Dumped the entire contents of our neighbor's water heater through rain gutters into a drain in front of our unit and nearly flooded the place when it clogged. When I pointed this out, they said I should get it looked at. It took me a couple minutes of scraping dirt from the gutters away from the drain to clear it, which they clearly didn't try. Very impressed and pleased with their customer service, promptness and work! From the customer service rep on the phone to the gentleman that came to fix my busted mail water line they were professional and efficient and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable rate! So grateful to Pedro, Jose and the rest of the team for coming out to assist us during the holidays with a major sewer backup (about which our neighbor notified us ). Pedro came out in the rain and hydro jetted a root blockage so we could use our bathrooms on Christmas Day but we had very old clay sewer pipes and needed the rooty sections replaced because they were breaking. My partner and I purchased a craftsman home that was built in 1916. We closed escrow, received the keys to the home, and we discovered that the excess storms in California helped the roots grow deeper and deeper in our main sewer line. I used them last year for drain cleaning at the apartment building. This year we called them back with the heavy rains flooding our area and they came out within 48 hours and cleaned every ground drain we had the make sure we did not have a flooding issue. Sink back up we tried to fix for two days with baking soda, vinegar, boiling water, plunging etc. Plunging caused two leaks. No go. First plumber (different company) showed up with no mask. Gave him an N95. He could not fix the leaks, said he had to order a part. Also said he needed a kitchen sink snake but the guy who had it was busy elsewhere. The nice thing was he wished me a happy new year and did not charge for the visit. Desperate for clean dishes and our kitchen to work for New Year's Eve I called about ten plumbers. Several never called back. A few did but had terrible reviews. I tried Blu Jay. Justin Gomez showed up late that afternoon with a mask. He had the kitchen snake and the parts. Everything fixed in about half an hour, and gave me a 30 day warranty on the cleared clog. Will call them again if I need plumbing done. read more

Due to the recent shaker we had. My wife was worried since we didn't have an auto gas shut off. The Gas Company wanted quite a bit of money plus 1.5 week wait. I called a few plumbing companies after doing some research and settled on this one. I spoke to Pedro the supervisor who was courteous and gave me assurances on the work being done within 24 hours. Technician/Plumber Christian came out and did an assessment and got the work done promptly while showing us how to turn off/on the main switch if an earthquake shuts if off. First of all, my house is two stories, not three. Also, if you had looked under the sink in the bathroom, you'd have discovered as I did after you left, that there was a cleanout you could have used to run the camera instead of going through a vent. As it was, the vent you used was directly above that bathroom on a flat roof and required minimal extra effort. The camera was to determine the issue and I shouldn't have to pay for troubleshooting since that was to sole purpose of the camera. And finally, what you gave me an estimate for was to descale the line with a possible Hydro Jet through the roof vent for $3,875.00. Your other estimate included installing a proper cleanout outside for $4,750. Today I had a proper sewer cleanout installed outside the house and a Hydro jet for $2,200. read more

This is an updated review. I had a misunderstanding with the plumber who came to clear our drain and out of frustration I left a lesser review and want to update it. I didn't fully understand what the plumber told me would be the best solution, which it turns out was 100% correct. The owner of the company was kind enough to take the time to call me and we had a good conversation and now I understand. I am updating my review and I will call this company in the future if I have drain problems. read more
