They don't seem to know how to bury a line. Killed my grass, and the line is still exposed in multiple places. Even after they had to come replace and re-bury. IDK who they actually hire to come do that work, but there really do not care one bit. I was also told by them that they cannot guarantee the team they send out will properly bury the line because they contract it out. Said I can totally stand out there with them and tell them what to do or bury it myself. Price is great in the beginning, but will definitely go right up. Making it not worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd try one of the other services.

She's not quite ready for a cell phone and I thought this was a good alternative. The shop is clearly very new as they didn't yet have the store fully stocked with tons if accessories of devices yet. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! Happy new Verizon customer here - not to mention my monthly bill with brand new phone and gizmo watch service is $10 cheaper now than I was paying at tmobile.

The ability to change the legal name on the account without bureaucratic obfuscation has been challenging. These people act like they have never had a situation like this before. This is very disappointing that such a large organization is incapable of making account changes. I will be looking for a replacement in the future. I do not need to pay a lot of fees each month to a nonresponsive company.
