Today my beloved bestie went over the Rainbow Bridge , Dr Hessel was wonderfully kind , gentle , considerate She took the time too explain the procedure, what she expected to happen and those unexpected things I'll be forever grateful for her kindness in a very heartbreaking situation My Alfie was almost 16 he helped me through some difficul parts of my life and I'll be forever thankful that his transition was peaceful

Two wonderful, beautiful women ushering my boy over the bridge.

We found this facility completely by chance, and to make a long review a little bit shorter, I'll start by saying that I would (and will) recommend this place to everyone who will listen! Pet lovers, this is the team you want handling your fur babies! My sweet boy, Chief, was my first dog, and my heart dog. When the lymphoma became too much, I came to the decision that we would need to get him out of pain as quickly as we could. My fiancé and I spent hours calling around to see who could come and do an in-home euthanasia ASAP. We landed with Senior Paws / Blue Pearl Pet Hospice, as they were able to make it out the next day, and after business hours. The two women who traveled out to my mothers house arrived on time, they were polite and patient, and had a calm, caring energy about them. My dog was immediately comfortable and relaxed around these sweet techs. We had invited all of Chief's favorite people to gather and honor the end of his life, so we had a small crowd with us. All of us were instantly in tears, and these beautiful, amazing women cried alongside us. They sat on the floor with us as we held Chief's paw and guided him on his final journey. I never imagined having two strangers share that type of love and pain with me. I felt like they loved him as much as I did, and words truly cannot express how much that meant to me and my family. After he had crossed over, they gave me as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes, and they paid attention to the small details like bringing his favorite green ball with him, and wrapping him in his favorite blanket for the trip back to their facility. His memorial items turned out perfectly and it was very apparent that they were made with care. The default wooden urn is absolutely beautiful, sturdy, and high quality. I had planned to buy a custom one, but there ended up being no need for that, because the one we received is so nice. This was such a horrible time for me, but Senior Paws / Blue Pearl Pet Hospice made it better in every way imaginable. I couldn't have dreamed up a better way to honor and say goodbye to my baby. The entire process was easy, stress-free, well-priced, and filled with love. They made saying goodbye easier and I will forever be grateful for that. Chief deserved the absolute best until the very end, and because of this team, he got exactly that. I want to say Thank You to the staff, and especially to the two women who sent my boy over the rainbow bridge. You will always hold a place in my heart because of your compassion and care.

He went everywhere with me. He passed away on a Sunday afternoon, and when I called Angel Oaks Pet Crematory, I was honestly surprised someone answered. I could barely speak through the tears, but from the very first moment, they were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They immediately put me at ease during one of the most difficult moments of my life. When my wife and I brought him in, the level of respect, care, and understanding they showed was truly remarkable. You can tell they genuinely care. I was told the urn I selected might take 7-10 days, which I completely understood--but just two days later, they called to say everything was ready. The urn itself is absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Angel Oaks. If you've lost a beloved pet, I highly recommend them. They treated my dog--and us--with the dignity and compassion we needed. I'm truly grateful.

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience…read more I want to begin by acknowledging that the owner was professional and respectful throughout this situation. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the handling of my case by the front desk staff. After my dog passed away, I was told I needed to complete a JotForm before the cremation process could begin. I informed the receptionist multiple times that I had never received the form and asked for it to be resent. During my first call, I was placed on hold for approximately 16 minutes and was assured it would be sent. By the following day, I still had not received it, so I called again. Rather than addressing the issue, the receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and was unwilling to listen as I tried to explain that I had never received the form. After more than a week with no updates or communication regarding my dog's remains, I was informed that the cremation would no longer be performed and that I would need to retrieve my dog's body instead. As a grieving pet owner, I found this deeply distressing. After my dog's body had been in their care for over a week, I was faced with the possibility of having to identify and transport her remains myself. This is an experience no family should have to endure, particularly when the delay resulted from a communication breakdown outside of their control. Compassion, clear communication, and professionalism are especially important when families are coping with the loss of a beloved pet. While I appreciate the owner's professionalism, the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled by the front desk left me disappointed and added unnecessary emotional distress during an already difficult time.

Through it all, Dr. Shah has been a true light for our family. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for our dogs and for us as pet parents has been extraordinary. She has gone above and beyond every step of the way -- calling, texting, and checking in on Myla and Marlee daily, making sure all of our questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed with patience and empathy. No matter how many questions we had, she never rushed us and always made us feel that our dogs' well-being was her top priority. Dr. Shah is not only an outstanding veterinarian but also a truly beautiful human being. I had one vet offer to put one of my kitties down because she became diabetic and then put her on an awful regimen to control it. Dr. Addleman, gave me guides on how to get her back to being non-diabetic (not all cats respond but mine did) and a much more sensible regimen. Cats and dogs are not alike and it is always hard with patients that can't talk but they are super caring and patient. One dog vet even gave one of my cats a hard, heavy plastic collar like they would a dog after surgery.
