Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. The work itself is solid -- clean, professional, and done right the first time. Pricing has been reasonable, especially compared to the headaches I've had with other outfits. What stands out most is the people. They bend over backwards to help. I don't trust a lot of folks to walk through my front door, but these guys have earned it. Fantastic staff, no attitude, no upselling games -- just good people who take pride in the work. If you need a plumber you can actually rely on, call them.
