It pains me to give this review to a small business but it was truly unacceptable in my opinion. They are currently operating as a to-go operation but still welcome you to dine outside on their tables if you please (you may be considered as "eating here" now). We came shortly after opening and ordered 4 different Thai crepes and 3 drinks. Well over 45 minutes later we still had no plates in front of us. When we asked for an update, the server pretty tersely told us "I told you it would take 30-45 minutes!". Mind you, I noticed a gentleman (and only because of his bright blue shirt) who ordered about 20 minutes after us now exiting with about 6 actual to-go orders. Shortly after, our first plate finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was just that. 1 plate. After another 15 minutes we collectively agreed that on the next plate we'd cancel the other two since we had already been sitting for an hour now. On the delivery of the second plate, we informed our server we wanted to cancel and he again met us with resistance. "No, it's coming! It's coming!" and I had to just interject with a white lie that we needed to get somewhere and just couldn't wait longer. Only then was he more amicable. It is my assumption that the large to-go order was prioritized over us and all the tables after us that decided to "eat here" and frankly, that is unfair. Local DIVE. Genuine. Good. That's it... and a keeper! Wait for it... Obscure find in a dated strip mall. The day we visited, summer and balmy, no indoor seating available but they did have takeaway and outdoor seats. We opted for one of the only the 3 outdoor tables. A very attentive gentleman took ou order and delivered it with genuine grace and eagerness to please. We loved our thai iced tea and fresh avocado smoothie served in mason glasses. We ordered a sweet crepe, nutella and ice cream, and a savory thai green choli with chicken. They were both delicious and generously portioned. The owner checked in on us and we complimented him on the meal. The only detraction was service on paper plates and lightweight plastic utensils. Otherwise great food and good service. I ordered the popular thai rice noodle-Pad see Ew, and Satay Chicken (5-sticks only). The food was flavored just right, texture wasn't over cooked. Portion was regular. satay chicken different in a way that they only used white chicken breast--super healthy. Satay sauce was more mild than I'm use to. All still yummy. Decided to grab lunch at Blossom Bee on our way out of town today and it was a good choice. As others have mentioned the location is very small, there are only 3-4 tables inside so if they are all full you'll be sitting outside. We were outside and it was a little chilly, I can't imagine sitting out there in the winter months but it as alright today. Our server was attentive and got us taken care of, the food came out quick and it was hot and delicious. I had the Pad Se Ew and my wife had the Yellow Curry. Both dishes were very good with lots of flavor and the cost was moderate, it came out to about $15 each for the meal including our soft drinks so that's really good. On my prior attempts, the waiter kindly informed me it would take 25-45 minutes to cook the food due to a full house of dine-in patrons. Best to come before 11:30am to avoid a crowd. Service was a little slow, but it was one older gentleman and overall I didn't feel like we waited too long for (most) things to come out. However, the food was tasty and same as 8 years ago the prices are AMAZING, it was really nice to be able to feed the whole family and not feel like we're going to need a second mortgage at some point. Been wanting to try this little Thai cafe by my house but they close rather early at 3 pm. They do not have seating inside but have a couple of tables outside but mostly it's to go. But the cook and worker was very nice, I'm assuming he was the owner. It was a one man show holding it all down. The menu online wasn't up to date so I took a picture of the current menu. They have many types of crepes which I have yet to try. I got an order of pad see ew with chicken which is one of my favorite Thai dishes. We tried coming here on a Sunday for brunch, and the restaurant was full. It's a small place, so it filled quickly. We returned the following weekend, at 11:30 am on Saturday. What a nightmare- it's 98 degrees here and the owner is running NO AC in this place. Awful!!! It's atleast over 103 degrees in there. My child and I were not even able to enjoy our meal. The owner and his wife are incredibly sweet but probably need to consider retiring- the place is becoming more messier, I asked for hot sauce and he handed me an expired bottle from 2022 -- and to think it's OK to not run AC when paying customers are coming in.... I chose this over one of several Thai curry options as the server said it was stir fried and I don't like soggy crepes. Then we got lost in conversation, catching up on family and work. Our food arrived. My crepe was piled with Thai Basil Chicken, and so much gravy it was quite soggy. A bit disappointed, I dug in anyway. Came here since I was little. My mom found this place from yelp, since she was tired of my siblings and I asking her to make crepes every weekend. We loved it; they had this little notebook where you can give them reviews, draw, etc. They had great crepes and rice plates and you always felt welcomed here. My family always got a thai tea, and it's one of the best thai tea I've had. My mother died a couple years ago and I just remember this place. It was great going back to. The food is still great and yet so filling. I hope they can open indoor seating soon:) read more
