I'm not happy or unhappy with these guys They charged a lot, but I believe it's partly my fault for not trying to negotiate a price and they did promise me a receipt because I paid in cash and they did not provide me the receipt when I asked three times that's my main complaints. We called + texted multiple times over the course of 2+ weeks and they never pick up. We gave up via phone and tried emailing. They responded to email first few times. They asked for photos, we sent it. They said they could do the repairs. We were like "great, when's your next availability?" Complete blank; and have not heard from them since even after few follow-up emails. But amidst all this they were constantly repeating "call us at the 3093 number" (meaning the phone number they never pick up/respond from). We did multiple times even during the whole email chain, they still never pick up. Big waste of time. read more

Mike and his partner were both very polite, knowledgable, and professional. They went through the whole house, cleaned and lubricated all the double hung and casement Marvin windows (about 20). Some casements needed shimming because they didn't close all the way. Mike showed me where to order replacement cranks and the correct model number for my particular windows. He showed me what products I could buy so I could do all future cleaning and maintenance myself. He even showed me some tricks to eliminate squeaky doors and latches. We remodeled a whole home with high end Anderson windows & doors and the installation company never came back to adjust and finalize the proper installation. I reached out to Mike last week regarding leaking retrofit windows. I had retrofit windows installed at my home back in 2013. I emailed Mike pictures of the leaking windows. Me and Mike then had a subsequent conversation regarding the price to repair the windows. Mike then went on to tell me that he charges $150.00/hour. I have ten windows that need to be sealed. I would not want to write a blank check, with so many unknown variables. I would not want to agree to pay someone $150/hour, where they are unsure as to the time frame they would need to seal the windows in question. I then went on to tell Mike that I would need to have a price before we would start the work. Next Mike went on to say that he is going to charge me $150.00 for an estimate. I highly recommend Blue Sky Windows for your service needs for problems with doors, windows, cranks, etc. We moved into a craftsman styled home with lots of sliding screen doors, sliding glass doors, and windows and screens that needed maintenance. Mike and his crew cleaned and lubricated all the screen doors and jams that were "sticking", adjusted the sliding glass doors, fixed windows that were not closely properly, replaced all the cranks at the window screens (I like the ones that lie flat!), and ordered new hardware where needed.
