Sat at the bar for our meal for better social distancing and the bartender was awesome. Had the Big 'Mac Daddy' angus burger which was great, and the beer braised beef tacos, also great. Sampled a flight of their beers which were impressive, left with a 4 pack of their Penna Pale Ale and Foxtail IPA. Their Vanilla Porter was also really good but not available in cans right now. I was in town for work and fell upon this place. I stopped in for a late lunch. This place was nice and open inside. I sat at the bar and ordered a pineapple mango beer, I think it was a wheat ale. The one beer that I had was great. Can't wait to come back and try more. I had a salad with shrimp for lunch which was also super tasty and portion size was large. First of all, I'd like to start by saying that I found this place because they were at a fundraising event for Animal Care Sanctuary which is a no-kill animal shelter in East Smithfield, PA. They were very friendly and obviously were donating their time and resources to support a very worthy cause! The place is very classy for a brewery. It is very clean, nice restrooms, and lots of seating space both indoor and outdoor! LOTS of room and plenty of different types of seating available. The service is SECOND TO NONE! It is clear that the people who run this business are proud of their establishment and actually care a great deal about their customers and their satisfaction! :) We ordered a salad and a veggie burger. The portions are very large and fair for the cost. EVERYTHING we ordered was EXCELLENT! (Both food and drink!) There is a huge variety on the menu and definitely something for everybody. They have vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is homemade from the black bean veggie burgers down to the salad dressing. You can tell that the food is homemade because it is unique in flavor and fresh. (I attempted to buy a bottle of their Italian salad dressing but they can't sell it.) The food is from local sources. You need to give this place a try if you have not had the pleasure to try it yet! The beer selections were pretty good. Food selections, not so good. You definitely will NOT leave there full. It's a small business, so it is obvious that they make their money on the chincey amount of food on a small plate. $14 for a mini chicken breast on a plate of lettuce is a bit much. We love going here for the great craft beer and the drinks. We even stopped by to play trivia and the place was packed and so they sat us in the hallway but assured us that when a table became available they would move us. True to their word they did. Looking for the local option - came here for the beer and ended up having a perfectly prepared sirloin as well! Did the flight of beer and was impressed with the range of offerings beyond the standard blonde, ale, lager and IPA, they had a Sour, Marzen, Porter, and Session IPA! So I finally tried bluestone and it did not disappoint. We ordered the pulled pork nachos with spicy cheese and regular cheese, the pretzels with cheese, the bluestone burger, and the pulled pork sandwich. My score for each individual food menu item is as follows, burger 6/5, nachos 4/5, pretzels 3.5/5 and the pulled pork sandwich 4/5. The burger is quite possibly the best burger I've ever put into my mouth, cooked to perfection perfectly seasoned all the ingredients go together, just get it. The nachos we felt like were a tad on the plain side even with everything on them, the onions were really the only thing that gave it really good flavor, we were kind of surprised a brewery doesn't have a beer cheese for the pretzels, it was like a queso, and the pulled pork sandwich needed a little more flavor so we added BBQ sauce to it, overall very good, especially for bar food and honestly some of the better food in the valley period. Awesome place and enjoyed the brew. Passing through on business and it's right behind the hotel I was in. Walked in, was welcomed in and waited on right away. Decent pub food. The restaurant claims to have locally-sourced ingredients. My beef pepperoncini sandwich was overstuffed and tasty. My wife didn't like the lebanon bologna sandwich because the meat was cut too thick. Service was friendly and prompt, and the prices were reasonable. We went here for a Date Night on a Friday evening and the place was packed. It's a small space with tables placed closely together. We love their burgers, so my husband thought this would be a good place to eat, but not on a Friday night. They were hosting a trivia event that evening, but we had no idea. The place filled to overflowing pretty quickly. Wish we had known an event was planned. They should have better signage to warn folks off when doing stuff like this, we would have gone somewhere else. Parking is sparse here, and it's hard to get out if you're driving anything bigger than an economy car. Someone came to our table during our meal and asked to take two chairs away with them. ?? Not exactly the ideal setting for what we were trying to create. The acoustics inside the building are really bad. Hollow. We might go here again in the middle of the day, for lunch, but not for an evening outing. My steak was overcooked, and hubs had to chase down the waitress for refills on his coffee. He did enjoy his burger, and says he always does. Neither of us drink, so the pub offerings are not a draw for us, but might be for others. Disappointed this time around. read more

Went here to check it out as it's very close to the BInghamton area. I love trying out breweries and this was certainly worth the trip! I did a flight and I have to say that their beer is very good. The standouts for me were the Blackberry 1537 and also the 1537 Imperial Blonde Ale. Unique and distinct flavors for each. The blackberry was subtle but I could see this as a very popular choice on a very hot summer day--smooth and subtle with a nice hint of berry. The blonde ale was my favorite of the two. Very smooth and I actually got a finish like an ice tea if that makes any sense. I just thought it was unique and very good. Also had a bite to eat. They have a nice menu and there is something for everyone. I got the southwest veggie burger and it was very good. I ordered a side of cold slaw and that was also very good. The atmosphere was very casual and you can tell it's a favorite place to hang out as there were a lot of folks there with Bluestone Brewing shirts and hats on. Food is excellent! The part that drove me nuts is that a group of 4, who obviously knew the people that work here, came in after us and got served immediately. Our stuff came out a long time after. My only other issue was that none of the sodas they advertised on the on-table menus were available.
