I'm quite surprised reading the reviews here. My experience was the complete opposite. I started reaching out to dealerships regarding a 2026 C8 Corvette and this was the only dealership that was responsive, transparent, and easy going. 1) All the of the negotiation was done with Chris - through text. He gave me a fees sheet showing exactly what would be charged. The only thing that was included as a tint package already installed but he was upfront about that. There were other options, but they were obviously optional and were not included and I made sure to tell them it was not something I was interested in. Every other dealer I talked to added LoJack or something else I found no value in, immediately in to the sale, and stated that it was "mandatory". 2) When I asked for a video walkaround, he gave me one right away. Other dealers in California just never got back to me. 3) We came to an agreement on the trade-in price with very minimal back and forth, and the value was fair. 4) Gave my information by text so 90% of the paperwork was finished by the time we got there. Made the 4 hour trip from Las Vegas, test drove, and waited a minimal amount of time to go to finance. 5) Leon in finance was friendly and very upfront with everything such as rates, extended warranty options, etc. 6) Chris took the time to sign me up with the Chevy app, and made sure On-Star was working. 7) Rob (Internet Sales Manager) was obviously busy but kept checking in on us every so often. The experience was clean and as good as a car deal could be. I would recommend any one in the Prescott area (or Las Vegas for that matter) to come here for a purchase. My opinion - as long as you're pretty direct with them, just state that's all you want in return, and it should be smooth sailing. Thanks again Casa! read more

Well, I finally got my classic Corvette back and "viola," my A/C actually blows cold again. It took a while for all the work to be done due to the unavailability of HVAC parts but Lamb Chevrolet eventually got everything put back in the right places and I'm happy going down the road with the A/C blowing cold out of the vents again. My experience has not been great so far. The salesmen sent me home without my temporary license plate and registration and less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas. By the time I drove home (5 Miles away from the dealership) and back the following day to get the license and registration, I was nearly on empty. He then proceeded to put the temporary plate on and put the license plate holder on upside down. I also realized shortly after the purchase that there was already a speaker blown. Besides all of that, the salesmen ended up calling me 2 weeks after my purchase to try to sell me a vehicle, obviously not remembering that I had bought one from him just weeks ago. I purchased a used 2021 Chevy Traverse from a dealership down in the Valley. Less than two months later, the check engine light came on. After taking it in, I found out the exhaust pipe was broken and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, Jared O'Connor, the Service Advisor, really listened to my situation. He was incredibly helpful and managed to get the repair covered under a specialty vehicle warranty. A few days later, I was informed the issue was even more extensive--it wasn't just the exhaust pipe, but also a damaged muffler pipe and a cracked catalytic converter. Even with all of that, Jared made sure everything was taken care of under the same warranty. I couldn't be more grateful for his understanding and the outstanding customer service he provided. Well Caleb in the service department jumped through so many hoops to get the job done for us. Installed what he could at GM. Then brought the car to ford for computer work. I can't thank Caleb enough. He worked with us through the entire process. Kept us informed and up to date. Got the job done in a crazy time frame considering what needed to be done. Honestly, that guy doesn't get enough credit. I will forever now buy GM vehicles from this dealership. I would leave a negative - if possible. I went in to take my 83 year old mother to get a car from Lamb in Prescott Arizona. A sales agent from another part of the dealership assisted us with the car that we were interested in buying. We were told that it was undergoing a 120 point inspection and we would be contacted as soon as it was done. I called back a day later only to find that the CHEVY side of the dealership sold the car we were interested in buying. Worst car buying experience! This happened to me... beginning 1/14/2025. I have a 09 Chevy Colorado with an intermittent won't start condition. Turn the key nothing happens. Online research led me to believe what is happening is a called a "Passlock Code reset." The advice given is: set your watch for 10 minutes and it will start. Low and behold that works every single time. As it has occurred to me frequently I decided to get it repaired properly. A month before dropping off my truck to the service department I spoke with Ann about the condition I was having and set up an appointment. This is a very well documented issue with this generation of pickup. Hundreds of "no starts" have been and are happening to Colorado owners as we speak. Ann assured me she had heard of the problem so I made the decision to bring it to Lamb Chevrolet. I assume something like this happening this regularly to multiple Colorado owners would generate a company wide bulletin identifying the problem and offering a solution. Evidently not. Upon dropping off the truck Ann at this point was waffling about whether or not she knew of the issue. At this point having this occur many times I elected to leave the truck with them. At this time I was told we should have a opinion/estimated cost of repairs (the initial fee to diagnose your problem is $220.00 and then your estimated repair bill is added on top of that) to you within a couple of days. 7 days later having not heard a peep out of the service department I called Ann and was told "we are so sorry, no one has touched your truck yet. Two of our techs called in sick and we are backed up." Fair enough but a call would have been nice to know what was "not" going on. So another week goes by... zero communication from Lamb about my truck. I make the decision that day 1/24/25 to have them release my truck back to me. Ann pleads with me "your truck is just now going in. Give me couple of hours and we will have something for you." For me the lack of communication was an unforgivable sin. I told her "I'll be by shortly to pick up my truck." Upon arriving I find my truck parked outside and the hood is unlatched. I say to myself "That's weird" I go to Ann and say what gives? "My hood is unlatched" She tells me "We did not do that" I go back to my pickup and lift the hood just to take a cursory glance at the engine compartment. I find the battery cables have been completely loosened. There are a set of pliers and crescent wrench laying on the cowling of the hood area. These are not my tools. I go back to Ann and tell her what I found. She tells me we never touched your truck. Then some young unidentified person comes out and says I hear you have problem. I say yes I do and he tells me the same thing "we did not touch your truck" Clearly I am being lied to. Right then and there I should have gone and found the person in charge. I did not. My bad. I elected to put things back together and move on. I got in my pickup and guess what I found? A receipt of the battery diagnostic that was performed on my battery the 23rd by Lamb Chevrolet. Proof they did indeed touch my truck and then lied to my face about it. So this is after the fact bitching and moaning. IMHO... Do not trust your vehicle to this business. They truly do not deserve any business from the general public going forward. Lack of communication... forgivable. Lying to my face not so much. read more

I have come to Lamb Chevrolet twice now, and they have officially earned my continued business. Both visits were for issues that required more advanced troubleshooting and had the potential to be more costly. My experience working with Caleb was great. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is what it should be. His communication skills and ability to articulate what is going on with your vehicle are beyond stellar. It's very apparent that he truly cares about giving Lamb Chevrolet a great reputation. The technician who worked on my vehicle (unfortunately I did not get his name), is great at his job. His troubleshooting was very timely, yet thorough. His thoroughness ended up saving me money, which is not something you can say for every shop. The Cadillac service department is a complete failure. Had service lights come on. Said two injectors needed fixed at local auto shop. They were still under factor warranty so I took I to Lamb. They said injectors were fine but I needed new engine. I could tell by the way it drove engine was fine but injectors fired wrong in idle. Took at back to local auto shop. They retested and said injectors needed changed. Changed them. Runs perfect now. Tried to get reimbursed from GM. They basically told me to pound sand because I had someone besides dealership fix it. Looks like GM just lost a future customer. Good job guys. read more

Was considering making the switch from my MDX to the Escalade. After doing some research and seeing what was available locally, stopped by this afternoon to see their selection in-person. After asking a number of questions (not a lot of product knowledge here), I asked if I could look inside. "You'll need to apply for a loan through us first." What? I understand that these are not inexpensive vehicles, but I wasn't kicking tires. I was ready to purchase or order, if I felt comfortable in the vehicle. However, I'm not dinging up my credit just to find out if I'm really interested in-person. Between the lack of answers and snobby policies, I'll head elsewhere, thanks! Never had this issue with the multiple high-end Acuras I've purchased. This is a review of my purchase this week of a 2015 Cadillac XT5 from Lamb Cadillac. Unfortunately they don't have a presence on Yelp so here I am. From the first point of contact with "Bro Bob" salesperson to the paperwork and delivery of the car, this experience was not good. I'm an Illinois resident and we traded at Lamb due to problems on our 2018 Cadillac that left me with no confidence in the car. "Bro" Bob was arrogant and your typical high pressure salesperson, telling me that if I didn't sign the paperwork today they couldn't promise the same offer tomorrow. I agreed and as the car was in transit, flew home to await arrival. I had questioned the Arizona sales tax of 9.35%. Illinois, where the car would be registered, charged 6.5% tax. Bob assured me that Illinois would refund the overcharge on the tax. I learned from Ill Dept of Rev that this was not the case. This wasn't a trivial amount to me-about $2,000. After the car came in Bob was "too Bad" and I was ready to cancel the transaction but he said I had agreed to give them my trade in and if I cancelled I'd have to pay for the detailing and repairs they had apparently already made to it. After much discussion Bob said he had solved the problem and I could drive to Laughlin to do the paperwork and avoid the sales tax altogether. I loooked at my GPS and it said Laughlin was a 4 hour drive. He told me that he drove it all the time and it was an easy two hour drive. Not happy but we agreed. At this point I let the dealership know I wanted nothing more to do with this guy and another salesperson was assigned. Arrived at 9 to do paperwork that he had to redo at least 4 times. An hour and a half later he basically delivered the car. Neither he nor "Bro"Bob knew anything about this car. I had asked both what changes had been made in 7 years and they said the front end was a little different lol. Anyway to end this long story the drive to Laughlin was over 3 hours each way, the paperwork was signed at the post office with a notary who was late. I texted the salesperson en route and asked about the nice leather manual pouch and cleaning cloth for the digital display that we hadn't received. When we got back to the dealership he had left for the day but left the leather holder on his desk with a clean shop towel in it. Another salesperson in the office said Laughlin was a two hour drive in a supersonic car lol. These guys shouldn't be allowed to sell Cadillacs. My next car is a Lexus. read more

I am in the market to buy a car and was floured to see how much their used cars are priced are over other dealerships! EXAMPLE: 2018 Mercedes GLC AWD, not 4WD priced at over $41,000 another dealership has the exact same vehicle with 1,500 more miles priced at $32,000. A 2018 Jeep Compass priced over $28,000, another dealership has it priced at $25,000. Both salesman I spoke with said the dealership has NO incentive to negotiate due to lack of supply in the market place! Really....? This is the second time I've taken my truck in for repair and they have not been able to work on it the same day. They always say that they couldn't get to it and need it another day, but still cannot promise they will get to it the next day. Why would they schedule and appointment with someone if they cannot honor their appointment? The last time I brought it in to rotate and balance the wheels I asked them to check the brakes. When I went to pick it up they said it needed new brakes. I asked why they didn't fix it while they had it apart. The service advisor told me I had to bring it in the next day. I would not have given a five-star rating, had I not been treated with consideration at Lamb Chevrolet. Initially, the repair of my Twenty-Seven-Year-Old Corvette went amiss but the General Manager, Ed, assured me that everything would be made right and it would not cost me a dime. Ed not only made sure that my repair was turned over to the Service Manager, Robert, but he also made sure that the technician that performed the rework on my Corvette was well versed in the repair of my C5 Corvette with 26 years experience. Jared, the Service Writer, supervised everything from day one and made sure that everything was carried out as it should be to the end. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a complete and satisfactory repair with awesome customer service. I'm kind of, well actually, I'm a lot OCD and very meticulous. My wife can attest to that. I'm not the easiest person to please so for me to provide a five star review shouldn't be taken lightly, especially since the repair didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped it would. Nevertheless, thank you Ed and Robert and Jared for making things right and restoring my faith in good old customer service. I might add that everything at Lamb Chevrolet was met with a smile and when something went wrong, as things sometimes do, the people in charge were quick to admit the mistake and willing to correct it without the slightest of excuses. I took my car in for service because it's electric and it can only be serviced by and EV cert dealer. I was there for 3 1/2 hours and was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. The reason I brought the car in was to get the windshield wiper pump repaired. They said they would order the parts and call me when the parts came in. Aside from the rude and condescending service staff, the said they took it upon themselves to do a software update on the car. Since I left the dealership my car has lost 50 miles of charge ability. This is very strange to me and has limited my ability to drive on my normal commute. I have charged it several times in the same way I have charged the car since I purchased it. I have reached out several times in order to speak to a manager, both service manager and the general manager and haven't received calls back. I was told by the service department that the reason for the long wait time was "That's just life" I have given this dealership several chances and the next maneuver I will be doing is going to another dealership. It should be stated that I was approached by two sales representatives while waiting for my vehicle and expressed to them why I wouldn't buy another Chevy and it was specifically because of the lack of friendly supportive services that I had experienced from them. I might also add that the waiting room at service had two people that were also disgruntled about their experience with GM and specifically Lamb Chevrolet. I had a discussion with the service manager about my experience. I have to say he came off half cocked at the beginning of the conversation. He asked me about what he heard from someone at his dealership? Specifically that was I was banned from another dealership and asked not to come back? I totally didn't know where this came from. I immediately said to him "what?" I hadn't heard anything like that where did you get that information?" He then asked me if I had had my car serviced at any other dealership in the past, I said to him that he was the only dealership that had serviced the car since I bought it. I also shared with him that I had made contact with a dealership in cottonwood Az and that they had told me that they didn't service EV's and I would have to go to another dealership to get serviced. I had expressed this experience with the service representative at Lamb and also commented on the fact that the dealership in cottonwood sold EV's but didn't work on EV's. I stated that this was frustrating and illogical. Apparently this turned into a story that I was banned from that dealership. Well, that was interesting to me. I shared with him my experience regarding his service representative and he stated "sounds like he was having a bad day". I stated "maybe" then I went on to tell him that since my update on the car that the cruise control wasn't working. He informed me that the computer took a while to reset those things as well as the chargeability of the car. I told him when I returned the next day to address the problem that the cruise control issue had resolved. I had noticed that the phone number on my invoice was incorrect so I approached another service advisor in order to get that information corrected. While I was there the original service representative approached me and was very aggressive and abrupt in his approach. He was waving a work ticket/number at me and stated that it was ready to go. I held my hand up and stated that I was being taking care of and that the cruise control issue had resolved. Then I left. Subsequent to this I found out that he never ordered the part he said he was going to order and that he had to order it and get back with me as to the time it would take to get it in. He also told me that the Milage that I had lost due to the GM update, would correct itself in time and reclaim the charge ability and previous milage after use. I have since had four charges and still am recording a loss in distance range from 265/253 to 219. I am hoping that it will update and populate and regain my milage range soon because I've lost 35-40 miles of range in the process. The service manager then recognized that he had come across as accusatory and was going off of second hand information in what he was told. I stated "Hey your human" also that I appreciated him owning it. Overall, not the experience I am seeking here or anywhere for that matter. No one should really have that kind of experience. I expressed the concern that someone was inaccurately conveying information either in the notes or in here say. He assured me that it wasn't coming from any of the "notes" or anything in my "file" I don't mean to be hypersensitive here, but those terms and even in that context concerns me. He came at me with this and then didn't want to verify where he had received the information from. What the heck is going on in this world! I definitely felt like a Lamb at Lamb Chevrolet. read more

I would never go to Lamb Chevrolet for anything! I bought a brand new 2023 Chevy 2500 diesel truck (from Kingman Chevrolet because their price was way better than Lamb's prices) I was ready for the first free service on the truck so I made an appt at Lamb since they are way closer to me. I also wanted the service dept to look into a funny sound the engine was making after a cold start in the morning. It started making the sound after about a month of owning the truck. When my truck was serviced at Lamb I told the service dept. to please check the truck. When I picked it up they said the truck was fine and there was no noise. They further explained to me that I just didn't know or understand that diesel engines sound "funny"........My husband has the same diesel truck but an older model and this is not a normal diesel sound. I felt like they were talking down to me because I was a woman (who didn't understand diesel engine noise!) I left feeling upset and disregarded. The next morning I recorded the noise on my phone to show the service mechanics what I was talking about. I also had a neighbor who is a racing mechanic inspect the sound. He said it was absolutely NOT normal and thought it was a fan clutch going out. I went to Lamb with my husband to show them the exact noise from my phone recording....they said that was not "normal" and made another appt for the truck. I again brought it in and left it overnight (I explained that the truck makes that sound on about 8 or 9 out of 10 mornings that it starts up, and only after being warmed up for about 10 minutes. The next day one of the mechanics called and said to come get the truck and nothing was wrong with it. He said he did not hear any strange sound. (I have proof of the sound on my phone! Everyone said it was NOT normal including the other service advisor) He further told me that it was probably the EMP shield that we had installed on the battery to avoid electrical damage in the event the truck was struck by lightning. (why didn't they mention their theory of the EMP shield the first time it was there...)I explained that the truck had been making the noise WAY BEFORE the EMP shield had been installed. My other 2 vehicles have this same EMP shield with no issues as it only attaches to the battery and NOTHING else. It does not affect electronics or the engine in any way. He said to go home and take it off and bring it back or just go to the dealer we bought it from "since it is their problem". Again I was talked down to and did not appreciate the condescending attitude. The service advisor was extremely abrasive and dismissive.I would never go to Lamb Chevrolet for anything ever again. The mechanics are clueless and they need a serious in service on how to treat customers. (No attention to detail because they put my truck was white on the service record and it is silver- they probably did not even do a cold start on it like I explained in detail) DO NOT GO TO LAMB CHEVROLET!!!!! By the way I mentioned this horrible experience to my neighbor who also had a very similar experience with rude staff in the service dept and he also would never go their again. read more

I am new to the area and our 2009 suburban was having major issues out of the blue. Normally this would not be a huge deal as we have another car. This time was different we only 4 days before we needed to leave to drive 6 hours to a funeral and we needed the seating and luggage space of our suburban. Was working with David Migdol went for a oil change and a bad low coolant sensor with an appointment at 10am the oil change was supposedly done went to pick the vehicle up at 5pm and he had to go get the vehicle from the back coolant sensor was never attempted to be fixed (vehicle under warranty) David Migdol told me I would have to reschedule 2 weeks later to get looked at for the sensor. Totally unacceptable since I was leaving Prescott on Monday to go home. I was told they were too busy to mess with a tire. This call was made on a Saturday morning All I wanted was to have the tire checked and I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I found Lamb Chevrolet through a Corvette listing on AutoTrader. I've never purchased out of state before, but I was will to try it out since they had a Corvette that I really wanted to purchase. Friday and Saturday when Steven's associate Sean took over the sale for Steven. Since it was Mother's Day weekend Steven said he would be gone, but wanted to make sure my credit app and request was getting processed in his absence. I was told my credit was run and looked fine, but they needed my wife's info for the credit app to finalize stuff. I get a call from Sean on Saturday who tells me that someone sold the car from underneath them. Not professional at all. They ran my credit for nothing and thats going to go on my credit report now for the next couple years and sold the car to someone else. If Steven is the "Sales Manager", how was this sale not managed properly from the start? If someone is trying to purchase a car, and you're running their credit report please put a tag on it and inform the sales team that you're working a deal on this vehicle until it falls through and is up for grabs again. I'm definitely not a happy person right now since I didn't get the car I thought I was going to and now my credit is dinged for nothing. Make sure you if plan on working with this business that they know for sure the car is not being sold to someone else and that they get you solid numbers before running your credit report. Wow, it is unbelievable how unprofessional this dealership is! I bought a vehicle on 5/6/21 from this dealership and the level of unprofessionalism is out of control. LONG story short, they allowed me to leave in a truck (with 2,886 miles on it) with 17% on my fuel filter. Went to another dealership (a week later) to have some things installed that Lamb didn't have available, and they were jaw dropped that Lamb would even let me leave the dealership with it under 30% (it was now at 9%)...Saying the car could have seized and it was UNSAFE. We even brought this up before we left the lot when we purchased! Now, it's over a month later and i have a case open with gm corporate as they REFUSE to make it right. They have been so shady and I would definitely not recommend buying from them for safety of anyone on road. read more

Don't I repeat don't buy a used vehicle from Lamb. High pressures sales and they won't stand behind what they say. The suburban I bought from them had after market led tail lights which flash fast because they aren't correct and throw an error on the display. The sale guy said they would take care of it. His sale manager was a jack ass and said they work right. Yeah but not correctly ... my home link doesn't work and the wireless charging pad is intermittent. All issues brought up at sales time and we have just been ignored. Don't worry fellas I will take care of it myself but I won't ever be back! Charging top dollar you should have a 100 percent working vehicle. Not your hometown dealer! read more

This would actually be around 3.5 stars at this time, but that can go higher depending on the future. We wanted to look at trucks and they only had 3 on the lot??? Well they got 3 more in by the end of the day and the Silverado Z71 truck we were looking at was amazing, except for the light gray interior color - we were looking for black interior. Initially we met with Gonzo and Bill. We later met with Jerry as well. We left and advised them to call us if they should get one in that met our criteria. Two days later they called us and wanted us to come back in and tell us what the numbers would be on a new truck when one should come in. I asked them to tell me what the numbers are over the phone like any other dealer would do. I was advised their policy is for "serious customers" to come into the dealership. WTH? I am not a 20 year old kid (no offense) buying his first car. I buy a new car every 3 years and have done so for the last 30 years. Out of respect for the new sales kid I told him I would come in for him, however have the numbers ready for me due to my schedule being hectic on that day. I was also told they would give me estimated figures with doing an inquiry on my 800 FICO score until we found the right truck. I arrived as promised and asked to see the numbers on financing and leasing. The sales person had a blank credit application in front of him and said his manager wanted to run a credit check on me before giving me any numbers. Soooo...the sales guy goes back and forth to the manager's office several times. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager or bring the manager into this little cubicle. He said he couldn't do that. Ok, I'm out. I'm not here to play the car salesman games from the 1970's. The sales guy returned with some pretty high numbers and huge down payments. I think the manager just wanted to get rid of me at this point. I feel bad for the sales guys; I think they are stuck in the middle and forced to follow old way policies. Anyway, this dealership has some old archaic ways of doing business and not customer friendly with the "numbers.' I had a Phoenix dealership do everything with me over the phone and emails, including all of the numbers with a variety of options. So chances are I will be dealing with Phoenix this week. If you go to Lamb and want to keep our shopping local (like I wanted to), I would suggest using Gonzo. Gonzo is energetic, polite, and professional. Gonzo still continues to call me and and keep me updated. Jerry was also nice. Bill in Fleet is amazing as well. read more

Took our Truck in for its first service, we had made reservations a week or so ahead and had a standing appointment. When we arrived they were slammed and the advisor said it would be an hour and a half, bare in mind we had a standing appointment and we're on time. The advisor (Robert) was very nice and acknowledged the issue. We made arrangements and got us in and out as scheduled. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here and will certainly ask for Robert once again. Thanks Robert Manning. read more
