Since I had a gift certificate I needed to use that night before leaving the area, I didn't have much choice, so I said sure. Then the Panang curry with shrimp came out, and the shrimp still had the tails on. I had to take each one out of the curry and de-tail them with my fingers. The plate was too small to hold the tails, and they didn't give me an extra dish, so the tails ended up on the table--kind of gross with all the curry sauce dripping off them. The mango sticky rice dessert came with mango still on the rind, so again I had to use my fingers and the spoon to separate it, and the rind also ended up on the table. My napkin got soaked from wiping my fingers with mango juice and curry sauce, and I had to grab an extra one from the table next to me. All of these things were a bit frustrating, but the food was absolutely amazing. I loved it and would come again if I lived in the area--just earlier, and I'd ask them to de-tail the shrimp for me.

This little spot in Silverthorne is worth seeking out. It's tucked away in a busy strip shopping center, but it's you won't be disappointed. Keep in mind, this place is small....and I mean small, I've stayed in hotel rooms that were bigger. No table service here, but you shouldn't care. Breakfast sandwiches are awesome. Skip the fast food crap and swing in here for a breakfast sandwich if you're headed to the slopes at Keystone or A-Basin. Served on fresh baked bread...yum. Lunch here is outstanding as well. I continue to be amazed at how busy this little place is, that should tell you something. As you wait to place your order, you'll be standing in front of a pastry case of the most amazing fresh baked goodies. If you can stand there, and not order at least one treat for later in the day, then you're better than I. Don't miss this place! read more

I have been enjoying Blue Moon for almost a decade, I love the customer service, breakfast and lunch food, and of course the pastries! I love them so much I had them do my wedding cake! Melissa was an absolute joy to work with! An absolute joy! She was so enthusiastic about my ideas and really helped me turn those ideas into an unbelievable cake! Without her knowledge and creativity I don't think my cake would have turned out so nicely. Blue Moon was so easy to work with and fit right in with my budget. Love this place--our favorite place to grab breakfast before hitting the slopes or for a sandwich (and brownie!) break when we are shopping at the outlets. It seems to be very popular with the locals and tourists...Since it is so popular there can be a line, but don't worry it moves very quickly. We were passing through and needed something sweet and delicious, we stopped here. Omg! Everything looked so yummy! The variety of brownies, raspberry, peanut butter, Oreo, mint and more!
