We waited around 25 minutes for the Philadelphia rolls, which is already quite long, but the result was even worse: there was barely any cream cheese. The taste was completely off -- just poorly made rolls with almost no filling. I visited this place about six months ago and the service was noticeably better. Now it feels like both the service and food quality have significantly declined. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The couches are super comfy, the hookah service is great (they change the charcoal without you even asking), and free parking is a huge plus. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the night even better. The only downsides are that you really need to make a reservation ahead of time for weekends, otherwise you might end up stuck at the bar or in a less atmospheric spot. Also, there are only two gender-neutral restrooms, so there can be a bit of a wait.

Boca does not have many options for dancing, especially Latin music. Got there around 8:30pm, a bit early but the place was already starting to fill up with people. The music was going, and they had a person singing live with some instruments too. Drinks are strong, and they have a taco place right next door. We styed for about two hours, talking, dancing, having a great time. Great to see this is still a great place to enjoy Latin music and dance.

She explained happy hour recently started and the crowds really come in around 11pm because the lounge is open until 4am. The happy hour menu here is huge! A baby changing table is affixed to the wall also plagued with graffiti. These additions could be considered intentional or condoned but seem to fit the total ambiance of the bar. If you are in downtown Hollywood this bar with a cool as hell name should be a stop.
