Horrible service. I was sad because I've been going here for over a year and usually just sit in there very quietly and relax and never had any complaints. But the last time I was in and paid and was leaving they accused me of leaving without paying. I was already in the parking lot taking photos of my nails when the lady that did my nails asked me to come back inside. When I got back inside the owner or whatever that lady that sits at the front was yelling at me making a scene saying I didn't pay. So I showed her my charge to my account and asked the lady that did my nails if I didn't just tip her $15. Which is a great tip. The experience you make for your customers is everything. I will never be back. read more

I've been coming to Pamper for years, and aside from one visit long ago when I waited much longer than expected (even with an appointment), every experience has been consistently solid. I'm not a walk-in person, so reliability matters to me. During my most recent visit, after quite a while, I got a Pamper Fresh Pedicure (Tier 2) with French tips. Kathy, the nail tech, was nice and professional. The result looks great, and I know this pedicure will last. Their work always stays on, and they've never struck me as price-gougers, which I really appreciate. The space itself is clean, quiet, and the single TV plays The Pet Collective (a surprisingly delightful touch). I love that they don't overwhelm you with screens. They also have a couple of complimentary beverages. Overall, Pamper is a reliable, quality spot that is close to home. read more

I love when Amy does my nails. They don't ever break, I was the only friend on the trip to Hawaii whose nails never broke. Amy provides quality work that last, I literally only let her do my nails i also love the nailshop vibes, if you ever want to wind down and grab a mimosas while getting pampered this is a place for you. If you're not into that, you can get a water and even bring your laptop to do some work while getting pampered pedicure! read more

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple times and they've all been positive experiences until today. Came in this afternoon for a gel pedicure and gel removal on my nails as I do my own gel manicure at home and was hoping to save time. I was told gel removal this time would be $15 which I thought was steep but agreed to. The technician started removing my previous gel (French tips) on my nails and used a gold metal drill tip which got most of it off. she then soaked my nails in acetone with foil for the remainder of the French tip. I was wondering why she was soaking them as most of the white was gone. After removing the foil she proceeded to drill with a course grit. I told her after the first nail that it felt sensitive so she lowered the intensity of the drill. She drilled back and forth multiple times on each of my nails and I told her I didn't want to do anymore drilling because my nails are too thin. Literally sensitive, red and soft to the touch at this point. She told me "when you do gel a lot your nails get thin". I told her that I do my own gel and have never used a drill. (I don't even own one) There's no reason a gel removal should take 20 minutes of drilling. I had no issue with the drilling until it started to hurt. Super disappointing experience and my nails are now paper thin. Not sure if they justify the price of $15 removal by drilling so much? I told the technician I didn't want to do anymore buffing or drilling, she chuckled, filed the edges and put cuticle oil on. Pedicure was okay but the quality of service here has definitely gone down. One of the other technicians took my payment and gave me a fully filled out stamp card worth $10 to "make up for it" after I showed her my nails and explained the situation. Should have left the stamp card, lesson learned and I will not be back. read more

8003822000 This is my favorite and the best nail salon I have been to in over 13 years in the Greater Sacramento area and I used to go to a different one every month to try and find a great spot. Everyone is so sweet there and they are always packed no matter what time of day every day. Amy did my nails in the pictures below; she is an absolute artist! Ouch. While clipping my cuticles, the nail tech went really deep and took a chunk out of my ring finger. She put mystery green goop to stop it, but It's been four hours and it's still bleeding. The painting is another story. Uneven coat and it already looks like my nails are grown out/the tips aren't painted. I tried to ask them if they could fix while I was there and they got very defensive saying it was not something they could fix. Hoping my finger doesn't get infected! read more

I've been going to pamper for a little over four years and they were amazing when I first started going. I feel like in the past year it's gone downhill. The appointments I make are never actually appointments and there's a few artists (I don't want to name them) that can have a little bit of a friendlier feel to them but I always came back because the prices were fair and the quality was good. BUT, this time I got dip on my regular nails and was completely shocked to hear them charge me an additional $5 for "long nails". Idk about you but these nails are far from being considered long. Plus, this has never been mentioned before. I feel very taken advantaged of and unfortunately I think this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I won't be going back. read more

1. Very friendly and are willing to try any design you give them. 2. Location is really close to where I work so I come during the week at about 4:45. They are regularly really busy and good at remembering you. 3. One critique that I would give is when they are out of seats for manicures, they will sit you at a chair for pedicures, But with your shoes on, it's pretty uncomfortable cause you have to hold them at a certain angle. Then midway through they'll move you to a different seat. A group of three girls came in and in order for them to sit next to each other, they moved me for a second time. I get wanting to accommodate them, but I'm also paying customer and should not have been moved. They always say yes to people coming in even if they can't accommodate properly. I've tried making appointments and they don't write those down. It's mainly just walk in and wait to get seated. Again, I don't have a problem with it because they are very friendly however I don't want to be moved two or three times while getting one manicure.. read more

I've been coming here for almost 8 years now and I always have such a great experience at Pamper! The salon is always clean and relaxing, and all the staff is so nice and super friendly. Amy always does such a great job and exceeds my expectations for my nails and she's also very fast! They do a great job for manicure/pedicures all together and it always looks fantastic. NO! Don't go! I was looking forward to finding a new nail technician. This is not the place. Scheduled an appointment, and was told it would be with Cindy, however someone else did my feet, someone else started to do my nails while I was getting the pedicure, someone else did the fill powder, and the girl that started my nails while I was getting a pedicure circled back to finish my nails. She changed my nail shape, polish job terrible, didn't cut cuticles or even use oil to moisturize the dry skin, different length of each fingernail and was told to change the shape I need to soak off and get a new set. What the hell? This after I was tried to be sold to move from acrylic to powder. I just moved from gel to acrylic! If I didn't love how my hands look with my nails done I'd cut them off and go natural! The salon charges you a $1 for using a credit card. For almost $80, I feel like a waste of $$ and time. I'll have to keep my hands in my pockets for the next 3 weeks. On the prowl for a new technician and salon. I don't recommend here even though the pedicure was okay. read more

I go for pretty simple neutral colors or French tips using dip powder, and my experience has been great. The techs are very detail-oriented, efficient, and the salon is clean. Got my nails done by my girl Amy again! Conversation was super wonderful, we both work in the service industry so it was nice to be able to talk & share about our experiences during my appointment. I had my previous set for around 2-3 months with one fill, when the old set was removed we found nail fungus on two of my nails! I was surprised as it's never happened before but Amy was super informative, never knew it could happen from nail lifting and water becoming trapped underneath, so ladies listen to your nail techs when they say it's time for a whole new set as just doing fills back to back can cause that issue! She also provided a fungal treatment with the service which was $10, been using it 1-2 times a day and I can already feel the difference! Love coming here and im excited to be back, thanks again ladies! read more

I absolutely recommend this salon!! My daughter and her friends had their nails butchered at another salon and Pamper made room to fix them. The salon was completely full, but they made room to do 1 removal and set replacement, another full set and 2 manicures with ease. All of the girls were very satisfied and totally loved their nails. This salon went above and beyond to make sure that the girls' nails were prom ready. I am grateful for their great service, friendliness and competence. read more

I got my nails done here (gel) over a month ago (5.5 weeks) with one tip added to a nail that had broken. they have lasted this whole time with no chips and the tip hasn't broken off despite being on my right index finger, arguably the most used lol. I'm so impressed, and wish I lived in California by this salon so I could come back. read more

Really wish nail salons would learn how to do proper soak offs... I got my nails done here and went in for a soak off, I even called and asked if they do them since a lot of time salons just yank off your nails. I was happy to know they did soak offs. Only to get there and as they're doing the soak off, it ended up being a soak and drill. My nails feel so thin and they burn because she burned me several times with the drill. She would've kept drilling too but I couldn't take it, she switched heads but still it was too close to my real nail. So there's still a thin layer acrylic on my nails.. I've gotten a soak off before and it should be done with warm water and acetone. Let the acrylic slowly come off and scrape it (gently) and drill lightly only at the beginning. Drilling should not be the way to get the acrylic off!! & it wasnt even worth it because the acrylic is still there. I think maybe because the products they use don't come off easy... when I go to private techs their products are super easy to come off when the proper techniques are used. I could've drilled and burned my nails at home at this point, & the acrylic is still on. read more

After my visit with her, I fell inconsistent with my waxes and went in today for my first Brazilian in a while. Since I couldn't remember my previous waxers name, I booked with Monique, and it was nothing like my first experience. I laid on the bed and we immediately began the service. Anyone who has gotten a Brazilian before knows it is definitely NOT the most pleasant experience, but today hurt so bad I was crying. I had told her beforehand that I haven't been waxed in so long I was practically a first-timer. She asked me a few times if I wanted to end the wax early, which was a nice offer, but what was I going to do, leave with a half waxed part of my body while still paying full price in the end? I had already made it as far as I did, and pushed through it for my moneys worth. She was going WAY too fast and I was in excruciating pain. I asked her a few times if she could slow down a little bit or if I could at least take a quick breather. She replied that since she had customers after me that I "can't take too long and would need to make it quick" ?? All I needed was a minute. The experience felt extremely rushed and, in my opinion, a service such as a Brazilian where you're dealing with such delicate parts of the body, should not be rushed. We got done with the wax, I paid, and after I came home I realized I still have gross patches of unwanted hair down there. I don't recommend booking Monique for a Brazilian. :( UPDATE: The salon called me yesterday and offered a complimentary touch up with Crystal today, and my experience was amazing! She was friendly, super cool, informative, and gave me plenty of helpful aftercare tips. Most importantly, she got rid of all the leftover hair from my previous appointment thoroughly and efficiently without making me feel rushed. Turns out I had WAY more hair down there than I realized. It was so bad that Crystal almost saved a piece of wax to show her boss because of how much hair was missed during my appointment from a few days ago. She was just as surprised and disappointed as I was. Crystal is that girl! She completely turned my experience around, and I'll definitely be booking with her from here on out! :)

I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

Cindy is one of the rudest women I've ever encountered at any nail salon. I've come here few of times. Most of the techs have no idea what they are doing. They will bounce you around from tech to tech (I had 4 for one set) and was stuck in the chair for almost 3 hours for a French tip. Kristy is the only tech that cares and will do an amazing job. Cindy won't let you book her, she will lie to your face saying she's booked indefinitely bc no other techs will get appointments if she doesn't lie. I've come here for 4 months will never go back and will make sure no one I know will ever come back. My manicure did take a little longer than I expected but I think that's because they were so detail oriented so can't complain about that. The salon was very short on customers for a Saturday afternoon so I hope their business will pick up soon. Maybe now that the Costco gas station isn't such a nightmare and blocking their parking lot, things will get better for them.
