The broth in all the ramen dishes lacked flavor. It felt like eating a bowl of ramen in plain hot water. Ramen was over cooked. The pork belly that came with the ramen was overly charred and tough (not tender or melt in our mouth). The special rolls were not worth ordering. The ONLY thing half decent was the fried gyozas. Appetizers: we had the crispy rice with shrimp, and their Kushi Yaki which is a torched scallop on skewers. The menu looked good and we liked that you can get both ramen and sushi rolls. I got the Shoyu Ramen with pork. Very good. The pork had a nice smokey flavor to it and the ramen was good sized. Also we got a Crunch Roll. This too was good. Could have used some spice mayo on it but it was a good complement to our meal. The cons here were the cleanliness. As I was looking around at the decor I noticed some cool lights above the tables. Only problem is they had tons of dust and dirt piled on them. And these are above the tables. Ok not unheard of maybe? But also our water bottle was dirty on the plastic cork. The part that goes on the bottle. This place has more potential but they got to get on the cleaning. So I would suggest getting a higher spice level if you love spicy. The salad portion was generous and filled the entire plate.
