Made Christmas Day reservations with my friend. We sat at a high top in the bar. The place was lovely and welcoming. We had cocktails and wine and then ordered dinner. Shared a Caesar salad- it was very good. He ordered a ribeye medium rare and I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes. His ribeye came out almost raw, but it was a quick fix by our server. She was very nice. We will be back! Cudos to every one of the staff that worked on Christmas Day. They sacrificed time with their families to make our Christmas dinner experience great.

Great Argentine atmosphere, beautiful setting with delicious food and friendly service. We started with smoked cheese, beef empanadas and caprese salad. Then skirt steaks and shrimp salad. Plus have thier own wheat ale. Worth it all.

With several locations to choose from, we came to their Las Olas Boulevard location. The food was good, the service was good until it was time to pay: the server just sort of disappeared but hey, maybe he was just letting us relax for a while. The watermelon martini was delicious: cold, with a hint of mint and a really cold small watermelon ball as a garnish. The prosciutto di Parma tortellini in pesto creamy sauce was really good with the prosciutto been crispy and in tiny pieces. The tortellini pieces were small also which was fantastic. The onion soup was delicious and finally the almendrado as a dessert was nice: ice cream with chocolate sauce and crushed nuts. We will definitely be coming back.

A few of us were having dinner down the block so we stopped in here for a quick Happy Hour cocktail to wet our whistle. This place is beautiful and comfortable, and was surprisingly uncrowded for a Friday night. They even have a "private" table in a wine room. We bellied up to the bar (Ladies, they have the purse hooks!) and we were greeted by a charming young man named Manolo. Drinks were made quickly and efficiently, with just the right amount of bartender chat, and Manolo introduced us to a local gin that we will definitely be buying for our home bar.

Delicious food here! The ambiance is nice as well. We ordered the cheese board and two of the milanesas, which were both delicious! My friend and I split the Mila Napolitana and my 2 other friends split the Baires. We did get charged for the waters because we said still and thought it meant tap, but this is probably a mistake on our part lol. The service was good and great food!

Super Cute place on las olas. I'd say one of the better restaurants on the strip. The service was good and everyone was very attentive and friendly. The starter bread was warm and delicious especially with the amazing Chimichurri which also goes great with the steak. We tried a few things on the menu. The skirt steak was good but a bit chewy for my liking. The Pappardelle pasta was cooked perfectly not a ton of flavor with the mushroom but was still good. The Baires Milanesa was good and crispy. I think it would have been better with marinara sauce so will def try that one next time. Also the French onion soup was delicious a lot of broth and cheesy goodness. The only thing I really didn't like was the grilled veggies they were very mushy. My husband said the martini was nice and strong. I'm looking forward to coming back to try other dishes!

Beautiful restaurant with good service. The food was pretty good. The Filet was cooked well but could have used more seasoning. The beef milanese was diffrent. It was good and the Salad that came with it was very fresh.

So let's touch on the most important points: 1. Lili my bartender and server was AMAZING. Personality; cares about her customers; makes delicious drinks and hands down one of the best bartenders I've had in South Florida Amazing!! 2. Additionally, Augustine was on the bar ensuring all the cocktails for the restaurant were made to perfection. Great personality and clearly she knows what she is doing. Bravo 3. As a steak connoisseur that has had a home in South Florida for twenty years and visited over 110 steakhouses in the area- THE BEST STEAK IN SOUTH FLORIDA right now hands down. 4. Ambiance - white cloth tables; attentive service; classy vibe - love it! ...and they just added brunch with an amazing menu and have TV's at the bar for those of us like me that don't want to miss a game. Overall- PERFECTION! If I could eat here everyday I would. Now that they have added brunch and lunch who knows - I may be here everyday. Don't miss out on this absolute gem! My new favorite place to eat without a question.

I've been here 3 or 4 times now, each time my boyfriend and I just grab a seat at the bar. The restaurant is beautiful and also has a covered outdoor patio, along with 4 outdoor bar seats. All the times we've been we have gotten great service from their bartenders. The drinks are always good and the food we've tried is great! It's definitely one of our favorite date night spots in Fort Lauderdale. I also love that they give bread to snack on while you wait for food and drinks. Free bread will always win me over. Last time I was there I got an arugula salad and added a chicken Milanesa which was delicious. My boyfriend got the pappardelle with mushroom ragu and his only complaint was that some of the mushrooms were a bit chewy, as if they were dried mushrooms that hadn't fully rehydrated. My favorite thing I've tried on the menu is their short ribs agnolotti gratin. I've ordered it twice and it's fantastic. We usually find a parking spot in the paid lot right across the street on Las Olas.

The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful inside Baires, and the service is incredibly attentive and creates an upscale experience. Our food was very good, with very juicy meat, amazingly rich mashed potatoes, and perfectly crisp french fries. However, I'm only giving this 4 stars because I personally thought the food could have been more flavorful for the price. My chicken breast was an excellent grilled chicken, but they could elevate it by offering some kind of marinade. I was also surprised that my partner's Milanese wasn't served with any kind of sauce besides ketchup. Given that it's an "Argentinian steakhouse", I would have enjoyed seeing some more flavors from Argentina shine through on the menu.

    Fried Beef and chicken empanadas

This was such a great anniversary dinner. From the service to the food everything was fantastic. We came in on a Friday evening and even tho we didn't have a reservation we were immediately sat. They had light upbeat music and we even watched the end of a performance. Our server started us with bread and butter and brought chimichurri and salsa to the table. We ordered a beef and a chicken fried empanadas. They were both crispy and hot. Both packed with meat and very flavorful. The watermelon cocktail was not too sweet and complemented my food well. For dinner we had the parrillada for 2 which had a little bit of everything and all the meats tasted delicious. We were to full for dessert but I would definitely come back.

We tried the caesar salad (you have to cut it yourself but don't worry it's SO GOOD), truffle fries, spare rib tips, ropa vieja poutine, and ropa vieja (entree). While everything was incredibly tasteful, the ropa vieja poutine was by far my favorite. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

Absolutely the best lunch at Laudy Bar & Craft Kitchen!…read more I read that they had a really nice brunch, so we decided to take a ride down to Fort Lauderdale and check it out. I'm so glad we did! Laudy Bar & Craft Kitchen is in Fort Lauderdale, between Broward Blvd and Sunrise on Northwest 1st Avenue, in one of the newer residential areas with a few high-rise apartments. There is pay-by-phone street parking right outside, and it runs $3.50 an hour. The vibe is cool and a little eclectic, and I can see this place getting busy at night. The décor is welcoming with great artwork on the walls, the staff is over-the-top nice, and the menu is fantastic. We arrived around 2:00, it wasn't crowded, only one or two tables were taken, and a few people sitting at the bar, so we decided to grab two seats at the bar so we could watch tennis. The brunch menu looked amazing and had something for everyone. Even though we came specifically for brunch, we ended up ordering several things that weren't breakfast -- and, everything was incredible. The Bloody Marys are $12 during brunch, or $25 for endless. We ordered the $12 Bloody Mary, and I have to say it was probably the best Bloody Mary I've ever had! I have no idea what they put in it, but it was so good. We started with the lollipop lamb chops. they come 3 to an order, and they were absolutely fabulous. The seasoning and grilling were outstanding. I've honestly never had lamb chops this good. I really wanted a second order, but at $30, we decided to restrain ourselves. They are definitely worth the splurge! Then came the scallops -- four large sea scallops wrapped in bacon with a delicious glazed sauce. Excellent! We finished with a big piece of carrot cake, which was the perfect ending. My compliments to the chef -- every single thing we ordered was better than the one before it. The food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic. I highly recommend Laudy Bar & Craft Kitchen. This is definitely one of the best restaurants I've discovered in the Fort Lauderdale area, and I can't wait to bring my friends back. I've already been telling them that they need to try this place!

Wasn't worth the extra $6 to add chicken given the very small amount added. That being said, the dish was delicious! Tuesdays also include $2 mussels so we ordered a half dozen and they were good as well. Overall, would recommend!

I highly recommend starting with the Pan Seared Scallops. They were packed with flavor and served with pickled vegetables, crunchy nuts, and a sweet onion layed over a creamy white sauce that tied the entire dish together perfectly. The Lobster Bisque wasn't my favorite, as it leaned more toward a tomato-based flavor than I expected, but it did include generous chunks of lobster. For my entrée, I had the Chilean Sea Bass paired with the Shrimp Mac & Cheese and Green Beans, and everything was a 10/10. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth, while the sides were large enough to share, making them perfect for bigger groups.

I wasn't in the mood for alcohol beverages but they do have good happy hour prices. All of the staff were extremely pleasant, smiling, and were eager to take my order. For my beverage, I ordered an iced tea, and they brought an assortment of sugar-free as well as sugar to choose from. They may not have many people who order tea or coffee but it would be nice to have Stevia. The tea was very good and I'm from the south where iced tea is the number one drink. My server immediately brought me fresh toasted Italian bread with flavored oil and it was delicious. I ordered three items from the happy hour menu. I ordered the Greek salad, the shrimp cocktail and the clam chowder. I didn't care for the Greek salad since I felt it was had a little bit too much dressing and not enough lettuce but some may care for more crunchy vegetable Greek salad with lots of dressing. The chef did come out and offer a substitute since the item wasn't into my liking and that was extremely nice. I didn't expect it. The clam chowder is unbelievable. It is definitely authentic and absolutely delicious. Also the shrimps are humongous and tasted very freshly cooked. And the cocktail sauce was just right. It wasn't super spicy. Even though the bar area is very lively with lots of sports TVs, the dining area is quiet. This is probably the third time I've been to this restaurant and I'll probably go back again this week because I'm craving the clam chowder. If you haven't tried it then you need to check it out.
