I will also say the hours are until 8 PM but several times they have turned away to go orders starting at 4 PM. I don't understand the difference between offering someone to dine in or to go. If it's a small order, I could just put the food in it to go box myself at the table..... if there's a reason they're not taking to go orders they need to state what it is. About the flavor difference I don't know the potatoes taste different. The burnt ends taste different. The brisket taste different. They have also made several menu changes and changes to how they advertise in the actual brick-and-mortar location. With all these changes over the last six years, it just does not feel or taste like the same restaurant. And I'm turned off by the refusal of to go orders. I would much rather drive down the street to the other barbecue location.

I ordered the Reuben, and the bread-to-meat ratio was way off (photo attached). It was mostly bread with very little filling, especially for a ~$14 sandwich. The sides were okay, but the portions overall felt pretty minimal given the pricing. I always want to support local restaurants, especially ones prioritizing local ingredients, so this was a letdown. Based on this visit, I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Mine came with nicely seasoned, tender chicken, crema, and tater tots. I think there might have been more ingredients. They also have a verde and a roja salsa, both of which were very tasty and packed some heat. The large flour tortilla was nicely browned, and both of our burritos were very flavorful. My only complaint is that one end of my burrito did not have any chicken. So, more chicken, otherwise delicious. Our server did a very good job, checking back with us a few times. She was friendly and attentive. I did not care for the noise level. It was very loud, though I could still hear my wife speaking. However, we had a larger party of women near us that were extremely loud, until they received their food, and then they quieted down. But, not a great place if you want to have some quiet conversation. However, we will most certainly be back.
