, and her attention to detail is amazing. I don't think I've ever had somebody be so thorough and waxing my brows. Every time I assume she is done, she comes back in with some other tweeze or trim to make sure they were completely perfect, and they always are. I have never had eyelash extensions before seeing her, and she took the time to make sure I understood the process, how they worked, how to best care for them and helped me figure out exactly what style I wanted.
