Unfortunately not, we have one dining room and one patio. We can do lager parties at certain times pending the size of the group.

Looks great but I'm allergic to seafood. Can these be made without?

Shrimp were our 2nd favorite and the crab legs a close 3rd. The sausage was a great addition. It's a bit of work to get the food but well worth it. My first seafood boil and will definitely be back. Thank you Yelp for putting on my radar! My doctors office shares the parking lot so I was well aware of the location but oddly, I never thought to go until I read the Yelp reviews. Grandma watched the kids last night so we had a last minute Friday night date night. The parking lot was packed and we didn't have reservations but they could not have been nicer. Our waiter was really fantastic. He was nice and friendly. He gave good food recommendations and when he saw me struggling with the wine list, we brought over a few samples for me to try. (His idea). We had the cheese with banana peppers that had a great little kick. (My husband declared it better than saganaki at a Greek restaurant). We also had the tuna rolls which I enjoyed but lacked a little something for me in the dipping sauce. On the waiters recommendation, my husband had the skirt steak and he had to wrestle me away from it once I tried it. Very very good and I am normally fussy with skirt steak. I opted for a salad that sounded interesting with feta and beats and figs. It was good but I think I will go with meat next time. Their $16 burger is only $8 on Wednesday nights so that may be my next trip back. read more

Saturday night at 7, bluegrass was so packed. We had to wait about 30 minutes, and had opportunities to see a wining prize on the wall (The finest 20 restaurants of Chicago 2013). Everything seemed to indicate a great restaurant, however..... I ordered Calamari as appetizer. It came in a small container, and surprisingly half of that were onion rings. The taste of calamari was ordinary. Dirty martini tasted almost plain /or tasted very little alcohol, yet it somehow was able to make me feel really tipsy(?). Jambalaya came. So disappointing! It tasted like porridge! Everything is over cooked and in a watery sauce. Even the sausage pieces were so over cooked till mushy. I asked for shrimp jambalaya, it was charged additional five more dollars for adding shrimps （$14+5）. But the shrimps were like the aliens of this dish, no taste. Their green scallions were over used. They were on the top of both the calamari and the Jambolaya. These green stuff didn't look appetizing to me. PS. We have eaten at the Blue Grass a few times and everything has always been very good. However, I also needed to have a work event at my house catered and so I asked a neighbor what he had done in the past. He recommended Blue Grass and so I called and set up an appt with the exec chef, Brian. All I can so from this point forward is that everything was terrific. Brian helped up with a great menu. He helped us with great preparation. And, for the night of the party 12/27/14 he and Jose arrive at our house and took care of EVERYTHING. They prepped, they cooked, they presented, they served, they opened wine, they cleaned up,.....and in the end it was like no one had been there......except for excellent food. We wanted to get some creole/cajun food for Mardi Gras and decided to try this place for the first time. My wife is from NOLA and I have traveled there a lot so we had pretty low expectations. We found it to be lively and all decked out. We had crawfish boudin and the shrimp remoulade salad for appetizers which were great. The salad could have used more dressing but it was way better than having too much. Entrees were crawfish etouffee and redfish w/ beans and rice. Both were amazing and the kids loved their ribs and pasta. The menu is extensive and everything looked great. I would skip the unauthentic Sazerac (served and tasted more like a mint julep) but they have a nice wine selection at reasonable prices. Meat was too sweet for my taste. Restaurant was pretty packet - i guess because portions are big and not very expensive. - you can buy one portion and it will be enough for two. Hostess managed to seat two people before us who came in after us (and also did not have reservations), we waited 45 minutes and still didn't get seated. First time here and it didn't disappoint! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, it…read morewas a great experience. Our waiter was super friendly and made some great suggestions. My favorite calamari was on the menu so I had to try it and it was delicious! The steak was done just right and I truly enjoyed it with mashed potatoes. The ambiance was decent but a bit loud due to the number of people present. All in all, a great experience and I'll be back for more.
