The tech seemed very aggravated and showed in the atmosphere. I left with some concerns about the level of care. The service felt rushed, especially when it came to expressing the anal glands--an important part of grooming that shouldn't be overlooked or done hastily. This is a sensitive procedure that requires proper time and attention for the comfort and health of the pet. I dropped my Pet off at 1:50pm (the appointment time) waited for about three minutes for them to take my pet back and I didn't get out the door fast enough when they called me at 2:05pm saying my pet was ready! which seems awfully short for the two grooming procedures that needed to be done. I hope they take more care with this aspect in the future.

When I pick him up they are very friendly and respectful to me, the client ( same as drop off.) The shop is very small, so they don't get overwhelmed.

But guys.., I was shocked to realize that everything you see it's actually is true! Everybody just absolutely adore animals, they are very gentle and sweet with them.
