This food stand is located in the Koreatown Plaza food court. I got the chicken karage bento for $17 and it was pretty good! Lots of variety. It came with fried chicken karage over rice with a sweet soy dipping sauce, miso soup, 4 pieces of California roll, salad, fried dumplings, and a fried egg roll. All of the food was yummy! When you finish ordering your food, they give you a buzzer and will buzz it for you to come to pickup your food. Once you're finished with your food, you can just leave your plates and trays on the table and a staff member will buss it. There's also a complimentary filter water station nearby and they give you a cup for it if you want. read more

The spicy tuna didn't have enough flavor, and the salmon was too fishy and salty. But, the cashier was very nice, I asked for spicy mayo which they charge $1 for but he gave me it for free if I put it on top of my rolls. But even the spicy mayo was weird, there was chunks of pepper in it and it was way too spicy. The spicy mayo I've eaten is typically creamy and the spice level of sriracha but this was TOO spicy it's not my spice tolerance but if you like that it's for you. read more

Located in the Koreatown Plaza Food court. Order at the food court stall, get a pager, and find an open seat/table. When your pager beeps/vibrates, go to the stall to pick up your food. I ordered the udon and sushi. They were out of fried tofu, so the owner was kind to sub one shrimp tempura. Sushi roll was available sitting in the cold food storage in front, but he offered to make a fresh roll. Water cups are available upon asking. Their water tank is to the left of the stall, past the wall that covers their sushi making station. Udon noodles were perfect chewy and soup was hot and delicious. Not overly salty or overly sweet soup. The roll was a simple California style roll with salmon on top. Ask for their spicy Mayo. I think they mix Mayo with sambal, it's got chili in the spicy Mayo. I understand a few sushi places will pre-make California rolls to re-use later for their premium rolls. However, they were very old because they came out dry, deformed, and almost inedible. Especially avoid the prepackaged rolls. Honestly, this restaurant ranks last in that food court. Go to Hmart across the food court for better sushi. read more
