appreciate they took me as a walk in. I went in for a French tip gel pedicure. The price list said the package I picked was $60 for gel. she charged me $65 at the end. it took her an hour and a half because she couldn't paint the tips correctly. re painted them 3/4 times. she was extremely shaky half way through so I was trying to or patient with her, but she used the nippers to possibly clean some of the paint off my skin and cut my toe 2 times. the 2nd time she made my toe bleed. after I got home and took a better look there paint on all the toes around the nail, some nails are missing the corners painted and very uneven. During the entire service she never once tried to have a conversation until after she cut me towards the end. very unhappy and will not be returning read more

I was disappointed with the manicure as it seems only one nail technician can do a regular natural nail manicure,. Each time I've tried getting a manicure there , it never fails that my cuticles are always cut, and I have to wear Band-Aids on my fingers for weeks. I also don't like the pressure of being asked to have my pedicure and manicure at the same time. The ultimate was when I was told oh yeah, we can paint your nails and then give you a pedicure massage if you are in a hurry. read more

While my hubby and brother-in-law were working on their Harleys, I figured it was the perfect time to treat my sister-in-law to a little spa day. This place is on my way home from work and not far from where I live so I called during my lunch to set up a manicure appointment for after work. It was a Friday afternoon so the Lohmanns Plaza parking lot was incredibly busy but after several rounds I finally found a spot. The salon was kind of busy but I didn't have to wait. I sat down and she got straight to work. The Salon is very clean and incredibly relaxing. They had the most calming music and after a long week at work it was exactly what I needed to roll into the weekend. The technician I had took her time and had great attention to detail as she made sure my manicure was perfect. After she had prepped, cut, shaped and painted my nails, I also got a hand massage and hot towel. It was wonderful. I've been to many nail salons and I must say that Tiffany's has become my #1. The first time I went there I felt so relaxed and at ease. I went there with my sister and my 5 year old daughter. The group of ladies that took care of us were very friendly and attentive and made us feel like we were regulars on our very first visit. They did an amazing job on our nails and one of the ladies even entertained my 5year old when she was finished with her manicure while my sister and I were still getting ours done. I went in because my regular nail salon was booked up and my acrylic nails were falling off (superglued some back on, Ik I wait too late sometimes don't judge lol). I told the lady which ones were super glued, so she could take them off and start fresh, instead she literally laughed at me and did nothing to them. They ignored the 10% off special they texted me about. Every single nail is a different size and shape, they look awful. And two of my acrylic nails have fallen off since I got them done two days ago. Second bad experience here. Waste of $50. Bummer. read more

I came here 2 weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure because I was overdue for one. I love how they did it simultaneously. Got a dip powder manicure with artwork on my nails. I normally don't get it but was trying to be festive and in the spirit of Christmas. It turned out great. Love my manicures. However I noticed that the top coat is starting to come off. I've never had that happen to me. They use DND polish. As I'm familiar with the brand. I had my nails done at another shop in and after 4 weeks this has never happened. My pedi was amazing! Today I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. It took over an hour to do my toes because the lady kept getting up and walking away. I told her I don't have time for my scheduled manicure because it's now been over an hour and a half. She was trying to convince me to stay but I was over it. They had three walk in ladies getting their toes done and another walk in getting her manicure. I made an appointment and I expect to be taken care of. I did ask that she remove the gel at least then she charged me for a full Pedi and mani. I was upset in the moment I didn't even realize it. I really like this place! I've been going to Tiffany's for over a year now, not routinely only when I have time to go. They are located in a nice area, are always friendly, and do a good job. I usually just get something simple done, like dip on my regular nails or a gel pedicure, but they always do a good job. The prices! Yikes! My regular place was super full, and I didn't have any other time to go, so I came to Tiffany's. I've never been before and will never go back. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in, and the place was empty, and I was alone the entire 45 min I was there. I got a pedicure, and with tip, it cost me $66. I didn't ask for gels, but that's what she handed me to look at for paint color. It was only after I found out that it was $15 extra. Then, when I asked for the basic pedicure, she told me I had calluses and should go up one on the pedicure options. I guess they don't use a pumice stone on a basic pedicure. I should have been more diligent about paying attention to prices, but wow, total price gouging. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
