We just picked up our new travel trailer. Bernice and the whole team were excellent. Easy transition with purchase and trade in.

From start to finish, Paul went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. **Paul - Salesman** Paul was fantastic. He listened carefully, answered all of our questions (no matter how detailed), and never made us feel rushed. His knowledge of the inventory and his friendly, patient approach made the whole buying process a pleasure. **The Whole Team** Everyone at Couch's RV was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. Whether it was answering quick phone calls, arranging a convenient pickup time, or simply sharing tips for getting the most out of our new RV, the staff consistently went the extra mile. **After The Sale** We had driven from Florida to Ohio to pick up our RV and when we got back home could not find the griddle that was included. Paul and the warranty team were responsive and ready to ship us the griddle without hesitation. **Bottom line** If we decide to change our RV in the future Couch's RV Nation will be the first place we check out and we hope Paul will still be there to help us out. If you're in the market for an RV and want a hassle‑free experience backed by knowledgeable, supportive people, look no further than Couch's RV. Highly recommended!

Hello. So a few weeks ago I bought a motorhome from Buckeye RV. I drove it home to my house in…read morePennsylvania. There, I discovered several issues that I had to get resolved. After several attempts to resolve my issues, with no resolution, I became angry and frustrated. Apparently, I wasn't connecting the right person to get help my issues resolved. As a result, I wrote a review that was somewhat scathing. Since then, I was finally connected to one of the owners. He assured me that he would meet me halfway in any repairs that needed to be completed to make my motor home whole. Jim kept his word and sure enough helped me to make necessary repairs to the motorhome. I really appreciate what Jim has done for me and I have to say that upon thinking about it, it is only right and in all fairness to Buckeye that I amend my review. I think had I gotten to Jim in the first place, I probably wouldn't have had any issues, but since it took me so much time to get to him, I had gotten discouraged and somewhat disgruntled. Therefore, out of haste, came my review. As you can read, I have discovered that Buckeye truly does stand by the products they sale. I felt it only right to not only amend my review but to also personally thank Buckeye. Once I got to the right person to assist, all of my issues were resolved, and in a timely manner, within days. Once again, I want to thank Jim, Lori and Stacy for helping me to resolve the issues I had had and to see the error of my ways in that I was frustrated and made some hasty decisions. I can honestly say that this was a great learning experience for me and I hope, a great purchasing experience for everyone involved. Once again, thank you all at Buckeye RV for standing behind me when you didn't necessarily have to. Kudos, Hubert Henderson

Holman Motors - Taped together repair

MAJOR WARNING regarding Holman Motors located in Batavia, Ohio…read more I bought my previous Ram 1500 from here as well as my current vehicle, a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. I absolutely loved my sales guy, Eddie, and I have only positive things to say about him and the sales side. I am incredibly bummed that I have to find a new salesperson because of this. However, after the recent service experience that I've had, I WILL NEVER do business at Holman's in any capacity EVER AGAIN. Their final words to me were, "I've run it up the chain of command, and their suggestion is to take your future business elsewhere." In November, my truck was just at 100,000 miles, and a "pigtail" / fuel injector harness went bad. I've always trusted Holman's mechanics fully to advise me, as this is not my area of expertise. The service advisor and their manager, that I was working with, tried to convince me to spend $6,000 or $8,000 to replace all of the fuel injectors and wiring harnesses / pigtails. I did a lot of research and talked to a ton of people, who ALL said that this does not sound right. I advised Holmans to repair the single pigtail / wiring harness and to retest fuel injector #5 after replacement, which they told me was bad and testing out of spec. After speaking to a trusted friend and mechanic, I advised Holmans to replace the 1 pigtail and that I would pick my truck up. I picked my truck up, and it sat in my driveway for a week and a half because I was afraid to drive it. I reached back out to my trusted mechanic friend who advised me to bring it to his shop in Goshen. An employee of his was very through in documenting the work that Holman performed, and that I paid $700 to have completed. IT LOOKED LIKE A BACK YARD MECHANIC HAD COMPELTED THESE REPAIRS FOR $100 OR SOMETHING. Furthermore, the repairs completed left a fried area of the pigtail that they didn't even cut back far enough and replace. Go ahead, take a look at the pictures and what I paid $700 for. It's abysmal! I called the Service Manager, Chris, and explained the situation. By the time he called me back, my step father had just passed away and I was not in the right mind to deal with it. He also told me, "I'm so sorry. Take as much time as you need and get back to me." Roughly a month or so later, I found some extra time in my schedule and walked into the Holman Service department and asked for Chris. He was busy, so I waited for him to free up. Chris stated that I "ghosted" them and refused to address any of the issues. I ended up having to get a little shitty with him, because he thought he could just talked down to me and blame this problem on me! I stood on the fact that they lied to me in a deceiving attempt to do massive and unnecessary repairs. He stood on the fact that I didn't bring the truck back to them to be fixed.... HOW COULD I DO THAT WHEN THEY MISLEAD ME AND I NO LONGER TRUSTED THEM to complete this repair?! I wanted to talk through this and get it resolved. Again, I tried to call Chris a couple of times but never got an answer. This morning I called in and the person who answered the phone transferred me to a Monica. I explained a brief synopsis of the issues and asked if they could over several free oil changes to remedy the issue. It seemed like a logical solution. I'd never had issues with them changing my oil, other than leaving it a mess and it getting all over my driveway every time afterwards. I explained to Monica that I live my sales guy there and prefer to do business at the dealerships close to my housese. I stated rhat i was open to shopping around other dealerships, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix their mistake before i did thag or wrote any reviews. Monica said again that she would "take this information and run it up the chain," and that, "it would probably take several hours to get a solution." In approximately 30 minutes, they reveled their true colors. If their mechanics do shoddy work, they don't stand behind it and blame it on the customer.

Apparently by the standard of customer service they couldn't sell ice water in hell! We walked around the lot for 45 min in the hot sun and not one person was to be found. After exploring we came across two RV's that we had some questions about. We walked inside and was greeted by a glare from an associate sitting at a desk texting. Another man sitting at a desk asked us if we needed something. We asked about the one RV and we were wondering if it came in a shorter length. He proceeded to say no and that the length that they had was unsafe for our vehicle and that a jeep is not meant to haul what he has etc... We are not idiots and we already knew that hence why we asked for a shorter length! He basically brushed off the rest of our questions in a condescending manner and handed us a brochure. If and when we buy a RV it will not be here!!! I would rather drive the extra miles and go somewhere, where they know how to treat a potential customer! Several months later we did in fact purchase a camper, but not from here! We traveled to Haydocy Airstream in Columbus Ohio, where the customer service was phenomenal! They know how to delight! I sort of feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, where the sales associates were rude to her! "MISTAKE, BIG MISTAKE!"

As much as I loved looking at the truck, I didn't love the ride. My first car was an 86 Ford Tempo, I nearly died 3 times in that car and I still felt less safe in that 73 Bronco as much as I wanted to love it. So I started to scour the internet for a modern Bronco. After 3 months I found it, a custom Wildtrack in Ohio at The Auto Livery. Now I have a tough time buying shoes online without trying them on first so buying a car online was not something I had ever done but this was the one so I out in an inquiry. After a restless night I heard back from Jason at The Auto Livery promptly the b Next morning and started the process. Jason had spent a few days with the car and knew it inside and out. From the backstory about the owner to every detail about the car he made me feel like I was standing right next to it. I hired a remote team called the Lemon Squad to check the car out as well and Jason worked fast with the team to get me the report. The financing process was incredibly smooth with Natasha. She was always available to answer my questions and got me a great deal. I can't say enough about the team there at The Auto Livery. They made the entire process a breeze. Jason stayed in touch overseeing the shipment, confirming delivery and even helping me figure out how I accidentally turned off the running boards 2 days after getting it. If you need a car you should check them out. I honestly could not be happier. Its perfect.

Completely the opposite I'm the one who would like to be writing a review, singing someone's praises and recognizing them for their hard work. Unfortunately, that is nowhere near the case here. Camping world has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. And I know a thing or two about customer service as I worked in Customer service for over 12 years. This past spring, we took our RV here because we have a warranty for the paint. the paint was dull and oxidized so we took it in to have it corrected. They agreed that under warranty that the work needed to be done. It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of update for the next 2 to 3 months on the RV. Mind you this was prime season and we wanted to be able to use it. Call after call email after email just a bunch of BS excuses. Come to find out they had painted an RV in the bay next to ours and got overspray all over it obviously making the situation 10 times worse than it wasn't the first place. That all aside my husband agreed that we would take it back to get corrected in the fall after we could enjoy it at least for a couple of months. Fast-forward to this week, my husband calls to tell them we need to get the RV in to fix the things that they had caused. Not only is the paint job, awful and dull now because of them over spraying it and then having to remove the paint however they did that .. now all of our decals are all looking like trash, so they're also supposed to order new decals for the RV. My husband calls this week and the person we have been working with says oh I'm not taking care of that anymore. You're gonna be dealing with so-and-so. This person doesn't even fill the next person in on what is going on and we are back to square one and now this new person is saying, when and IF. WE DO SOMETHING?! NO I DON'T THINK THAT'S HOW IT WORKS. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. YOU ALL NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITHIN YOUR COMPANY AND FIGURE THIS OUT BECAUSE NONE OF THIS IS OUR FAULT AND I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE HOW LONG YOU'LL KEEP THE RV THIS TIME AND HOW MANY EXCUSES WE WILL HEAR OVER THE NEXT MONTHS. Long story long.. I would steer clear of camping world as once they get your business and the sale they don't give two flips about you and you will suffer if you have to get something done to your RV.
