I'm quite surprised reading the reviews here. My experience was the complete opposite. I started…read morereaching out to dealerships regarding a 2026 C8 Corvette and this was the only dealership that was responsive, transparent, and easy going. 1) All the of the negotiation was done with Chris - through text. He gave me a fees sheet showing exactly what would be charged. The only thing that was included as a tint package already installed but he was upfront about that. There were other options, but they were obviously optional and were not included and I made sure to tell them it was not something I was interested in. Every other dealer I talked to added LoJack or something else I found no value in, immediately in to the sale, and stated that it was "mandatory". 2) When I asked for a video walkaround, he gave me one right away. Other dealers in California just never got back to me. 3) We came to an agreement on the trade-in price with very minimal back and forth, and the value was fair. 4) Gave my information by text so 90% of the paperwork was finished by the time we got there. Made the 4 hour trip from Las Vegas, test drove, and waited a minimal amount of time to go to finance. 5) Leon in finance was friendly and very upfront with everything such as rates, extended warranty options, etc. 6) Chris took the time to sign me up with the Chevy app, and made sure On-Star was working. 7) Rob (Internet Sales Manager) was obviously busy but kept checking in on us every so often. The experience was clean and as good as a car deal could be. I would recommend any one in the Prescott area (or Las Vegas for that matter) to come here for a purchase. My opinion - as long as you're pretty direct with them, just state that's all you want in return, and it should be smooth sailing. Thanks again Casa!

So they advertise a $26,995 "Casa Price" on their website for a 2026 Chevy Equinox EV and that…read moreprice jumps by $2,397 for: 1) a tint package, $599 2) a 3-year CarRx subscription (While marketed as a way to monitor vehicle health and prevent theft, it is frequently added to the price of a new car by dealerships as a high-profit, pre-installed accessory (often found on a "supplemental" window sticker). $799 and 3) a loyalty advantage (while it is framed as a "benefit" or "advantage," it is an add-on fee that increases the total, often non-negotiable, price of the vehicle). $999 The transparent pricing under the Lamb ownership has left the station and has been replaced with a price gouging shoddy dealership. Matt Sylvester is the Internet Manager that used these deceptive tactics probably following the direction of the Stealership executive team.

I find it hard to believe this place is still in business. Shows you how little competition is in…read morethis area. Not only one location, two price gouging fairly incompetent locations. Been to both multiple times. Their current hourly labor rate of $220 per hour, not for a mechanic, or a plumber, or an electrician, but a basic parts installer, is insane. I used to own a truck fabrication business and have installed well over 300 lift kits. I know the lack of mechanical knowledge that is needed to install a lift and most off-road accessories. I don't have my shop anymore so I went in pricing lift kits and installation pricing. First, they could not even match the price for a $5000 lift kit from ANY online retailer, even at the direct manufacturer MSRP. Then, they tell me they are going to charge me a 3% credit card fee on top of that. Why, no online retailers charge that fee. So, you're telling me you cannot sell me a lift kit for the same price I can order it from the Cognito website? Ok. Then I ask about installation. The Cognito instructions say installation takes 10-13 hours for the average mechanic. Not someone who does this regularly, an average mechanic. The Prescott Summit quoted me $2500 for installation and 2 days in the shop. That is a LOT of money for one guy working for 10-13 hours. Then they nickel and dime you for everything. Well, it gets worse. I then go to the Prescott Valley Summit. The price for the lift? Same price but now a 4% credit card fee. The labor for the 10-13 hour lift kit installation, $3700. $1200 difference, 10 miles away, same shop, same kit. Insane and infuriating. I would drive to Vegas for a tire change before I would go back to Summit. I ended up having a highly rated tire shop in Prescott Valley Install the lift. They were meticulous, did an amazing job. Called to ask me questions about how I wanted this or where I wanted that. $1500 out the door, alignment, everything. NEVER. EVER. Go to Summit 4x4. Ask around, I did. I could not find a single good review or happy person.
