If you live in this area, you will be warmly greeted by the cooks, waitresses and even other customers, most who are either hunting or toting a family full of future hunters and farmers. Needless to say we received no warm welcome being from the real valley, but the food was still a pleasant surprise. The only issue was that they stop serving breakfast exactly at 11 A.M and that is what we wanted, but we were hungry and settled for lunch. The grilled chicken salad was highlighted by a good dose of white chicken chunks and a great homemade blue cheese dressing. The other entree was a crispy chicken sandwich which had some sort of addictive bread crumb coating that made the dish quite tasty. Saw some great looking onion rings at another table, but we had the fries which were hot and fine. Not much in Dewey, but this was a good find at least. read more

Drove up to the area for a girls day trip to go kayaking and stopped into Blue Hills for lunch. My table had a bacon cheeseburger with waffle fries, grilled cheese with onion rings, salad and fried cod with fries. Food was great. Waitress was very nice though I can't recall her name, sorry. This cafe definitely has the hometown feel and they know when you aren't from the area but the service was great, although I felt a few eyes on me being that I'm of color I did feel a little out of place but can't complain about the service or food! read more

Been going there for 18 years now and I loved everything they had. But after the pandemic, everything was pretty bad, but then that's the way it wasn't all of the restaurants. And it wasn't really happy with the food.. but now the food has improved like it used to be and I enjoyed going there for dinner and lunch and breakfast. Thank you. read more

Food was fair. Service was good. Check was not added correctly. I did not say anything. I've been in before food was better. I asked for cholula hot sauce. Waitress said the owner said it cost too much. They had it before. The owner should get a check on what customers want. How much could a little hot sauce cost. If that's the breaking point for any restaurant, the owner should close and get a different business. I won't be back. It looks like the kitchen needs some cleaning. read more

We've come with a very large group that they quickly lined tables up the center of the dining area for without blinking an eye as well as a small group of 4. Each time the staff has been absolutely fabulous and the food even better! If you are looking for a fancy breakfast joint with boojie drinks then this is not the place for you. Great service with great food. My husband and I popped in there yesterday after being told they had good food. Well, boy do they ever. My hubby got a taco salad, I think it was as big as his head. I had a cheeseburger and potato salad, very good as well. We also ordered and order of deep fried mushrooms, cooked to perfection. We will definitely stop in again, next time for breakfast. It was okay. Spent nice time with cousin for lunch. Clam chowder very fishy tasting but patty melt, fries & cousin's ranch bacon chicken wrap pretty good. They don't total their bills either. They had something written in the total line thought it was a bit less. Oh well. At least we know for next time. read more

I'm not sure I could love this restaurant more. This restaurant is a local favorite and with that comes the breakfast rush. It is absolutely slammed in the mornings which is for good reason. I wish there were a few more seats/tables for the morning rush, and with that obviously a few more hands to take orders. But other than that I honestly enjoy the food and the people. The amount of food per order is plentiful and does not disappoint. The price is MORE than reasonable and I hope don't change now that I've said something. Stopped in here just to have a nice quick short Branch since I was a little late for the early breakfast but I came in between late morning and early afternoon so Branch was the perfect time.
