Walked in at 5:45... About 10 minutes ago and this sales person Sawyer Tourek said that we cannot see the model home even the one connected to his office... He was trying to close up early. It's not even 6 o'clock on this timestamp of this review. For someone that is interested to see a $3 million home, that is poor service, I am extremely surprised and disappointed.

Door installed with gap at bottom which causes wind/water intrusions

9/30/25 Update: Last weekend we had a significant storm in our area with strong winds and rain. Unfortunately this came with significant water intrusion through the top, sides and bottom of an exterior door leading to an upstairs bedroom with that water ending up in a downstairs can light and onto our downstairs floor. I contacted BH who told me that the door was not meant to be 100% waterproof, it was installed per the manufacturer's specification and that BH is not responsible for acts of god. I've learned that other BH customers had this same : worse issue. I find this a bit odd to learn that an exterior door leading to an occupied area would not be air / water tight and be subject to water intrusion and flooding. BH did not even offer to come out and inspect and try to find a solution. Very sad once again. Fortunately we were home and so the damage was not as bad as it could have been. Unfortunately other BH customers were not as lucky as us.

We were in Las Vegas looking for a personal residence escaping from California. Early AM my spouse was still asleep at the hotel and I was out exploring the Lake Las Vegas area for the first time. I stumbled upon the Blue whatever community while it was under widespread construction. I watched as two mini backhoe were operating... I was thinking hey... I'm getting ready to rent one of those because at two of my income properties in California I want to rent those things to dig out foundations and sewage lines for the additions. So I drove up and parked to walk over and get closer to the back hoe to see how they operate. I ended up talking to one of the guys that was operating one for some time. A very nice fella who explained how much work he could get done in a short span of time. On the walk back to my car I was admiring the mostly finished buildings taking a beeline to look into windows. Out of pure simple curiosity I noticed a door was slightly a jar and I stepped inside to look around. We had spent the last two days with a realtor looking at more than a dozen properties. One was a pent house in summerland near some kind of casino that was $2.9 million. I vaguely recall these were about 1.5 million so comfortably within reason. The little tiny pool with an infinity edge was rather cute and I thought it had marginal functionality but very effective as a visual effect in framing The view. I thought their designer was moving very nicely in a direction that resonated with my General preferences. For the most part I thought the lay out and sense of vertical space was good and room sizes seemed decent or occasionally tight. For what it was overall I'd say it was acceptable for what I would require. I have to confess at this moment it suddenly struck me that they probably prefer that I'm escorted in looking at their properties. I had respectfully kept a mask on from entry to exit... But I did leave immediately at this point. I went on to look at another property that had a guy working on some tile by the window. I was admiring the walkway with the bubbling water... I'm not so sure I'd really like that because of the litigation hazard if somebody slipped on a wet surface or tripped if slightly buzzed or intoxicated? So why only four stars and not five? My overall sense of Las Vegas compared to other places I've been looking at lately leaves Vegas only marginally cheaper over California. I just came back from Houston where I saw several homes on double and triple the land...brand new Homes that were double the size and in some cases backing to Lake Houston with private docks and simply gorgeous at half the price. Yeah I know it's humid and they get hurricanes... Plus I know property taxes and mud taxes push to tax bite up to 3%, but that's only until I reach age 65 when the school tax portion drops off. The cost for properties like this are generally half the price of Vegas. Property taxes double or triple Nevada more or less. So I think four stars is appropriate. It's not really dropping down to three stars yet and there's no way this is actually five stars. It is nice and well executed... But I've had a home in Malibu, and now I reside with a professional football player next door, that's successful sculptor backing up to my backyard... And although my house is nominally humble I have an accurate sense that four stars is about right more or less.

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Remodeling is a significant investment, and you want to know you're putting that investment in the right hands. Jerezee proved that time and time again. The quality of their work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication made every dollar well spent. If you're looking for a contractor in Las Vegas or the Mount Charleston area, Jerezee Construction is the team to call. We are absolutely thrilled with our cabin remodel and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Jerezee team--even those I didn't mention by name. Every person we interacted with played a part in making this project a success, and it was truly a pleasure working with all of you!

They recently completed a full remodel of our home, and it was by far the best construction experience I've had, even after going through several major remodels over the years. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen.
