We had breakfast here on a weekday morning and really enjoyed our food and time here. The location is at a business center but don't be fooled -- there is plenty of parking at the front and back of the building and the cafe area is spacious with an updated large outdoor seating area and a large indoor seating area. We ordered the egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant, a side of hash browns, and a latte. Everything we had was excellent. The hash browns were fresh and crispy. The croissant was flaky yet moist. And the latte was also great. The everything bagel had a spice on it that I wasn't a super big fan of though, so I'd probably opt for the croissant or sourdough next time. We also had the chance to speak with the owner, Nik, for a while and he clearly cares about good food and the area since he was born and raised there. It's always great to be able to support local and if we lived closer to here, we would be visiting more often. This place also has nice restrooms and would be a good study space for folks looking for a quiet place to do some work. read more

Excellent place with excellent prices. It's rare to find places that have sandwiches at around $10. Food is also very tasty and the only feedback is that sometimes the filling is still cold while the bread is warm. Sometime I wish the meat is also warm. read more

I had a great experience in this Cafe. I was on the way to from Stockton to San Francisco for trail hike. Me and friend was looking some little deli sandwich to eat before we hit our trail in SF. We stop by here and I have to say it's was a great stop. Cafe is amazing and clean. Staff and owner were very kind and friendly. Not only that the Sandwich we order was AMAZING! I ordered the California deli sandwich and my friend order the breakfast croissant bacon sausage sandwich. We both took a bite of each other sandwich and it tasted delicious, light and very settling. Wow. I did not know they were here! Super lowkey. Staff was attentive. Ambiance and decor was phenomenal. Simple but amazing. Super clean and! To top it all off the food is amazing!!! I wish I would have found this hidden jem long ago! They didn't want to charge me for the avocado! Best hole-in-the-corporate-wall ever. I knew it was in a snazzy office building, but it's still unexpected to find them there y'know?? I was greeted by a man I assume to be the owner, and he was just so darn nice. He recognized nearly everyone who came in to order, and his customers took the time to chat with him too. Gives me the fuzzies. The Californian ($12): Seems like a sandwich you can make yourself at home, but sometimes (most of the time) you don't feel like doing it. Enter The Californian. Look how much turkey they gave me!! When a sandwich needs to be held together by a toothpick, you already know it's gonna be good. Ultimate Grilled Cheese ($8.25): My husband is one of those people who will say "this is the best ____ I've ever had" whenever he's hungry, and he's a grilled cheese snob. This one has made 1st place so far on his list of grilled cheeses. They are currently expanding/moving to a bigger space in the same building, which is super exciting. Possibly the best office building lunch cafe I've ever had (or cared to have). I might be biased since I work in the building, but the staff is so hospitable and caring the moment you walk in. Ordering ahead is such a great experience, and the food quality is always top notch. Fresh ingredients and constantly evolving. There's a rumor in our office that Pho will be returning when the patio opens up! I'm more than excited for that as I'm a huge fan of noodle soups. The remodel is such a nice break from my normal day in the office as there's plenty of breather room and sunlight. Take some time and enjoy a nice lunch at Hacienda Cafe sometime. read more

What a GREAT find!! I was specifically looking for a banh mi sandwich spot so I could purchase some pickled daikon and carrots to take home as we wanted to make our own sandwiches with leftover BBQ pork. This was close by so off I went. Since it was around lunch, I ordered a club sandwich and a chicken teriyaki bahn mi to go and my request for a tub of pickled veggies was not a problem. Both sandwiches were huge with generous portions and were fresh and delicious! Both gentlemen were friendly and had a good time chatting with them. Don't let the location detour you away!! It's inside of an office building but it's not hard to find on the first floor! I got a vegetarian Vietnamese sandwich. They ran out of the regular bread for the sandwiches but they offered to make it for me on another type of bread and OMG IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! They should definitely put this on their menu or all my vegetarians out there. It hard to come by a good vegetarian Viet sandwich My gf also enjoyed her breakfast sandwich. Tucked inside an office building currently occupied by ServicNow, it's a quaint little cafe servicing the several office buildings tied together. Not sure how much business they get given no one is really in the office. Went there specifically for the banh mi. It was ok, but not the best. The bread didn't have that crispy crunchy outside with a soft inside. The ingredients were ok, the teriyaki chicken was not really on point, and the peppers had almost no heat. That's not traditional banh mi anyway. Also got a ham one for the wife. She also thought average at best and wished there was pate. I would have preferred a 5-spick chicken. read more

Without a doubt, Hacienda Café is my favorite spot for breakfast and lunch! The food is always super fresh and tasty and the customer service is unmatched! Nestled in a beautiful office building, you can smell the fragrant aromas of the café from either end of the hall. As a vegan, it's always been difficult for me to find a close "go-to spot" that catered to my dietary needs-- not only does Hacienda Café have various vegan/ vegetarian options but their menu is customizable, so I'm able to try different options each time I go! I've gone to this café with meat-eaters, vegetarians and even someone who has to eat gluten free-- there's something for everyone here and everyone leaves will full belly's and happy faces! Despite the many obstacles I'm sure this cafe faced with the pandemic, I'm so glad to see them back up and running after being closed for over a year. I'm looking forward to seeing this cafés growth in 2022 and the return of their daily specials and regular business hours! Although I no longer work in the business building, I will continue to make the trip out here to eat at my favorite spot. Pho Monday is a good place to be at the Hacienda Terrace Cafe. The broth for this beef pho dish has a sophisticated layering of spices reminiscent of the southern Vietnamese style. Apparently it's a family recipe of anise, clove, cinnamon, whole black peppercorns and other family secret stuff. It was truly satisfying and comforting. The location is inside of a business building and you might not think to check it out. Look at the specials on their website for unconventional offerings in a business building location. The service is uber friendly but not in a creepy way and quick an efficient. I was there for the Pho but a couple of other diners found this spot through yelp and wanted to try the sandwiches. They reported the sandwich they had was enjoyable but wished it had a bit more spice or peppers. Maybe a sandwich offering with mayo and siracha would be popular? I'm giving a five star which is unusual for me, because I just love the hospitality and the innovative specials. It seems the owners want to please and give you a good experience and truly want to "feed you" like a Jewish or Chinese grandma would. read more

This place is located inside an office building. I have been working at a cell site on the roof. Tried to find somewhere for lunch..but none close by. Luckily I'm a yelper and found this place. I was not disappointed when the food came. It was very good with nice portions. A couple times I was able to save the rest for later. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
