The red tag sales price which I got lower from using the internet. And a couple of pics of the truck.
    Scott B.

I was very surprised and happy that the truck was on the lot verses being a false leader ad that so many dealerships do when advertising a vehicle to get you in and only then try to sell you on a different most often higher priced vehicle. Teresa the internet sales rep was very pleasant to deal with. She didn't have to get another salesmen/women to help me but rather she was the only sale rep I spoke with. The normal back n forth having to go talk to her manager 2 times verses back in forth for several times claiming this or that. Most often, to "try to get" the payments or total price on the deals closer to your supposed favor! Which is a big ploy to try and get you your make higher payments etc etc. The sales price was as priced online verses what was listed on the window of the new to me truck. I pretty much always shop online to find the best deals I can find then go to the dealership. I might recommend that to you if you're not. The financial gal was pleasant. Although she had to hand write all the paperwork since their computers were down for the last 3 weeks due to some breach of information that affected many many dealerships. So that process took a bit longer. Not her fault. Fact I had to return the next day after buying the truck to get the paperwork done as it was pretty involved as you can tell so she got a bit backed up. Again not her fault and I didn't mind returning the next day. I'm just glad I didn't buy the truck from a long distance dealership as that could have been an inconvenience at minimum. They did take my old truck in trade with what carfax and nada and carfax said it was worth. But I do take care of all my vehicles since they are so expensive these days. She didn't high pressure me into an added warranty but rather did go over them and she respected my design on which one or if I did or didn't want such added to the deal. The truck was full of gas and of course clean as is supposed to be done. Even though my new truck was a year old used one. They still ensured I was happy with it before I drive it home. Overall I'm pleased with how I was treated from the very beginning of arriving to after finishing the paperwork. I'd recommend you at least consider this particular dealership if you're in the market for a new/used GMC or Chevrolet vehicle. They do have a pretty big selection to choose from and if it's not on their lot and on some other dealerships lot, they will have that vehicle brought to the dealership for you. So you don't have to run around different places to find what you're wanting.

Me contacting and asking for help with buying.

Hello I am writing this review in hopes of saving some people the heartache, headache, waste of time, the consumption of lies from this dealership. I have been emailing this Bryan Colton in Sales and Sales Manager Alex Grijalva about information pictures and buying options but they have not taken care of my business inquiries... during this whole time they never bothered to call me in person or anything, no help with buying options or anything. To top it off today I seen that they raised the price by $5,430 !!!!!! Yeah definitely not suspicious.. Shame on you Findlay Buick GMC.! Thanks for nothing!!!

The new features were a bit overwhelming to start with but Pablo answered each and every question (sometimes the same question twice) with courtesy and knowledge. We were and still are very impressed with this gentleman. I recommend him highly! We told him we wanted to look at Jeeps before making up our minds and he did not try to persuade us to stay, instead he wanted to know what we thought both pros and cons About the 2 different vehicles. We chose the Bronco over the Jeep mostly because nobody helped us at the Jeep dealership until we walked into the dealership and asked to see a salesman. The salesman there was pushy and not helpful at all, (the Jeep did not fit our needs). We went back to Pablo and he worked with us again with different options and colors of vehicles until we finally chose a beautiful green Bronco Sport. We test drove it again and decided this was what we wanted. The dealership test drove our trade in and gave us reasonable prices for our trade in as well as the new Bronco. We were then introduced to the Service personnel, then the financial officer and completed a painless transfer of tags and paid for the new Bronco. Everyone we ran across at the dealership was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We drove away that day in a new Ford Bronco Sport and have enjoyed the car as well as the experience. I HIGHLY recommend Pablo and Galpin Ford in Prescott. The experience was enjoyable, efficient and pleasant, THANK YOU Pablo and Galpin Ford! Charlie

However upon receiving our truck back, they forgot to close our hood and it nearly flew up on us driving home. That was what prompted me to write this review, even despite the poor communication and service recommendations ( they recommended things that were clearly brand new/replaced, and completely missed obvious ones ) sadly a 0/5 experience. If they weren't the only ford dealership in town for recall work we would have listened to the town and avoided. I'd recommend a PHX dealership for recall work or Findlay Subaru, as they do work on fords and have great service.

After gifting our son our faithful 9 year old Subaru Forester with 120,000 miles, my wife and I…read morerecently found ourselves in the market for another car. Despite a good history with our previous Subaru, we expanded our search to include similar vehicles including the Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX50 and Honda CR-V. We began our search looking for a late model used car but also considered new vehicles. After many hours of internet research and multiple trips to local dealers, we settled on the Forester and the Rav4 as the best choices to suit our needs. We usually make every attempt to shop locally whenever possible, so we started with Findlay Subaru Prescott and were helped by Gabe Maciel. Gabe was the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and was never in any way "pushy" in the way that car sales people can be. He was happy to show us anything we wanted without complaint or impatience. Our relationship with Gabe continued over the course of several days because we were also looking at other cars at other dealerships. Gabe was always professional, patient and customer service focused. Although we did not travel to Phoenix, we did shop the Phoenix market online for target vehicles, and we had a few conversations with sales people concerning pricing and availability of potential cars. Furthermore, a friend had just days before our purchase, traveled to Phoenix to purchase a similar make and model as our target vehicle. With his purchase information in hand, I felt I had good inside information as to Phoenix pricing. Ultimately, we decided to pursue the purchase of a new Subaru Forester at Findlay Subaru Prescott if we could secure a fair deal. Initially, the car we were most interested in, was missing a feature we considered essential, so we left the dealership and went home to continue our online search. Almost as soon as we walked in the door, John Ward the Findlay sales manager called and assured us that he could easily install the feature we wanted and sell the car to us at a price we would find competitive. He impressed upon us his desire to sell us the car and keep the sale local if at all possible. He assured us that he wanted the sale and would do all he could to sell us the car at a fair price. We agreed to return to the lot for further conversation. The next step in the process is the one I do not like, negotiating the deal in a salesman's office. I was expecting a stressful hour of high pressure sales tactics but was instead offered the car that we wanted, with the desired option installed by Findlay, at a significant discount from MSRP. Mr. Ward was very "matter of fact", professional, friendly and polite. There was still a little "back and forth" negotiation which was a little stressful but in the end we ended very close to his original discounted offer. What usually transpires next is another stressful experience with the "Finance Guy" in the back office, which is usually an opportunity for the dealer to sell you a host of other things you probably don't need. Instead we met met Mr. Pauly Meyers who was the most unassuming and low pressure "Finance Guy" I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He did offer us a whole host of things to buy for our new car, and was happy to explain in detail any of them, but Mr. Meyers did not pressure us in any way to buy anything else for our car. He was as personable, friendly and professional as the rest of the team at Findlay Subaru. It's difficult to accurately evaluate different deals from different dealers, so therefore difficult to compare my deal with the one my friend received from the Phoenix dealer, but I believe them to be comparable. Some car dealers sell a car at an attractive price but then tack on fees for dealer installed options you don't want (that they almost will never remove), all sorts of things sold by the finance team in the back office, and sky high loans offers and insurance. It's nearly impossible to compare deals between different dealerships and different buyers. In the end it comes down to the attitude and personality of the dealership. If the dealer you visit is laser focused on making a sale, takes every opportunity to sell you a car jacked up with all kinds of stuff you don't really want, constantly badgers you for the sale, constantly sends you endless texts, email or phone calls, be careful! You are dealing with people who have ONLY THEIR best interest front and foremost in their mind. Other dealerships are happy allowing YOU to decide what you want and need, happy to provide information when YOU ask, happy to provide test drives when YOU are ready, happy to sell you what YOU want, and when YOU want it. To me, that is the mark of a well managed, professional dealership. Findlay Subaru Prescott is that sort of dealer, they provide you with the service and information so you can decide what is best for YOU and YOUR family. Thank you Gabe, John and Pauly

Security alarm going off multiple different times for no reason. 2. Car making weird noise at idle stopped at intersection. 3. Wind noise coming thru windows at 65 plus miles per hour. 4. Upon unlocking car during alarm to silence the faulty alarm we would leave the car unlocked so it would not trip again. After a moment the car would lock itself. We were told (surprise, surprise) the technician could not replicate any of the events. We purchased the car because of the 10 year/100 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Of course the fine print kicks in and nothing is covered. While Findlay had the car in their possession we opted to have the 30,000 mile service performed. We hope and pray we received what we paid for. Our complaint, gripe... upon picking up the car we found the interior/exterior of the car in the same condition we left it. In today's service economy we feel Hyundai fell short in this area. I recently had a repair done to my pickup at Beal's Body Shop. To my surprise when I picked it up they had washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. That to me is going above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely think of them, recommend them for this kindness extended to us. Our invoice amount was $884.46. For that amount of money we think it would be a nice goodwill gesture to at the very least vacuum the interior as the tech had been in and out of the car multiple times. So, not a horrible experience just fair in my estimation. I give 5 stars to Crystal Lopez as our point of contact. She was kind, responsive and articulate as to how the process was going to work. So, Mr. Manager... how about a little bit more attention to detail as to what your customers receive after our cars having been in your possession? No one would expect a full blown detail but just a touch of cleaning would be much appreciated.

As an active influencer in the RV community, I have referred a steady stream of customers to your dealerships. That ends today with Vice President of Sales, Brody Thompson's response. Beginning in January 2026 in Prescott Valley, AZ, we were excited to purchase a smaller RV, an addition to our Brinkley we purchased last year. We noticed a concern after being called to the dealership multiple times to complete or sign missing paperwork or make corrections. While waiting in the sales room, the finance manager, Michael, decided to have a conference call on speaker for everyone to hear. Unfortunately, mistakes were made and discussed on this call. Now, it required altering our original deal, which required an adjustment to the initial agreement. Michael requested an additional 6K due to this error, but we refused, staying firm with our 10K down payment. This is where it gets good. Well, a roadside service contract was added between the various revisions of the contract. Surprisingly, no verbal discussion occurred, as I would have easily refused. I've been paying for my own RV roadside service for years. Are they trying to recoup some of the additional $ 6K requested? Wait, it gets even better! Let's review my warranty contract. Oh wait, we can't. We were only provided the cover page of the warranty contract. The remaining pages, which included the cancellation policy, was not included. Luckily when we purchased our Brinkley last year, our warranty contract included all pages, which outlined the cancellation terms. This situation reflects poor process at best. At worst, it points to deception. Why cancel? They created an additional loan for the warranty, which doubled the original agreement and monthly payment. Two loans for one RV!?! The dealership now involved Blue Compass leadership, Vice President of Sales Brody Thompson. Now, Mr. Thompson is questioning our integrity instead of addressing the facts, stating, "This is the reason so many dealerships act as if they don't care about the customer, because it's clear so many customers care not to keep their word." Then closes his email with; "Two sides to a story". This response speaks for itself. He's not interested in customer service or learning the facts of this transaction; his only focus is sales. I will not accept an attack on my integrity when the issues in this transaction were outside my control, not communicated or created by others. The true reason why dealerships get a bad reputation are examples pointed out in this review. A dealership that conceals charges or promotes a false narrative in conflict with a signed legal contract raises serious ethical concerns. These actions reflect deceptive business practices and undermine the integrity of the transaction. That approach damages trust, violates consumer protections, and warrants formal review and exposure. Bottom Line: unauthorized add-ons, incomplete/missing documents, conflicting loans, & delayed refund. As an RV influencer, I will continue to share the facts of this story for years to come, including in our video review of the RV. Others have shared this same experience on other platforms and via the Better Business Bureau website (BBB).
