Went back for a removal and manicure and all I can say is gross. There was a dirty tissue from the tech wiping her nose on it that was then used on my fingers during the service. The removal itself was fine as was the manicure but the lack of professionalism and cleanliness here is a deterrent. read more

Dropped in and nice they got me in so quickly without appt but unfortunately I won't be back. Asked for gel removed and replaced with basic manicure to give my nails a health break. Sorry, but I could have done better myself. My nails were left filed really rough, there was obvious rough skin left hanging off edges, uneven and sloppy paint job. Really disappointed. What you can't see also is how rough the nail beds were left before the polish was applied. I usually go elsewhere but this seemed convenient in my way home. I'm sure they'll stay busy because of their location but I'll go back to other places. On a positive note the salon was clean and the staff were pleasant. read more

This place is SO beyond cute the floral inside is so relaxing, very clean and they don't pressure you to do everything under the sun, very respectful and kind, quiet and peaceful. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We had an appointment for two regular mani and pedis. They kept forcing me to upgrade my service. I asked if they served mimosas as their website says. She told me that they only gave mimosas to people who upgraded to their more expensive service. It was downhill from there. She kept pushing me to upgrade my daughter's service until we agreed on a triangle french tip. She did not do anything like the picture. When we said we were unhappy, she simply said my daughter decided it was ok what she did. We went back and forth. I asked to see the owner- this woman in the photo was the worst of them all. She went and locked the door "so that we wouldn't run" and called the police. The other nail tech said "I saw them when they walked in that they were trouble" we never had one single conversation with that lady. It was 100% profiling. The lady who said she was the manager refused to let me talk to the owner but was not trying to diffuse the situation either. Do not go to this place. It used to be called Charming Nail Bar and it says "under new management" but it is the same people and their customer service is the worst This nail tech in particular said she didn't want to fix the nails and wanted to removed the nails and wanted us to leave then she locked the door to get ready to call the police. Friendly service. When you go inside, there's a little slope going up so be careful on your way in. My fiancé and I were asked to sign in (no appointment, just walk ins). We asked for a Mani/Pedi for both of us. We got seated for our Pedi shortly. While our feet soak in water, we were even drinks and snacks while seating on a massage chair. He really liked the massage chair! They cleaned, sugar scrubbed, and massagd our feet. I got my toe nails painted white (for the upcoming wedding) and he got his nails cut and cuticles cleaned. After the pedicure, I was asked to get my acrylic sets, so I sat in the middle chairs. I showed Hailey (nail tech) my inspired photo that I want to get, and she immediately got to work. This is my first time getting acrylics and I had a lot of ingrown on my fingers. I came in with previous cuts from my ingrown, but Hailey was able to go around it and cut it clean. It was quick and simple, and she did an amazing job in my opinion. The total for both my future hubby and I was around $210 ($25/manicure + $35/pedicure + $75/acrylic full set + tip) Before tip was around $170 (we got discount also got discount ) I would definitely come back here! read more

I went to Amy for the first time a few weeks ago for a dip manicure on my natural nails, and they lasted a full month! My nails were longer and stronger than they've ever been -- I was seriously so impressed. I went back today to get dip again because she truly does such a beautiful job, and I'll definitely keep coming back to her. I had an 11:30 appointment. I got there early and was asked to wait, not a problem. Someone came in after me, she didn't have an appointment but called on the way in. They took her versus taking me, even the woman who was a "walked in" acknowledged that she didn't have an appointment. The nail salon lady double downed and would NOT take me next. This is how they treat their customers who plan ahead. Shameful customer service!!! Will never go back. read more

The people were friendly enough. Provided snacks and were pleasant. The problem was with the "manicure". There was very little done to my hands and fingers. Cuticles pushed back, a little filing and buff prep of the nails. I was pressured to get gel and didn't want it, so I got regular polish and it started coming off the next day, even though I wasn't doing anything to warrant it. I was traveling, on vacation and not dong any household chores that would cause them to chip after 24 hours. Later when I got home I had my regular nail person paint them with regular polish and they lasted 2 weeks before any chipping was noticeable. And, all the while I was doing holiday baking and household chores. What's the difference? I don't know, but I won't go anywhere but my own person ever again! read more

Found my go to nail and eyebrow wax place! Bestie and i were walk-ins on Friday. Did a basic black gel manicure and this was the fastest and best manicure I've ever gotten!!! I swear I've never had a 10/10 opinion about how my nails come out at the nail salon (usually 7/10 or 8/10 at other places) but Blooming Nails did me so good!!! My bestie also got her nails done and an eyebrow wax and they came out great too! So great in fact that I decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well. I overplucked my brows and had been growing them out so I was skeptical about getting them waxed but she did so great with shaping them properly and now I can just fill them in the waiting for more hair to grow back. Came in as a walk-in in the middle of the day on Wednesday and they did such a good job! Gave me a little snack (small cherry coke, small package of crackers, and 2 small candies) , the massage chair was very comfortable too.
