Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

The toppings on the burger were the only good thing about it. The Beyond burger had mustard that tasted off and there was no mayo. The bun was hard and dry. I was hoping for homemade fries in a place like this, not shoestring frozen fries that taste like they were purchased from Fry's store brand. The shakes were ok. For the about the same price as Culver's or Red Robin, I was expecting a better quality burger. I guess for Globe it is a high quality burger place. I come into this location often, over the last few weeks this locations customer service has been…read morehorrible, first of all on oct 30th both me and my coworker got food poisoning from this location, that day we saw a very unprofessional situation unfold between the employee, the manager fired two employees righting front of multiple customers out in the eating area of the restaurant, the manager was screaming at the two employees and even used profanity while there was a child in the restauran, then I watched as two young girls who were also employees come to find out came out of the back of the subway to try to physically fight one of the fired employees, really unprofessional and kind of ghetto tbh, subway you need better management this location is losing its value and reputation because of the employees you have in there right now, after speaking with multiple coworkers who aka had a bad experience lately, we will not be giving our business to this location anymore, I highly suggest you skip this subway and try out jalepenos next door they are must more professional and the health standards are much higher
