I had such a good time at this nail salon. I called last minute and they took me in right away. I only get bonding builder gel. The owner saw that I was getting a little frustrated with the nail tech I had because we weren't seen eye to rut so she took over and did an amazing job on my fingers! And the lady who did my toes also did an amazing job. I'm definitely going back. The salon is so super cute and they have tons of options to pick from. Including cat eye.

First time here, came based on Yelp reviews. Not happy... and I still felt obligated to tip because I felt bad for the older lady workers. They need to pay attention to details, the artistry and passion for delivering beautiful nails is lacking. I'm now left with my right hand and left hand with two different colors because the thickness of the paint is different on each hand, and the shape isn't nice on my left hand. The First Lady shaped my nails crooked toward the left, the some inconsistent and ugly, another lady had to fix. Even then, the Second Lady still left my nail with thin paint in some areas. I don't like my nails, especially in the sunlight. Now annoyed and don't want to drive back to waste more of my time to fix it. Also, when I was getting my nails done this random man walked and peed in the bushes, by my new car. Disgusting. A good day, turning bad, and I'm just trying to shake it off and stay positive. I just looked at my receipt, they charged me a 3% credit card processing fee without my knowledge, they need to be transparent and tell us that ahead of time- so we can grab cash to avoid that fee! I am sure some nail technicians are good, I'm just upset with my experience. When I expressed dissatisfaction the two ladies had expressions on their faces that showed they were a little irritated. I'm paying and tipping. They shouldn't make me feel bad about the product I am paying for, it made me just stay quiet, and then left very unhappy.

Pros: parking is free in the lot, service was fast Cons: 1) I was given a very small color selection for a regular manicure. The back wall is filled with what seem to be gel polishes. I was not able to pick out a color in a bottle like at other salons. The color you could only see as painted on a fake nail. The salon seems to specialize in gel/fake nails, hence very tiny polish selection. 2) Language barriers: pedicurist started chopping already short nails, when I had to clarify that they were already short and that I needed them filed only. Pedicurist had to translate my request for nails to the manicurist. 3) Polish used was one of those very glue-y, thick polishes. Job on nails was sloppy - thickness in certain places, ridges, lumpy spots, uneven, left/right edges of nail not painted over. Basically this is a paint job I could have done at home! 4) Price does not fit quality. This was a $10 manicure job at best. 5) Vibe: compared to my go-to salon, there is too much chitter chatter. No fans to dry your nails for when you are waiting. Manager/manager's daughter see I am trying to put flip-flops on and don't help assist. Video of pizza-making on constant loop on the TV. While service was fast, this just looks like a conveyor belt kind of salon. Do your nails at home!

This place doesn't have enough good reviews as it deserves. Dina did my full set today and I am extremely happy with it. She's not only talented in her craft, but the sweetest person ever. Thank you Dina. I will be back

I've been a customer of Bloom since pre-covid at their old location. Kristy and her team have always taken great care of me. All their techs are great as well. They are so accommodating with appointments and they always ask me throughout the process if I like the work in progress. I'm super particular about my nails (let's be honest, it's a luxury service so it's not going to be a $20 service) and they never have given me any grief when I point out a concern. Im not a girly who gets her nails done regularly, but this place may change that. The service is delightful, the location is clean and everything is new, the work is perfect. I wanted to get something special for pride and with the help of the business owner we landed on gel-x nails in a glow in the dark rainbow pattern. I will let the pics speak for themselves, but this lady killed it. I absolutely walked out of there feeling like THAT girl.

I've been coming to this place for a few months now and I leave satisfied every single time. I grow out my nails pretty long so I like to protect them with a gel mani and the techs are always very receptive to what I want. I don't like my nails over filed or re-shaped and it's never a problem for them when I tell them this. I think I've had my nails done by most of the techs there and they all do a great job. The place itself is very clean and the staff is really nice. I usually go as a walk in and they take me in pretty quickly. Even when it's busy I only wait about 25 min, since the staff is very efficient and they also don't rush when they're working on you. Overall this is a great nail salon with reasonable prices and I'm glad I live close by to it. Definitely recommend!

I used to come to this nail shop, but the quality they offer wasn't worth the price. I've stopped coming due to lack of customer service ( taking an hr long due to him getting up and going on his phone.. than my toe nail wasn't fully cured (gel pedi)). I decided to try again, and I'm disappointed. I wasn't going to stay quiet if I see something wrong.. it definitely bothered them. I'm definitely certain they were talking about me. They laughed and asked if I come here. I said yes. They lack on details on their polishing. I can see the smudge she wiped off on my nail. Some are not fully polished, she had to file them to hide that. In the end, it looks uneven. It is not worth $50.

The lady who did my toes was awesome and listen to what I wanted to do. Good quality work on my pedicure and friendly. However the lady who did my nails wasn't as skilled and I didn't get a quality set. She did listen to what I wanted fix and fixed it with no problem but the set is a 2 star job. One hand is longer then the other and lumpy I had her fix the very noticeable ails but at some point of me continuously asking for fix I figured I was better off fixing them my self at home also asked for short coffin which she trimmed them but did not shape as coffin they are very squared and I did mention I wanted skinnier but she hit each side with a file once and continued what she was doing which made absolutely no difference in the nail shape I'm very pregnant right now and just didn't have the energy to keep directing her on how to do her job. Nice lady but definitely needs more practice if she's going to be charging 65 for a set. Anyways the lady who did my toes was awesome did a great job all around and took time to make them looks great. Hopefully next time I come it can get a more experienced nail tech and change my review the vibes in the salon were nice and calm I'll have to come back and give it another try

Today I went to bloom nails to get a pedicure! I went to Emily and she did a phenomenal job. I got a gel French tip pedicure for $55. The salon itself is very cute and clean. The staff are polite. We came here based off the good reviews & ended up getting a completely different experience. They half assed the work & the employees gave attitude for any little thing. When I walked in the older lady in the front looked at me up and down. Ok, I was a mess because I had just finished a construction shift. Ok, I get it, but at least play it off. I sat down for a gel manicure. The service felt super rushed, very rough while cutting the cuticles and the massage lasted about one second on each hand. Quality of the work is also not the best. Nails are spotty and there is lack of attention to detail. Won't be coming back and I do not recommend. read more

I made an appointment online and there online appointment making service is so easy, I did have to make two separate appointments cause I wanted a pedicure and my sister wanted a pedicure+full set! The owner called me to clarify and I appreciated that so much! I went in today and the three women helping us were so lovely! My toes n sisters came out beautifully and her nails are also wonderful! I called in advance to see if they had space for a pedicure and when I arrived they were beyond helpful. I used to drive from Vermont and Beverly to north Hollywood to get a pedicure and manicure. Bloom nails have become my new spot after doing there today. The technician doing my pedicure went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make this my most enjoyable experience. If you would like to get your moneys worth DO NOT COME HERE i paid $45 for a full new set for my toes and I guess an additional $50 for the pedicure originally, I wanted to get a fill, but she kept pressing for me to get a new set so I did. She took off my old nails and cleaned my cuticles and then started doing the nails. She told me she would do the massage and extras after when she got done doing my nails, she said she was done doing the whole set. I said I thought it was coming the massage and everything that's what I paid the extra $50 for she said yeah it's more money you paid for your toes and cuticles to get clean like what are you talking about? Wouldn't you have to do that if you were going to do a new set I would not recommend this nail shop, horrible customer service are straight scammers read more

Usually I don't take time to this but as I am waiting to get my nails fixed because I got them done on Thursday and literally two hours later they were peeling (gel nail polish) I paid 70 dollars plus tips I got Gel X short nails, as I am siting here and I can tell the nail ladies are speaking in their language giving me dirty looks bothered because I came back asking for them to fix them, so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL I would never recommend a business like this one. solid nail salon. Still has reasonable prices (e.g., $30 for a regular pedi as opposed to some other places in the area that are now charging $45). The staff was perfectly nice and did a good job. They're not super attentive after they're done with you (I had to put on my own sandals without help), but good otherwise. read more

I drive an hour to this salon because of the customer service! The owner is amazing and kind. They have a large variety of nail polish and designs, cat eye, chrome, pastels, glow in the dark! Also had a fill canceled on me two days before i was supposed to come in during a weekend i had an important event. After i found a different salon to go to since my appointment got canceled, ive realized that GBY is not a good salon at all. The new salon i went to wouldn't even do the fill for me because they said i don't have many natural lashes left and if they did a fill on me then it wouldn't last. I had no choice but to have them remove what was left on my lashes and i purchased a growth serum after being advised to take a month long break to grow my lashes back and return for a real individual lash set. I'm extremely disappointed in GBY as they've not only been charging hundreds of dollars for lash extensions made with cheap products but Courtney rushes through appointments and she uses hella clusters on what is supposed to be an individual lash set. Since it's a facial, your eyes are closed the whole time- and so is everyone else's- so it actually felt much more private than I expected. They also provide a private changing room and a lockable locker for your belongings, so I was able to change into a robe and feel completely at ease- no need to worry about keeping your shirt on in an open space. Lani was awesome and walked me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and how each treatment would benefit my skin, but I never once felt bothered or pulled out of my relaxed state. It was honestly the most gentle facial I have ever had. While the masks were setting, she massaged my hands and shoulders, which was a lovely touch that really elevated the whole experience. I did get a little chilly, but that is entirely on me- I run cold! Next time I will just ask for an extra blanket! This kind of care and attention made the whole experience feel truly personalized. I left feeling great and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
