Prior to coming, I made an appointment online which was easy to do. I showed up a few minutes before and was immediately seated and provided color options. After discussing the nail design I wanted, the nail tech got to work! It was an efficient process that I'm glad to report had no accidental nipping. Online my appointment was designated as being a 90 minute slot which was very accurate! My nails honestly came out soooo cute and I'm very happy with the results. If I had any complaints, it would just be at the end when I went to take a photo for my friends and I realized my cuticles looked kind of crusty since the tech didn't apply any hand cream or cuticle oil. I said I wanted a basic pedicure, and even if for some reason they thought that meant gel on my feet, why would they assume I didn't want dip on my hands?
