The rep said as much, and asked if i would like to renew the membership today. I checked my credit card statement. The payment for April went through on the second. This happened on the 21st. I showed him where the payment was not declined for this month, but still argued that it was declined. I am paid up until the next billing date of May 2nd. Again, this has happened to me twice. the first time, I fell for it and paid for a wash, when I shouldn't have had to. Do they pick random customers to do this to to try to get extra money out of them?

Being a paying customer and and being treated poorly because they have no leadership and apparently are not trained well. No customer service. I called the car wash and no one picked up the phone. I guess understaffed with no customer service. I called a customer care and reported the issue. She didn't say I'm sorry or have any concern that she cared or the company. The call I made was delt with as if I was the problem. It was very rude. I guess customers don't care if they lose a customer. She did the cancelation and asked if there was anything else. Again, no apology, no concern, and was not nice. Then hung up before i ended the call. Your guys have the rude part down. I know We don't make a difference but, Really????? Upon exiting I was missing several parts to my vehicle. One of the young workers had a huge box full of random vehicle pieces from several vehicles. I was unable to find any of my missing pieces in the box, because the pieces to my vehicle was still on the ground as several vehicle filtered through the car wash not knowing what damage to their vehicle was ahead. I was instructed to return the next day, after clean-up crew had gathered the daily missing vehicle parts. I returned the next day, after searching through the box of missing vehicle parts. I was unable to locate or identify any of the many parts located in the box. At this point, the young serviceman took photos of my vehicle to submit to their damage claim department.
