On June 25th, 2018, I drove to Whittier from Murrieta stressing about ironing my blouse because I had just bought it for a funeral. I stopped at this cleaners after stopping at two other places. I walked in around 5:15pm and asked if they could steam my blouse. The man said all his machines were off. I told him I was on my way to a funeral. He asked me to come in and he turned on his steamer and ironed my blouse on the spot. He offered his condolences and sent me on my way. Thank you for your kindness. read more

Ridiculous! Originally started coming here for same day service. Spent a LOT of $ here over time. No more. Get my clothes out to hang up. Bag looked used. One pair of pants was wrinkled. Two shirts had stains on them and pressed horribly. I pay a lot for my clothes and I am not bringing them here again. Not worth the gas driving back to have them fix the issues either. read more

Liked this place until I was given back my cleaning without 2 sweaters(knitted by hand by my husband's beloved grandmother, now deceased)These were all wool beautiful sweatersThese were items I rarely looked at but had cleaned on occasion so I did not miss them for a long time. When I called they no longer had my name on file. When I asked if they called when someone left an item they said "yes" but I was never contacted, same phone number for 25 years. They no longer have my sweaters and they will no longer have my business or my recommendation. It would only have taken a phone call.....bad business! read more

I have been bringing my clothes to this establishment for more than a year. I brought in white dress for them to dry clean and the dress was returned to me with splashes of yellow stains (chemical related), shrunk, and with two oval shaped gray circles (from the hanger they hung it from) on the back. I returned the dress and the female owner denied that a dry clean dress could ever shrink (not true because I called Theory the maker of the dress and I was told that if the necessary precautions were not taken at establishment that indeed dress could shrink). They treated my dress for the stains. Told me to come back after 5 p.m. I did and dress was not ready. I was told to come back the next day. I did at 2 p.m. Dress not ready again. I was asked to come back at closing time. When I did pick up the dress, the male owner was rude .Gave me the dress I inspected it and there were still yellow stains and one of the gray marks on the back was still visible. I brought this to his attention, and he replied "nothing more can do for dress". You can pay for it was my thought. Mistakes happen. I get it, but take responsibility for them. I expect a business person to try to make ammends after making a mistake IF my business is worth anything. I am assemblying information to take them to small claims court. read more

Great service! I love that each time I have gone I have been in a bind to get a last minute alteration done or last minute dry cleaning and each time they have come thru! I love their efficiency and great customer service! Not to mention their reasonable prices! They have a customer for life :)! read more

I took a comforter to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it appeared like it hadn't been cleaned and I showed the gentleman there and he agreed and told me to come back in a few days. I picked up comforter and did not open it up as it's been too hot. Unfortunately when I finally opened up the plastic it was was wrapped in it still had not been dry cleaned. Looked exactly the same. Hate to spend another $40 to take to another cleaners but I have no choice read more

Ugh. I am so disappointed with this dry cleaner. We had been using them almost 10 years and then a couple of things happened in the past 6 months that caused us to find another dry cleaner (there is one a block away). First, the repair work they did to a tear near a pocket of a pair of suit pants tore again the very day the pants were worn. Doh! The final nail in the coffin, however, is the way they completely disregarded the loss of one of my formal work skirts. When it happened, the female owner took down my name and number and said she'd look for it. The next time I was there, I asked the male owner (her husband) about it and what they would do next. He completely blew me off. He said sometimes the wrong person goes home with an article of clothing and they bring it back. When I asked what happens if it never shows up, he shrugged. HE SHRUGGED! So, it's been a couple of months and I'm out a nice skirt. They have two fewer customers. read more

I'm a resaler of fine vintage clothing. I took a St Johns Knits suit, yellow knit with black leather trim on the jacket that had been well kept and at least twenty years old. I found this "cleaners" on the internet and they sounded like they can handle any type of clothing. The suit was in excellent condition except for a couple of spots which I mentioned. The next day I picked up the suit and went home to begin wrapping it to send it to a client, when I noticed the jacket was now a greyish dingy yellow, and under the flap pockets and collar, were dark spots all ove rthe jacket. Obviously the color of the black leather trim had bleed on the jacket, however the skirt still looked wonderful. And thats because there was no leather trim on it. I went back and told them what had happened and see if they could fix the problem. They said sure and took it back. Came back the next day. When I mentioned it still had spots and the guys who seemed to be stuck on stupid says," well thats kinda dumb, that it does that" Thats it !!! no apology, no refund or didn't acknowedge the fact that this $400 suit is now ruined and you can never wear it because the jacket and skirt does not match! My client had already paid for it and now I have to email her to notify her that she has no suit. If a drycleaning business does not know how to cleaned a fine garment like this, they need to tell the customer. Misrepresentation is what I now see on their website. Do they think they can ruin an expensive suit, take my twelve bucks to "clean it" make me drive to their extablishent 3 time(5 miles each way). tell me stupid things like "I dunno know" and just walk away without a problem. they got another thing coming. read more

Worse experience ever!!! I took 5 items, they didn't return one dress. I went back, she said she couldn't find it and can not do anything about it. The other dress that had leather was given back with the leather discolored and the stains on the contrast fabric weren't gone. So I basically took my favorite dress to get ruined and they returned it dirty. I asked why did this happen, she said we cleaned it that's what happens to leather, which isn't true, it was 5 shades lighter and pale, ruined. I pointed out the stains that didn't come out, she said, " you can't even really see them it's at bottom of dress" I could not believe she said that to me, that's not the point, isn't this a dry cleaners where you are supposed to take stains off, not take off the original color of a garment. I wanted to cry when I left because nothing got resolved, my favorite dress ruined and still dirty and one missing. :( read more
