I bought a 2016 GMC Acadia. It had 102,000 miles on it. I'm a car guy and I'm pretty thorough if I make a purchase, they were very accommodating for me. They put it on the rack about five times. They were very patient with me. I had the car inspected. When I first saw it, I wanted it, but it had not been inspected yet so after they got done inspecting it, they said they weren't gonna sell it because of too many issues, then they change their mind and put nearly $8000 into it. I want it serpentine belt , upper lower radiator hose in spark plugs. They agreed to that. So I thought they were very accommodating. This review is for the service department. I took my 2022 GMC Sierra in for a warranty issue. After the service writer was done entering in the specifics, I noted the oil change special posted in the service department and asked if they could do an oil change that day. No , that' would have to be a separate appointment. Fine. Then he pulled out a single piece of paper which had an array of different items that should be done, according to him, at 32,000 miles. The total cost was about $1,200.00 He said I was late getting these things done, as I had 35,000 miles on the truck and all these items had to be done to keep the drivetrain warranty in place. The list included replacing brake fluid, replacing transfer case fluid, replacing cooling system fluid and replacing automatic transmission fluid. Funny, no time to do an oil change, but he could change the rest of the fluids , no problem. I told him to proceed. When I got home I checked the owners manual and called to stop any work. When I picked my vehicle I mentioned that the owners manual had servicing of the list of items at five years ( brake fluid) , 97,500 miles ( transfer case fluid and transmission fluids ), 150,000 miles ( cooling system fluids) Now remember, my truck was less than three years old with 34,000 miles. His answer was that , and I quote " all of those things need to be done due to the extreme weather conditions in Prescott and not doing it may void the drivetrain warranty " What a bunch of horseshit. Prescott AZ has a yearly average temp of 50 degrees f. GMC should be notified of the scam this dealer is operating. read more

I was very surprised and happy that the truck was on the lot verses being a false leader ad that so many dealerships do when advertising a vehicle to get you in and only then try to sell you on a different most often higher priced vehicle. Teresa the internet sales rep was very pleasant to deal with. She didn't have to get another salesmen/women to help me but rather she was the only sale rep I spoke with. The normal back n forth having to go talk to her manager 2 times verses back in forth for several times claiming this or that. Most often, to "try to get" the payments or total price on the deals closer to your supposed favor! Which is a big ploy to try and get you your make higher payments etc etc. The sales price was as priced online verses what was listed on the window of the new to me truck. I pretty much always shop online to find the best deals I can find then go to the dealership. I might recommend that to you if you're not. The financial gal was pleasant. Although she had to hand write all the paperwork since their computers were down for the last 3 weeks due to some breach of information that affected many many dealerships. So that process took a bit longer. Not her fault. Fact I had to return the next day after buying the truck to get the paperwork done as it was pretty involved as you can tell so she got a bit backed up. Again not her fault and I didn't mind returning the next day. I'm just glad I didn't buy the truck from a long distance dealership as that could have been an inconvenience at minimum. They did take my old truck in trade with what carfax and nada and carfax said it was worth. But I do take care of all my vehicles since they are so expensive these days. She didn't high pressure me into an added warranty but rather did go over them and she respected my design on which one or if I did or didn't want such added to the deal. The truck was full of gas and of course clean as is supposed to be done. Even though my new truck was a year old used one. They still ensured I was happy with it before I drive it home. Overall I'm pleased with how I was treated from the very beginning of arriving to after finishing the paperwork. I'd recommend you at least consider this particular dealership if you're in the market for a new/used GMC or Chevrolet vehicle. They do have a pretty big selection to choose from and if it's not on their lot and on some other dealerships lot, they will have that vehicle brought to the dealership for you. So frustrated. We bought our truck on 7/28. One week later...wrong VIN on paperwork...resign. Then the payoff was delayed because the new truck needed to be funded. Um, you should have capital available to keep your books in the black. Payoff was wrong...just sent a check this last week to pay off the trade. (Not to mention I had to go back to the dealership and find out why the payoff was sitting in the UPS system...someone forgot a signature, so the payoff is now way late). Now, I open the mail and find the tags for the new truck...BUT the plate is transferred from my second vehicle that they would not add to the deal (I get that part). So now, a ding on my credit, a day will be spent dealing with this disaster at the DMV to sort out plates, and the only good thing, is that my new truck is amazing for my bad back. Never again will we go back. They lost a second deal with incompetence, unprofessionalism, and being so focused on making a deal, that they forgot customer service and double checking their work. read more

I went into Toyota Collision yesterday to check on what happened with my car being a total loss. I didn't really get anywhere there. They didn't know anything. As I was coming out to leave, Dale Montgomery came out and asked if I was lost. Didn't realize there was only one way in and out. He said he could help me so I parked the car and came inside. Started talking told him that I've had a bad experience at Findley, but this was years ago with a salesman. He turned out to be an amazing salesman knew what he was doing and handled everything. I felt like I was being treated like he was my son. He was looking out for every aspect and made sure I found something I liked. I got a 2018 Corolla. I would recommend him to anyone as a salesman. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They are very unprofessional. I went in to buy a car thinking that all the numbers were set and solid. Even to the point of getting my current vehicle to trade in, as well as, my cashier's check for the total I would be responsible for. We were there for 45 minutes when Mr. Grijalva came to the table and announced that the numbers were wrong and I would have to pay $10,000 more if I wanted their car. Nope don't think so. Service department made repairs to wiring damage caused by a mouse. A couple of months after the repairs I discovered the trailer turn signals were backwards. I scheduled an appointment to have the wiring repaired correctly. Rather then repairing wiring under the hood where the damage originated the technician went to the connector at the back of the truck. He damaged the connector and I had to file an insurance claim on my Service insurance. I had to pay a $200 deductible. The service department refused to take ownership for their mistake. read more

dishonest pricing: would like to start off by saying the service staff was awesome and professIonal so I give them 5 stars, but what I had to pay for a fuel pump is a scam , the part I needed was only around 200-250 when I look it up online , there price was 950 for the same part , now I understand the markup process to make a little profit but over 300 percent mark up ? that's just dishonest business , my advice to everyone is get 3-5 estimates from different shops and actually look up the price of the parts that you need done on your vehicle so you know what that part actually cost. it's ethically wrong to mark up parts 300-400 percent especially for people who are already on a budget read more

Terrible dealership. From day one I've had brake issues and they have refused to fix because "I don't know what I'm talking about" I've had the car for barely 6k miles. Within that short time frame I've had to get the transmission mounts replaced and now I need all new brakes. The technician says it's because I "ride my brakes too hard" Martin the sales manager there needs to be fired. He's a scumbag. This whole dealership from GMC, Toyota and Subaru they're all crooks. Will be contacting lawyers and the bank that loaned me the money for the car to let them know I got a sold a lemon. I had went in for a dead battery. After hours of waiting and already paying for the battery they had told me a warning that they didn't know what meant came up on the screen and that it was my responsibility to take it to jeep and get it fixed. I didn't take that answer and did their job for them and looked up what the warning meant. After researching what I found was the warning meant they had either installed the battery in wrong or they installed it backwards. They said they'd take the vehicle back and get it fixed. While doing so electricity stopped going to the transmission powered steering and the engine went into limp mode before all power went out blocking their service driveway. They had blown all the fuzes and the relay board. They weren't able to fix the damages and shipped it off to get it repaired. Not even 24 hours after getting my jeep back it wouldn't start. I had called the managers at Findlay to tell them everything that had happened. Once I got to the head manager "Martin" he just sat back and laughed and acted like a child as they didn't care and take ownership of the electrical damages they caused. I had asked for his bosses name and number and he acted as if he didn't understand the question and kept referring me to services. He eventually gave me a name but it was to a different dealership at the same time hanging up on me. Really enjoyed this car dealership at first. I thought Jeff was gonna be a great sales person. I bought this truck on terms that the paint job be touched up and brakes fixed. I got a we owe you slip. Brakes have been looked at and the service department has been great. My schedule has really delayed the brakes being 100%. The paint job.... I ask every week through texting and calling Jeff if they can do my touch up. I stopped holding my breathe on this getting done. You can see in the texts between us what's going on. I get blown off every week. Last thing when I bought this truck I thought I was getting a new plate in the mail well 2 days before my temporary expired I called Jeff.. I guess my old plate was suppose to be under my temporary it was not (no big deal). I tell Jeff he tells me he will look for my old plate... No call back my temporary is now expired. They were suppose to bring me a new temporary so I can drive but no Jeff tells me I got to drive to footworks and pick up a new plate, but they will pay. I said ok well my plate is expired you want me to drive? He said yes. Being fed up I did just that so I can continue using my vehicle. Overall I would rate this place 5 stars other staff members are simply amazing but Jeff has completely blown me off after collecting his commission. Will keep this post updated. read more

Before Findley purchased this dealership from Tim's I had over $15k in bodywork done on my Truck. I noticed some defects just after the work was done but was told to hold off to see if anything else would pop up and have it all repaired then. So I waited... and during that wait...Findlay took over. I went to have the defects repaired and was told "sorry, we are not responsible for work done while it was Tim's. Usually when someone takes over a business the warranty would transfer over with the new owners...But Findlay says no... Took my GMC truck in for a scheduled oil change. Upon arriving, I was told they would need it for at least four hours, and offered me a ride back to Chino Valley. After four hours, I called them and they said they would send the driver out to pick me up. When checking out, they said they would not honor the free oil change that Tim's had promised when I bought the truck new. I had to ask the service tech to print me out a sheet that showed what they did, what they found, and cost, etc... I went ahead and paid and low and behold on the way home, me rear drivers tire was wobbling so bad, I almost wrecked. The lug bolts were not tightened down! Never again Findlay! LIARS and CROOKS! I took my 2008 GMC Yukon a couple of months ago. Asked them to check everything out and $4,000 later they said my vehicle was in great shape, it's like a brand new vehicle and shouldn't have any problems for at least 10 years. I pick it up and they did not even do all of what I asked. Now, it's only been two months and my transmission is leaking! I took it back into GMC, they said $800 to fix "oh and your ac line is leaking, that's another $500." I said oh the ac line you guys said you fixed! He didn't even realize my vehicle was just in there and said he would look into it. When I called back he said it's a line they didn't touch. I said screw them, picked up my truck took it to a transmission guy who told me that gmc most definitely caused the leaks in my transmission lines because they had to pull them out to fix the rear main seal!!
