Stopped in for an impromptu catch up. We didn't order nearly enough to made a solid call but the menu is extensive - lots of cajun options - service was good, & there is ample indoor and outdoor seating. I'd definitely stop in again for a full meal + a do-over of appetizers.

Cute local tavern in Smyrna. We were able to walk in for lunch on the patio on a Saturday without any issues which was great. The server Jordan was very hospitable. We opted to try the fried grouper, Caesar salad, creole shrimp po boy with broccoli salad and a cheeseburger. The fried grouper lived up to the other Yelp reviews with a great crispness and went well with the tartar sauce. Portions are large for entrees.

Came in expecting an oyster fest after prepaying for our tickets online only to realize we could have just walked in for free and order the oysters. lol! Soon as we arrived the energy was weird and the staff was overwhelmed and gave us conflicting answers and information regarding the oyster fest. Ordered our food before getting our table because there was 45 minutes wait. An hour later our table was ready and then they couldn't find our orders. Once we finally got our food most of it we had to send back because either it was cold or undercooked. Atkins Park Tavern clearly leans toward a European palate. If you're expecting big Southern seasoning or layered spice, this isn't that lane. The wings were really fleshy and had an odd texture. Not terrible, just not enjoyable. The bigger issue was the she-crab soup. It tasted spoiled, like it had been sitting longer than it should have, and I couldn't finish it. Service and atmosphere were ok, which is why this stays at three stars. Hopefully this was just an off night because of the event, but as it stands 4 out of 10 I do NOT recommend.

I've come here a couple times and have tried different things. I would say the food is just ok. The beignets were a "nah" for me. I would just go for the bar vibe. The drinks def do the job!

Fun restaurant with the Nawlins vibes! I've visited a handful of times for a quick bite to eat, drinks with friends, or during one of their events like the Oysterfest. I've had a good experience each time and would consider it a solid choice overall. The service has always been great, too. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Yall been keeping secrets! But we then found out and now I'm telling everybody! YALL PULL UP! I visited Atkins after being put on game by a close friend. When we arrived we were quickly seated on the heated patio. This spot does two vibes well. The patio is quaint, quiet, and suitable for a more romantic dinner. Inside is a bars bar! Reminds me of the old dive bars that everyone loves. The food was a big surprise! Especially after seeing a 3 star yelp rating. Yall hating! Since it was my first time they gave me a free fried green tomato appetizer, delivered by a member of the kitchen staff with an exuberant mustache lol our server Sully was great, definitely a personality and a great sport. I had Nashville hot sliders (4/5), fried green tomato(3.7/5- needed some spice in the black eye pea salsa), grouper fingers (5/5, great light breading). My date had the crawfish pie and felt it was under seasoned but was very happy with the oysters! Atkins, I'll be back!

Atkins Park Tavern has a very nice open air patio which is where we chose to sit. Our server, Jacob was warm and welcoming and as the evening went on he proved to be amazing. The food was delicious.

Local bar vibe, plenty tap handles, full bar. Elegante restaurant. Southern staples with a modern touch. Bar open late. Live music, karaoke, depending on the night. Nestled in the heart of downtown Smyrna.

Monday Lunch with Friends Did Not Disappoint!…read more It had been a while since I visited The Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland Mall, and I'm so glad I decided to come back! We stopped in for a Monday lunch with friends and were greeted and seated right away. And, of course, one of the first things to hit the table was that basket of bread. Yummy! Our server, Jasmine, gets 10 stars from me! She was attentive, friendly, and gave us some great lunch suggestions, including the Chicken Piccata and Cajun Salmon. We started with the Egg Roll Sampler, which had a nice variety, including Avocado Rolls, Tex-Mex Spring Rolls, and Chicken Taquitos. I tried the avocado roll and chicken taquito, and both were tasty little bites. The sampler also came with a variety of dipping sauces, although I didn't really try them. For my entrée, I went with the Cajun Salmon with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. And when I say those mashed potatoes were LOADED, they definitely understood the assignment! The salmon was flavorful, and the entire meal was delicious. My friends ordered the suggested Chicken Piccata and the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. The portions were generous, and none of us could finish everything. No problem there because we packed up the leftovers to enjoy later, along with some extra bread. Now, you can't visit The Cheesecake Factory without talking about CHEESECAKE! Our selections were: * Key Lime Cheesecake * Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake * Hershey's Chocolate Bar Cheesecake I chose the Key Lime Cheesecake and managed to take a little bite before packing it up. So delicious! That Key Lime flavor came through from beginning to end, creamy, tangy, and exactly what I wanted. ‍ Nice Pop Music playing not too loud.. with selections from the Carpenters and Adele it made lunch enjoyable There is plenty of mall parking, and valet service is normally offered, although it wasn't available during our visit. Overall, this was such an enjoyable Monday lunch with friends. Great service from Jasmine, delicious food, generous portions, and cheesecake waiting for me at home. That's a win! If you haven't been to The Cheesecake Factory in a while, it might be time for a revisit. I'm glad I did!

It was very crowded, lots of events happening (birthdays and other celebrations). So I cut them some slack with the wait time. Waiter was not as attentive as he could've been. I had Shrimp Scampi which came cold. I ate the shrimp and left the pasta. I wasn't impressed at all and I've been here before and had great food ...but the vibe is different now. We had to ask for the bread to be brought out. We waited about an hour for the food to come out and when we were ready to go had to wait for the waiter to come cash us out. Always like The Cheesecake Factory, but this likely is my last time patronizing this location. We should have gone to Maggianos.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices.
