It's a prohibition style speakeasy with the hidden door and the ambiance is so beautiful inside with an amazing bar and just a great vibe. We loved how the waitresses were dressed in dresses from the time it was so classy and fun. And we went on a night they had live music and it was sooo good. Now let's talk about the drinks there were so many choices of cocktails bourbon whiskey you name it. I let the waitress pick mine it was something with pear and it was yummy. We both loved our drinks. My husband loved his old fashion. The food was absolutely delicious we enjoyed the crab toast and lamb lollipop and the Chilean sea bass which were all to die for. Oh and Lavendar creme brûlée for dessert. We met Rob and his wife the owners who are the nicest people and now we can't wait to come back with friends to salsa night. After reviewing the receipt the other day, I see that they charged $28.95 for the steak, $4 for the mashed potatoes and $2.95 for the side salad. I have NEVER seen any place charge for everything on a plate, individually, and the price of the steak was not the price advertised. I even left a $15 tip for the waiter. False advertising - on the entertainment, as well as the price of the "steak special."

We had to walk through the neighboring apartments, through a locked gate and through the pool area to reach the restaurant. Not very conducive for a senior using a walker. Upon getting in the restaurant, we were greeted by several staff. They were friendly but not prepared for my reservation. (There were 2 other patrons at a table on the deck. The restaurant was empty and no need for reservations!) We were seated in a back room. The restaurant was FILTHY!! Tables not wiped down, windows with smeared food and fingerprints. All the glass on the doors were full of dirty handprints. It was obvious no cleaning was done before closing the night before or before opening that morning. Had it not been for a 40 minute drive and a frail senior with me, I would have walked out! There were 3 other staff sitting at the bar the whole time we were there that should have been spending their time scrubbing tables and washing windows. The food was ok, our server was good, however stood over my shoulder, waiting, when I said I would be paying the tip in cash and not on my credit card. Disappointing experience!
