This place is so cute and the servers are so friendly. They are an establishment in Dewey and serve you so much food that you can eat two more meals off a plate unless you are a Hobbit. I got their special with Chicken Fried steak, seasoned potatoes and the pancake. Everything tastes made from scratch and the pancake was so fluffy!!!!

First time at Blue Hills Cafe on Highway 69 in Dewey, AZ. Lots of locals for Saturday morning breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak, eggs and home potatoes. Coffee cup was never empty. Breakfast was excellent and prices very reasonable.

The service was great, the place is very clean, but loud. Food portions are good, but my patty melt had two patties on one half, just one patty on the other. Not that big of a deal until I got to my fries. Someone hair was on the plate under my fries. Just an instant appetite killer. Also, this place is busy enough, they do not have to squeeze .50 cents out of every debit card user.

Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Side was split: half fries, half rings.

Great value! Great food! The service is exceptional and locally owned. Every time we're in the area, this is our go to! Parents live right across the highway from it and frequent it several times/week. Don't miss out! If you think this burger looks good, you should see their breakfasts.

Great food and prices. I had a half sandwich with turkey pastrami and cheese melted on sourdough and a side of chili with onions and cheese all for about $10

Cute little classic diner. Food was good and reasonable. Staff was attentive. They had strawberry rhubarb pie that I regret not trying!

My friend and I go often because we like the food offerings and the wait staff has been pleasant…read more We like the quiet and the beautiful view. So we decided to do the Mother's Day Brunch on May 10, 2026. The flyer specifically said Chef's Carving Station for tri-tip and turkey breast. $35/person. This was the worst "buffet" I have ever encountered. There were no carving stations. The "tri-tip" and turkey were dried out pre-sliced sitting in a heat tray and were completely inedible. The tri-tip was like bootsoles with gristle. The fruit was mediocre, the beautiful looking breads and pastries were so dry and crisp from being exposed to the air that they were like day old bread. These things needed to be covered. The scrambled eggs were good, and the ingredients provided to make parfaits. To top it off, they automatically added a tip to our bills, even though we were only two people. We always tip well, but this was a buffet and no one was serving. I will never go back to another special meal there. I am disappointed to the core because this was a favorite place, and a terrible Mother's Day experience.

While this particular location on Glassford Hill Rd in PV is still what I'd call new I was really…read morehoping to getting a good idea of how this location was doing or perhaps if they were past their newness phase. I was able to answer this thought rather quickly. The store was clean and seemed like the other 5-guys locations and really should be. The restroom was ADA compliant and had enough room to safely move from your chair to the commode. (Surprisingly businesses are often claiming to be ADA compliant and by law that's true however I feel being a real ADA compliant restroom is wheelchair accessible and ones able to move from their chair to the commode etc, so I rate hard on this for just this reason. I understand this is not always possible for various reasons and I give credits for such). The men's room smelled of bleach so I'm assuming the restroom was just cleaned and appeared as so. Pricing was a huge dissatisfaction for me. As I understand it, they don't offer a combo type of meal but rather a ah la carte kind of menu board. After ordering a cheeseburger, large fries, and a strawberry shake my order total was over $25 bucks. I was alone! Another disappointment for me is seeing a tip jar and also a tip question when using a credit card to pay your tab. I guess I'm still on the fence about tipping a fast food type of establishment verses a sit down, server, and everything type of establishment. I've yet to see the pro's of it aside spending more. The food I ordered and received was great. No issues or surprises with missing anything but then again I was alone. I did ask for the fries to be lightly salted for sodium reasons and sadly the fries were loaded with salt. I literally took a few napkins and individually wiped salt off each fry as I could before eating it but sadly they were still was fairly salty. For my taste and liking's. Burger was seasoned ok like other locations and the condiments were average for 5-guys. Nothing stood out here as extra special and communication was minimal at best from the time I got there till the time I left. The overall dining room was clean, accessible for wheelchairs around the entire dining area. It does seem that with such openness it does cut down of the space available for table sitting Pateron's but then again we're in the era of to-go being the way of life. If possible even having the meals delivered type culture. I noticed something a bit different at this location that I've not seen anywhere else or should say have not noticed anywhere else and that a call ahead pickup lane. They don't take orders in it but I'm assuming they will have your app order ready to save you from going inside the store? I did not try this so I can't say with all certainty. I will give it a try in the next few days or so. I did not see a menu board right off hand. Getting to this location is somewhat unique as you're needing to drive through the movie theater parking lot and around or if possible there is a entrance just past the store which is for the theater and soon to be appts being build. This access is directly across from Safeway along Glassford. There is no traffic control devices to assist access off Glassford. So long story short, as per just the cost alone I'm saying it's a pass. Earning it what I feel generous 3 star. To me fast food is fast food and makes it hard to be a standout against other types of businesses. I will add a pic of my receipt when I download it from my photos. My phone and Siri both are aliening me tonight. Haha

They treat their customers right, the servers actually care, and the food is spot-on. This was our first visit, and our server Laura was an absolute rockstar! She was friendly, fast, and totally on it from the moment we sat down. We love you, Laura! They open early for all us early birds, early risers, and morning people -- which is perfect because Laura is one of us. The menu is huge and has something for everyone, even the picky eaters in the family. I went with the breakfast burrito and it was perfect with the grilled outside fluffy eggs inside and perfect crispy bacon inside. My mom ordered the #1 (two eggs over easy, bacon, super crispy hash browns) and swapped the toast for a grilled biscuit. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked exactly right. We also found out they have pies by the slice (and whole) they do prime rib on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus all-you-can-eat fish (cod) on Fridays! So many good specials. We'll definitely be back soon -- can't wait to try more! Tons of parking right out front and they are next to Safeway - just to the left.
