    Egg drop soup
    Elizabeth H.

I was actually pretty impressed by this small town business. Definitely better than expected. I would have preferred fried tofu instead of soft, and both entrees could have used a bit more salt, but the egg drop soup was one of the best I've had. The interior is diner-style and really cute. It was busy, but we weren't ignored, which means they did a good job. Overall, I'd definitely recommend if you're stopping in Globe. It's a Phoenix 4 and a small town 5.

Very good food. Reasonable price. Small local restaurants along Broad Street in Globe. Along the downtown area in historic area. Had sushi roll, friend rice, and potstickers . Moderate priced for dinner.

Found this hidden gem as I was driving through globe and the roads were closed on my way back down to the valley. I have never been more thankful to have roads closed cause without it I would have never stopped here. The food was absolutely delicious and will definitely be a spot I return to anytime I'm in Globe.

Traveling home to Safford from Mesa we chose bloom over all the other choices in Mesa. Great food...and great prices!

Giving a 4/5 just because the person who serves us wasn't top tier compared to other servers I've had, but the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the squid salad and it had such a variety of flavors and textures that were surprisingly delightful. The atmosphere wasn't super memorable, but I liked the cozy and close seating, typical in Asian cuisine. The sashimi was also exquisite; the smoked salmon, tuna and yellowfin each surprised me with their tender meat and smoky flavor. And last, but not least, the dragon rolls heavenly eel sauce and smooth avocado blended together to be just as satisfying as any dragon roll I've ever had.

    Trust Me Roll today.

Always a pleasurable experience. Hard to choose from the wonderful selection of delicious dishes.

Personally, I am an Asian food snob so I don't give high marks to many places unless my mind is blown. Bloom has been on my list of places to try & I was impressed, but not IMPRESSED. This is a cute, local eatery that gets high marks from locals. Restaurant is small, with 10-12 tables, bar & outside searing. We were told to sit anywhere and chose a small table in a corner. This place serves Coke products (YAY) and ordered after perusing the menu. Crispy Eggroll : 2 eggrolls cut in half. They were very crispy with fresh ingredients. Red Dragon: Hubs thoroughly enjoyed it. Wasabi really cleared his sinuses. (lol) Chicken Katsu: Now, here is where we go a little sideways.... Menu says lightly breaded with Panko breadcrumbs. I like Katsu, chicken or pork. Curry or not. To me, the chicken was not breaded, not a cutlet. Not quite representative of Japanese Katsu. It was more teriyaki - like. It was served with a heaping helping of rice, cabbage & a couple of pieces of broccoli. The portion could have fed 2. Don't get me wrong - the food was yummy. The two servers were quite busy. I had to ask for Sriracha. No drink refills (though the table next to us did). It's a nice little place. A nice variety of dishes. Not "overly" Asian, more Americanized Asian, but, we'll still go back.

Love the food amazing amphitheater, but dry fish sadly :( still can taste the quality but can notice dryness . Same as well with the squid salad , each bite was a reminder of it sitting in the freezer but the flavor of sesame was amazing. Simple problems .. easy fix. Service was amazing, especially for having one person on the floor!. Wish the amazing chefs would take a little more time in preparation and show .,. The restaurant itself is already eye catching.. love to see it take more place in the plate, presentation, and shape I do wish they had more options on the happy hour but definitely do try the crispy salmon skin with a side of spicy mayo is definitely the one to grab ! can't wait to visit again !

We stopped into Bloom due to the chef's reputation. I decided to try the Hong Kong Chicken because I'd never heard of the dish. It was yeomanlike Chinese food, but didn't have the kick or unusual flavors I was craving. DW ordered the Garlic Dream -- again, competent, but without the intensity of garlic she was expecting. The most enjoyable port of the experience was eating outside in their cozy little urban alcove, equipped with all-season heaters and misters, among shady trees, where our retriever was welcome to spend mealtime with us. All in all, I would go back to Bloom to enjoy the courtyard dining, and this time choose dishes we're more familiar with and know we like.

The amount of sushi you get compared to cost makes it very affordable. The plating is amazing as you can see in the photos. We opted for the combos which come with several pieces of sushi and some come with sashimi as well and rolls. The cuts of sushi were large and fresh. There was wasabi and ginger if you enjoy those. The rolls were creative and delicious. Our favorite was Ni Bistro roll followed by the Emerald. The sushi"wich" was very creative and looked like a sandwich. The Ni Bistro was full of flavor and had a lot of pieces. Overall, we highly recommend this new find on the Northwest side!

I didn't know what I was eating. Eventually I could pick up some spiciness, but it was subtle. It was so bland and mushy, I wasn't even sure I was eating tuna. At one point I pulled a piece of the roll apart to take a closer look. I couldn't tell if it was tuna or not - I assume they use some kind of filler ingredients in addition to tuna (maybe that's normal for spicy tuna rolls, but they normally taste much better than this). The fried rice was the worst I've had, though still edible. The pineapple was strange in that it didn't taste like pineapple - I guess it wasn't ripe yet. So no pineapple flavor in the pineapple fried rice. Beyond that, the dish was bland. The unfortunate reality is that Tucson has low standards for Asian food, and shockingly bad places can stick around for years. Some of you remember Yokohama Rice Bowl, a local fast food chain, which was awful, and immediately displaced when Panda Express arrived, which is 10x better... It's too bad that Ni's isn't trying to do something great.

It screams local instead of chain, differing itself from an all too familiar sting of the Gilbert area. Place is clean, staff is nice from the small interaction I had with them. The taste was good, not overbearing like some chow mein places, also not bland. The star of the show are the noodles, thick, meaty, and bearers of flavor. Overall I give New Asian Fusion a 4/5. I've enjoyed the vegan offerings at CK for years without issue, but this recent event has made me question whether I'll be returning. On a recent visit, my guy and I ordered the vegan potstickers to start, and also each ordered a cocktail and entree. As we finished sharing the potstickers, my throat and mouth started to itch and tingle, an indicator that I'd been exposed to something I'm allergic to. Our server came by and we asked if there are any nuts in the potstickers, and he quickly said that yes he's pretty sure there are. Then he asked if there was an allergy, to which I replied yes, I'm allergic to walnuts. He went to the kitchen and came back to say their allergen chart indicates tree nuts, but he'd have to ask the chef which one specifically. The server left again and was gone for at least 5 minutes at this time... Since we needed resolve quickly, my boyfriend left our table and went down the street to get me Benadryl. While the bf was gone, the server came back and said he couldn't find any Benadryl in the emergency kit, and asked how I was doing. I was quite uncomfortable, but trying to be patient waiting for Benadryl to arrive. Not sure what else was to be done in that moment. While I was hanging out alone waiting on my bf to return, the manger eventually came over and checked on me. He said he would take the potstickers off the bill. Gee, thanks? In hindsight, paying nearly $100 for the rest of the meal felt like a gut punch when I couldn't really enjoy anything and my guy had to physically leave in the middle of the meal to fix an issue they caused with negligence. Menu screenshot attached is from 5/18, which is about 2 weeks after my incident, so I'm assuming CK has not yet fixed their menus.
