Walked in at 5:45... About 10 minutes ago and this sales person Sawyer Tourek said that we cannot see the model home even the one connected to his office... He was trying to close up early. It's not even 6 o'clock on this timestamp of this review. For someone that is interested to see a $3 million home, that is poor service, I am extremely surprised and disappointed.

Door installed with gap at bottom which causes wind/water intrusions

9/30/25 Update: Last weekend we had a significant storm in our area with strong winds and rain. Unfortunately this came with significant water intrusion through the top, sides and bottom of an exterior door leading to an upstairs bedroom with that water ending up in a downstairs can light and onto our downstairs floor. I contacted BH who told me that the door was not meant to be 100% waterproof, it was installed per the manufacturer's specification and that BH is not responsible for acts of god. I've learned that other BH customers had this same : worse issue. I find this a bit odd to learn that an exterior door leading to an occupied area would not be air / water tight and be subject to water intrusion and flooding. BH did not even offer to come out and inspect and try to find a solution. Very sad once again. Fortunately we were home and so the damage was not as bad as it could have been. Unfortunately other BH customers were not as lucky as us.

We were in Las Vegas looking for a personal residence escaping from California. Early AM my spouse was still asleep at the hotel and I was out exploring the Lake Las Vegas area for the first time. I stumbled upon the Blue whatever community while it was under widespread construction. I watched as two mini backhoe were operating... I was thinking hey... I'm getting ready to rent one of those because at two of my income properties in California I want to rent those things to dig out foundations and sewage lines for the additions. So I drove up and parked to walk over and get closer to the back hoe to see how they operate. I ended up talking to one of the guys that was operating one for some time. A very nice fella who explained how much work he could get done in a short span of time. On the walk back to my car I was admiring the mostly finished buildings taking a beeline to look into windows. Out of pure simple curiosity I noticed a door was slightly a jar and I stepped inside to look around. We had spent the last two days with a realtor looking at more than a dozen properties. One was a pent house in summerland near some kind of casino that was $2.9 million. I vaguely recall these were about 1.5 million so comfortably within reason. The little tiny pool with an infinity edge was rather cute and I thought it had marginal functionality but very effective as a visual effect in framing The view. I thought their designer was moving very nicely in a direction that resonated with my General preferences. For the most part I thought the lay out and sense of vertical space was good and room sizes seemed decent or occasionally tight. For what it was overall I'd say it was acceptable for what I would require. I have to confess at this moment it suddenly struck me that they probably prefer that I'm escorted in looking at their properties. I had respectfully kept a mask on from entry to exit... But I did leave immediately at this point. I went on to look at another property that had a guy working on some tile by the window. I was admiring the walkway with the bubbling water... I'm not so sure I'd really like that because of the litigation hazard if somebody slipped on a wet surface or tripped if slightly buzzed or intoxicated? So why only four stars and not five? My overall sense of Las Vegas compared to other places I've been looking at lately leaves Vegas only marginally cheaper over California. I just came back from Houston where I saw several homes on double and triple the land...brand new Homes that were double the size and in some cases backing to Lake Houston with private docks and simply gorgeous at half the price. Yeah I know it's humid and they get hurricanes... Plus I know property taxes and mud taxes push to tax bite up to 3%, but that's only until I reach age 65 when the school tax portion drops off. The cost for properties like this are generally half the price of Vegas. Property taxes double or triple Nevada more or less. So I think four stars is appropriate. It's not really dropping down to three stars yet and there's no way this is actually five stars. It is nice and well executed... But I've had a home in Malibu, and now I reside with a professional football player next door, that's successful sculptor backing up to my backyard... And although my house is nominally humble I have an accurate sense that four stars is about right more or less.

They are a great company and do stellar work with stellar materials. All their workers are professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent! On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

They recently completed a full remodel of our home, and it was by far the best construction experience I've had, even after going through several major remodels over the years. Nitzan, our project manager, and Francisco, our lead contractor, did an outstanding job managing every aspect of the project. Communication was excellent, they kept a close eye on the budget, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and professionally. Most importantly, the project was completed on budget with no surprises. The quality of the workmanship, organization, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a team that delivers exactly what they promise while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenso Services LLC to anyone considering a remodel or renovation. They earned our trust, and I would gladly hire them again.

Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

Tridel Construction's bid was a little higher than other competitors in the area, but we did like the description and process better, such as working with the city for permits. Dan Antoci was our project manager for the loft conversion. A few electrical outlets needed to be run in different locations in the bedroom, walls needed to be built, drywall, and repainting needed to be completed. The team worked almost every day, including one day on the weekend for about 2 weeks straight. There was one minor issue when building the closet area where the wood was on-top of the carpet, but they fixed that during the conversion when my husband and I had mentioned it to Dan. We found out that Tridel Construction only does that during new construction. We have a few cats. We wanted to make sure that the area was well-cleaned during the project build-out and construction. During the build-out, there were multiple nails left on the floor, sharp tools, which my husband and I picked up, as well as we had to perform additional vacuuming in some areas for left over drywall. During the project, there was issues trying to update invoices and contract agreements for the appropriate and accurate information. It took some time, but eventually at the end of the project, we were able to get everything updated as intended with the help of Sasha! Inspectors for the house showed up on time and the team was pretty much available each morning during the 2 week project from 8 a.m. - 4:00 P.M. Some days did end early around 3:30, while other days went a little longer until 4:30 P.M. There wasn't necessarily a complete set schedule. The room does look great! I'm not sure if I'll use their services for future projects though due to some of the hiccups.

I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

Hard to describe the quality and satisfaction I have now that we completed a full kitchen remodel…read more I have read a few of the much older reviews and some were not great. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S.
