From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.

When we walked into the restaurant, we were presently surprised on how pretty the place transformed from what used to be Three60 Market. Cozy, rustic, chic. Since it is a small place, every table seemed to have a view of the river. They also had outdoor dining, which would be nice once the weather gets cooler. We arrived right when they opened so we were initially the only people there. However, that quickly changed in the next hour or 2. We were seated by the hostess, and our waiter quickly appeared. He was warm and friendly and was attentive throughout the night. They had a good selection of wines by the glass, and specialty cocktails From the summer dining specials, we all ordered different entrees. Everything was delicious. Both the appetizers and dinner were full portions. Great deal for the price. All of us will be coming back, and bringing our husbands.

Everyone was very happy with their food. The cesar salad is very good. They put a lot of a cheese on it, which is awesome. I love cheese. I have only had the triggerfish and it is an amazing dish. The fish is not fishy at all. It is meaty but light and flaky. They give a good sized portion. The pimento cheese is to die for. I can't believe how much of it I ate on my last visit. Then we have the key lime pie. Wow. Double wow. It has a burnt sugar topping similar to creme brulee. The filling is light and tart. The pie ties with Sweet Melissas. The interior is super cute. I love the nautical colors. They have a nice bar too. Hurry up and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Service started a little slowly--we didn't meet our server for about 15 minutes, although another team member quickly brought us water and drinks. Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. We'd gladly give Syren another try.

When we checked in, the hostess acknowledged that it was an anniversary dinner. At the end of the dinner, they gave us complementary champagne. Michael our server was great and provided good descriptions of the food items we asked about (ie difference between the triggerfish versus butterfish, types of fish used, etc ). The food was excellent. We started with the corn bread. It was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture until it was almost gone. Buttery, with small corn chunks, and a bit of outside crust. Then my husband and I shared the Fish Stew and the butterfish Entrees. The Butterfish was an oily whitefish served with a slightly sweet sauce on top of rice and broccolinI. They fish stew was much more hearty a dish with lots of different seafood (mussels, shrimp, salmon, etc). Both were excellent, though my preference was the Butterfish. At the end of the meal, we were given complementary champagne and a clam shell saying Happy anniversary. A very nice touch. This restaurant is a elegant seafood place perfect for happy hour with your friends, as well as a special anniversary with your husbandl Highly recommend. One of my top seafood restaurants in Naples, Fl.

A Fantastic First Visit - Happy Hour Done Right!…read more I stumbled upon Lola 41 in Old Downtown Naples for their happy hour, which kicks off daily at 3:30 PM. I arrived a bit early - around 3:10 - and by 3:25 a small crowd had already started to gather, which tells you something about how popular this place is. Despite a little drizzle, people were eager to get in, and I quickly understood why. This was my first visit to Lola 41, and I was immediately struck by the space. The ambiance when you walk in is absolutely fabulous - beautifully designed and full of energy. The doors opened right at 3:31, and the bar filled up fast. As it turned out, they were celebrating their 2-year anniversary, which I had no idea about, but the buzz in the room made it feel like a special occasion. The bartending staff handled the rush with impressive efficiency - drinks were coming out quickly even as the place packed in. I thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail, and it delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I also ordered off the happy hour menu, and while there was a small mix-up with my food (completely understandable given the volume and the anniversary excitement), the staff was absolutely wonderful about it. They accommodated my request to have my order packed to go without any hesitation - and I have to say, once I got back to my hotel and dug in, I was not disappointed at all. For anyone visiting the Naples area, I highly recommend making Lola 41 a stop, even if just for happy hour. Grab a cocktail, try an appetizer, and I promise it will leave you wanting to come back for a full dinner. This one has earned a regular spot on my list, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I got a text exactly one minute after our reservation time, we checked back in with the hostess and then were walked to the corner table we had wanted earlier. It seems like they could both improve their turnover and customer service with some adjustment to how they allocate their tables. We started with drinks, I had the Classic Mai Tai and it was delish. We had the Coconut Shrimp app and it was very tasty, a nice mix of savory shrimp with a bit of salad. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was a very nice dish as well. The lady had the Thai shrimp and scallops and really liked it. I had a bite and must agree. We were too full for desert but will have to come back and try that sometime. Service from Warnell was top notch and we also got a check-in from the manager. We liked the casual ambiance although the place was a bit loud and the singer's volume could have been toned down. We will likely be back.

This was our experience until this July. On this occasion, we were excited to eat some of our favorites. We made a reservation ahead as we know it rains daily in July. We specifically requested an indoor table. As we were traveling to the restaurant, we were driving in an awful lightning storm and were very glad we had made a reservation for indoors. We arrived to the restaurant and were seated outdoors despite it still raining. We were not happy, but some excuse was made about the radar and the rain stopping for the evening. We didn't complain, but weren't exactly happy. Our server came to take our order. We are accustomed to ordering tropical drinks and starting with the warm bread. Drinks were ordered and bread never came. We placed our dinner order and still no bread. Once our dinners came out, we were very disappointed to find that in spite of the price hikes, the portion sizes have been shaved down drastically. The normal flavor in our dishes wasn't present, and the tropical, no worries vibe was missing. Our entire crew of five all commented on how this just doesn't feel like a special dinner out anymore. I'm sad to see our tradition end, but there is nothing special about this place anymore. Try it for yourself. Maybe you'll find what we used to find here.

It normally comes with fries and coleslaw but I was able to swap out the fries for a side caesar. The coleslaw was great, the caesar was a solid ok, and the catch of the day was tasty. I rarely stay in hotels that have attached restaurants, so this was a welcome bonus! Definitely sit at the bar and make friends with Monica--she's lovely! Get to it!
