Apparently if it's not THEIR beer, you can't get a half pour. That's bullshit. I wont be back.

My favorite place to eat and drink in Hamburg! I compare every other soft pretzel to Copperz…read moreBrewhouse Pretzel, but nobody else comes close. The Fried Brussels sprouts with balsamic maple glaze are my other favorite appetizer. Best entree is the Burger Bowl, a salad topped with a cheeseburger and French fries. Choose thousand island dressing for the 'Big Mac' flavor. Yum! Rotating house brews are on tap as well as a few staples. We really enjoy Copper, an alt bier and Requiem, the steam beer. They also make some creative seasonal cocktails. The place is handicap accessible, small sidewalk ramp and no steps. For a wheelchair, it's tight getting in and out, as there are two single doors within 6 feet. The servers are friendly and helpful, letting us sample beers and making recommendations. When guests visit, we take them to Copperz and they're always pleasantly surprised.

Living an 1 1/2 hours away, we plan our visits based on the tap list on the website. (We travel far as part of what we call Brewery Friday). Too often the list on the website is not close to the actual tap list. We made the trip only to find out they do not have what we came for. Fortunately, yesterday was an exception. We went for the smores stout. They still had the huckleberry wit. And to our surprise, they had a blackberry schwarzbier that was not on the website. All three were amazing. However, there are at least 4 beers list on the website tap list that were not available. I find it very disappointing that any restaurant can not keep their website up to date. It does a disservice to customers who travel for a specific menu item.

Truffle tries 10/10 The fries came out looking super light in color, so I was a little nervous about the cook of them but it was definitely deceiving because they were great! Little tiny crisp on the outside. There was plenty of truffle flavor, and the aioli was delicious too! Overloaded Pepperoni 6/10 Sweet sauce. Because it's called overloaded pepperoni, we expected it to be fully covered in pepperoni and it 100% was not at all. It was just a normal amount of pepperoni, which was super disappointing. The next day eating the leftovers, the dough was super soggy and gummy like it wasn't cooked, it was gross. Baja-Style fish tacos 9/10 The piece of fish could have been slightly bigger, I feel like it was kinda buried in the taco under everything else, when the fish really should have been the star of the dish. The slaw was nice and balanced; there actually was a ton of pickled red onion, which I think totally could have been a little less; the pico was fresh; and the chipotle aioli had a good flavor and was like a mild-medium spice level. Everything in the taco went really well together and it was really tasty. I don't really understand the tortilla chips on the side- there was nothing to dip them in or eat them with, so they were kind of a waste.

We enjoyed our lunch stop here. The service was very attentive, the ambiance was nice and the food…read morewas very good. Recommended.

They don't have food, but do sell snacks (chips, dips, sodas, etc). There was a food truck available outside to get food as well. Extensive beer and seltzer menu. We didn't do the beer and opted for seltzer. Got the spicy mango one. They make these by adding syrups, etc so bartender was super helpful in customizing as we didn't want it sweet at all. They even do half pours as well. Super cheap. We sat out back on the patio with our drinks and food from the food truck. Very nice place. Service was excellent! Great brewery vibes.

There was ample seating inside. It's also doggy friendly (and there was a dog adoption event so even more pups to pet!). Service was good and they had a nice beer selection. I enjoyed the Easy A red ale and their chocolate covered raspberry stout. Music selection was also great while we were there! They had food from a local BBQ spot while we were there; we weren't hungry at the time, but it smelled great! They also have chips and other snacks available. It looks like they have a good roster of events and I'd definitely return!
