I've been to a couple of dry cleaners in my life, But none that I've stuck with 6 years like Blu White. Prices for dry clean AND laundry are reasonable for the exceptional quality. Alterations are on point for quality and price. The've even cleaned my leather jacket, sneakers (color back to PURE white), and my mom's huge kitchen rug. THERE'S NOTHING THEY DON'T CLEAN!! *review for handbag cleaning only* I dropped off my Coach tote for some cleaning and I couldn't be happier. I have the classic signature fabric with some cream stripes and it came back significantly cleaner and whiter. Granted, I didn't have any large or obvious stains but the whole bag was cleaned inside and out and they didn't damage the fabric at all. Best of all, it only cost $25 to clean. I know this may seem costly, but if you have an expensive purse and don't want it ruined, this is a bargain! (the Coach cleaners themselves cost $10 and don't work well at all!) Also, just FYI, they send the purse out to be cleaned so it takes about 2 weeks to get back. They send it out on Friday afternoons so if you want to get it back asap, drop it off before then or they won't be able to send it out until the next Friday. Customer service was great and the family that runs this place is very friendly. I inquired about some of their services and here are the prices: Shirt - $1.50 ($4.25 to dry clean) Suit (jacket + pants) - $9.25 Dresses/gowns - $6.25 and up Also, if you go on their website, you can print out a coupon and get discounts off your dry cleaning. read more

This place is great. Three lanes to drive up, quick efficient service, and the clincher for me was that they were not afraid to clean my Coach purse. I have a light khaki purse that was in need of some cleaning. Every time I went to the Coach store they'd tell me to clean it with a "clean, dry cloth." Ummmmmmm... yeah... not going to do a damn thing. I went to about 4 different dry cleaners before finding Blu-White. They took my purse and cleaned it within a week to where it was beautiful! This place sucks. The people working there were extremely rude, and on top of their rudeness barely spoke English so it made it very difficult to explain what I wanted done. I gave them a few hundred dollars worth of clothes and lingerie to clean... 2 of my dresses came back with dirt marks on them, and ALL OF MY LINGERIE CAME BACK DIRTY. I bought all of my lingerie in Italy so didn't want to risk washing it myself, but it was equally as dirty as I brought it, I could have done a better job hand washing it myself. Complete waste of money and if anything made my clothes worse. If you have nice clothes don't bother going here. read more

I'm very pleased with the service I got here. I took in a pair of pants, an embroidered/blingy white jacket to get cleaned and I also got alterations for two pants and a pair of jeans. Everything, including the tailoring, was ready in two days. I am especially pleased with the tailoring job-- I got alterations done in the waist and length of both pants, and only waist in the jeans. Thanks to the careful measurements she took on the morning I inquired about alterations, my pants now fit perfectly. Each alteration was originally $10, but since I had a total of 5 alterations to be done she discounted to $8 each. My white jacket is as white as when I bought it, and none of the embroidery or blingy detail was ruined. I was especially worried about this jacket being ruined (I dared not clean it myself), but Blu-White took great care of it. read more

I've visited this establishment twice and both times left very disappointed. The first time, I dropped off sofa pillows. While they were finished in a timely manner, the pillows were ruined with chemical burns. On my next visit, I dropped off a jacket and a Christmas tree skirt. Both items were still very dirty when I picked them up. They didn't even appear to be cleaned. read more

So I have been coming to this place for about three years now. Today I honestly just feel that I have to put it out there. They do what they are suppose to do in dry cleaning , sometimes things don't back as clean as you expect it to be, only sometimes though. What gets to me the most is their attitude towards their customers. The father and the son are a bunch of douche bags, always have an attitude, they don't welcome you with a "hello" or a "hi how are you". They just take the ticket from you with a un welcoming face and charge you. Once you grab your stuff and say thank you, they just look at you with a gruntled face and say yea. No thank you or anything. I think its time to go else where now.. Now there are times a little lady will be working the front which I believe is the mother/spouse, she is very nice, smiles and welcomes you. Father and son should take notes or something, at least some communication would be nice. read more

They are friendly, very responsive to your dry cleaning needs. I came in the afternoon and requested the next day before noon. It was not a problem for them to meet my request. They are practicing social distancing by installing a barrier between the customers and employees. I am so pleased with their service. The price was very fair for the great service I received. I stopped by today Feb 15th take my clothes to get cleaned, & their hours say they open Monday thru Friday at 7am. Well, I got there at 7:30am & I waited intil 7:50am, they weren't even open. Very unreliable. I wouldn't take my clothes there if I were you. read more

A few weeks ago my daughter came out in sweet 16 and we had several issues with the place where we ordered her dress, one being the dress didn't come in until the day before the party and it needed alterations. The dress fit her big and needed to taken a lot. After all the issues I had with the dress place they wanted to charge me to have the dress altered. I wasn't going to give them any more of my money, so I had to find some where else to get the dress fixed. Since we didn't get the dress til the end of the day, I was calling around to find somewhere that would fix the dress next day, in time for the service. I called 6 different locations and all of them were closing or couldn't do the work need by the next day. I called Blue White cleaners, they heard the desperation in my voice and said they would help me out. They were closing in 10 minutes and my GPS said I was 15 minutes away, they said they would waited for me. We arrived, they pinned up the dress and said they would have it ready the next day. They had the dress ready for us with time to spare to make it to the church and it fit perfect. Now a days it's hard to find customer service like this, I don't know what I would have done with out they're kindness. They didn't know me, I'm not a regular customer and they went the extra mile for us. Thank You!! read more

Not much to say. Tried out these cleaners. Took a suit coat for cleaning and pressing. They said it would be done by the next day by 5 and it was. Seems like good quality. No complaints. Cost was $5.75. Having the drive up window was cool. 10 dollar minimum if paying by card. read more

Three lane drive up and thru dry cleaners, how much more convenient can it get . . . well I'll tell you how. They provide you with a nylon bag and a tag where you put your information and special instructions. When you arrive you just off load the bag and drive off. I love this cleaners. Jane and her family work very hard to get to know their customers. On the most part I don't even have to give them my number any more. When I walk up they know me by name and know how I like my cleaning to come out and when. Being able to drive up and jump out to drop off or pick up is great. I don't have to find parking in a strip mall or worry about shopping carts hitting my car. Or having to carry my clothes very far. With the drive up service helps out when your in a rush which I usually am. When I have to get alterations done. We went here to have one set of bed sheets laundered so that we wouldn't have to wait at the laundry mat across the street for them to dry forever. This place changed us $20!! Very outrageous! They did not tell us the price until they had already taken our sheets from us, and shooed us away before disappearing into the back, so we had no choice but to come back for them later and try to talk them down on the price, which did not work. I have been coming here for at least two decades. But in the last few years the cleaning and pressing quality has been much to be desired. Collars are pressed crooked; brown stains suddenly appear on white shirts and blouse that were not there when I brought them in; the son who works on the weekend has a crummy disposition - like this is the last place he wants to be and so on. I hate to switch cleaners but I expect more from Blu-White especially with the cost of dry cleaning. read more
