The customer service was great, however the nail tech drilled too deep into my actual nail causing a ring of fire and a lot of pain once the set grew out. I initially asked for a French tip but was told that it wouldn't look nice with the length i chose. She recommended ombré and we proceeded. The airbrush machine wasn't working, so she used some sort of cotton pad technique that did not look good and she slapped on a cat eye to fix it. I'm not usually picky with my nails and am willing to try new things & they still ended up looking nice. I wouldn't have written this review if it weren't for the pain the nails ended up causing. Called and was able to get a same day appointment on a Sunday afternoon. This place is great, the staff is friendly, and most importantly everything is clean. I got a gel pedicure and Yuka did an amazing job, she was very detail oriented and took her time with me. The real star of this place however is the Bichon Frise, who is just the most adorable and relaxed dog I have ever seen. I will be coming back again as soon as I need another pedicure. read more

Amazing nail salon in the heart of Koreatown! Was looking for a new nail salon after taking a break from doing my nails and decided to give Bliss Nail a try after driving by them a couple times - the appointment process was super easy, I reached out via text and they were able to accommodate same week! My appointment was with Uka, who did a spectacular job. I let her know I wanted a gel-x set, with a pinky nude color and short almond shape and she absolutely delivered! She took her time carefully shaping my nails and provided her input to the best length for what I was looking for. I was especially impressed with her custom curating the perfect pinky-nude color for my skin tone by combining two different shades - the color turned out even better than I expected and I am so pleased with the overall set and experience! They have a variety of different colors and many different designs to choose from, while I went for a simpler set, I will be returning for some fun nail art in the near future! There is a paid parking lot attached to the building, and street parking (which can be difficult to find). Overall I am so pleased with my experience and will be back soon for another set. :) read more

The actual results were great, but I got nicked like 3-4 times when my cuticles were getting cleaned. The skin wasn't broken, but it stung pretty badly. I also got my appointment pushed back twice, which wasn't AWFUL but was still kind of annoying. I got a regular gel manicure and was going to just pay the bill amount, but the tech kinda stared at me after and pointed out I didn't add a tip. I would've tipped immediately if the service was good and/or if I got a more complex service, but I didn't really feel like leaving one after what happened. I've been in twice since they opened, and I think I'm ready to settle here. Clean shop with street parking-ish and parking lot (paid, I believe), close to solid Koreatown coffee/food options for that little sweet treat after, and most importantly, skilled people! Lovely nail spa! I easily scheduled a gel pedicure online. When I got there, I noticed that the shop was very clean and they had massage chairs that reclined. I was also greeted by the cutest little shop dog! The lady that did my gel pedicure did an amazing job and she was so kind! She took her time to make sure the nail polish was neatly applied.
