    The red tag sales price which I got lower from using the internet. And a couple of pics of the truck.

    I was very surprised and happy that the truck was on the lot verses being a false leader ad that so many dealerships do when advertising a vehicle to get you in and only then try to sell you on a different most often higher priced vehicle. Teresa the internet sales rep was very pleasant to deal with. She didn't have to get another salesmen/women to help me but rather she was the only sale rep I spoke with. The normal back n forth having to go talk to her manager 2 times verses back in forth for several times claiming this or that. Most often, to "try to get" the payments or total price on the deals closer to your supposed favor! Which is a big ploy to try and get you your make higher payments etc etc. The sales price was as priced online verses what was listed on the window of the new to me truck. I pretty much always shop online to find the best deals I can find then go to the dealership. I might recommend that to you if you're not. The financial gal was pleasant. Although she had to hand write all the paperwork since their computers were down for the last 3 weeks due to some breach of information that affected many many dealerships. So that process took a bit longer. Not her fault. Fact I had to return the next day after buying the truck to get the paperwork done as it was pretty involved as you can tell so she got a bit backed up. Again not her fault and I didn't mind returning the next day. I'm just glad I didn't buy the truck from a long distance dealership as that could have been an inconvenience at minimum. They did take my old truck in trade with what carfax and nada and carfax said it was worth. But I do take care of all my vehicles since they are so expensive these days. She didn't high pressure me into an added warranty but rather did go over them and she respected my design on which one or if I did or didn't want such added to the deal. The truck was full of gas and of course clean as is supposed to be done. Even though my new truck was a year old used one. They still ensured I was happy with it before I drive it home. Overall I'm pleased with how I was treated from the very beginning of arriving to after finishing the paperwork. I'd recommend you at least consider this particular dealership if you're in the market for a new/used GMC or Chevrolet vehicle. They do have a pretty big selection to choose from and if it's not on their lot and on some other dealerships lot, they will have that vehicle brought to the dealership for you. So you don't have to run around different places to find what you're wanting.

    Hello I am writing this review in hopes of saving some people the heartache, headache, waste of time, the consumption of lies from this dealership. I have been emailing this Bryan Colton in Sales and Sales Manager Alex Grijalva about information pictures and buying options but they have not taken care of my business inquiries... during this whole time they never bothered to call me in person or anything, no help with buying options or anything. To top it off today I seen that they raised the price by $5,430 !!!!!! Yeah definitely not suspicious.. Shame on you Findlay Buick GMC.! Thanks for nothing!!!

    I recently bought a truck here and all I can say is WOW.... and I mean that in the best way possible. This is the car buying experience we all need. I want to especially thank Andrew for taking such good care of us and being open and honest throughout the whole experience. That being said what really matters here is what happens after you drive off the lot, and let me tell you Findlay and Andrew delivered. Anyone can smile and bend over backwards when they are trying to SELL you a vehicle but do they deliver on their word after you drive off the lot? Let me tell you that Findlay and Andrew have delivered and followed through with everything they said they were going to do, so far. And to me that speaks volumes. Thank you for such a good buying experience and If your service department delivers as well, I will be making the 4.5hr drive to have my truck serviced......!!!

    I usually don't write reviews, but after my experience at Subaru, I felt compelled to share it…read more Unfortunately, I purchased my Subaru from the Prescott Kia with an extended warranty. When I bought the vehicle, I was told the 120,000-mile service had already been completed. Yesterday, I took my Subaru to the Subaru dealership in Prescott for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation. That's when I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Collon, my service advisor. To my surprise, Michael discovered that the 120,000-mile service had never been performed. What I expected to be about a $100 visit suddenly became a nearly $1,000 service. I even called Kia, hoping it was just a paperwork error and that the service had actually been done, as they stated when I bought the car, but not entered into their system. Instead of trying to help, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that "we never said that". I'm sure Michael could see the disappointment and stress on my face. Having to unexpectedly come up with that kind of money was overwhelming. That's when Michael truly went above and beyond. People often say they were "treated like family," but that phrase genuinely applies here. Michael treated me the way I imagine he would treat his own sister--with kindness, compassion, and a sincere desire to make sure I was taken care of. He never made me feel like just another customer. Not only did he arrange for all of the necessary service to be completed that day, but he also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could keep the appointments and errands I already had planned. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful day feel seamless and manageable. When I returned, my Subaru was ready, the service had been completed perfectly, and then Michael surprised me again by giving me a 10% discount on the service. I was honestly blown away by his generosity and professionalism. Every single person I interacted with at Subaru was friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Subaru, with their kindness helped ease what started out as a very stressful situation. My experience at Subaru is a stark comparison to my experience at Kia in which their sales people adorned with all their thick gold jewelry and their attitudes that dripped with greed aimed at misleading us to simply sell the car. However, because of my experience at Subaru, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. And when it's time to purchase my next vehicle, I'll be buying it directly from this Subaru dealership. Thank you, Michael, and thank you to the entire Subaru team for your exceptional customer service, compassion, and integrity. You turned a difficult situation into one that reminded me that there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Subaru to anyone looking for outstanding service.

As someone prepared to make a serious purchase, i don't need sarcasm or attitude, just customer service. Simple professional response would have moved the convo further. First impressions matter, especially when making a purchase across the country. My business goes elsewhere, sorry.

    I did love going to them when I needed to purchase a vehicle. Got a good price on a 2008 Chevy…read moreImpala. And they made purchasing the car very simple. Well back in August, I had an oil pressure issue that needed to be fixed, as well as a small transmission leak. And I was also supposed to get my air conditioner system vacuumed out because they had installed a new one in the car a month after I bought the car. I have contacted them by phone, email and text and trying to make appointments to get the car in to be fixed. They even had the part and said it would be $215. Everytime I would make an appointment, they would cancel it on the day of. I've been cancelled on at least 3 times already. My last appointment was supposed to be October 24th of 2022 at 10am. I even made the appointment in person 2 weeks prior. I show up to their lot at 10am, no one was there. I called their office and the lady that answered first said that they don't remember scheduling an appointment for me. I literally told her I scheduled it 2 weeks ago. Then she put me on hold and then got back to me and said the mechanic got into an accident and they didn't know when he was coming back. This was probably the 3rd time I was cancelled on. Then in November, I attempted to contact them again and said the problem was getting worse and that they really need to fix my car asap! Left 3 messages, and not heard back from them since. Now I just feel like they are avoiding me and refusing to fix the car even though they said they would. Now I feel like I have no choice but to take it to an actual shop which will cost me more than I can afford. And they also told me they wouldn't work on the car till they had the payment first which I found Abit shady. Don't think I would recommend buying from them because they say they will fix any minor issues with their cars, but then they don't call their customers back or cancel appointments when the vehicle is in need of repairs.
