It was busy when we went so I can't say we had the typical experience. We were seated and after 20mins we had seen multiple people order at the bar. We went to order at the bar and another 30mins passed before our order was up. We didn't love the food, but u chose the place based on a local saying it was a solid simple choice. So I have faith it was just due to how busy they were. Later we realized we could of had our order taken when we were checked on mid_wait. Maybe have more than one server on the weekend would be a good boost to this location. Although I didn't love my experience, I wouldn't be surprised if others have better luck than us.

Bluestone is a nice Australian chain great for brunch. I've come a number of times and there are good vegetarian options that I've enjoyed. The egg and cheese with aioli was a little greasy so be mindful. The vegan banana bread was absolutely delightful and would pair well with any of their drinks!

Nice ambiance, clean and bright space. At 8:20 in the morning there were quite a few people here. The food and drinks are typical of Bluestone. Mocha was rich and creamy. Very friendly staff and good service.

super cute spot in the rittenhouse area! i enjoyed our brunch overall. their coffee is good, and i enjoyed my vanilla latte. the food was decent, but not special. i ordered the BL burrito which was not bad with the help of cholula hot sauce. the meal was on the expensive side (almost $50 for two) given the smallish portions, but adequate for a simple brunch. staff was friendly and prompt, no issues with service. we did have trouble flagging down our server for the bill, and i had to go up to the front to pay. overall a solid spot!

    Aussie Iced Latte

Stopped by for a quick coffee and settled on trying the Aussie iced latte. It felt like a mix between an affogato and a coffee float but was still a unique drink itself. It's basically a latte but the ice cubes are replaced with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This was such a perfect drink for a hot morning. The coffee quality is smooth+flavorful and as the ice cream melts it gives it that perfectly sweet creaminess.

I quite enjoyed our breakfast here. We were staying just down the street, so it was incredibly convenient. It was our server's last day (or so she told us), so the service was quite slow. I felt like we had to keep reaching out and asking to order, asking for water, asking for the check. We sat and waited for at least 25 minutes with empty plates waiting for the check. Had she been a little more attentive (or at all) this definitely would have been a 5-star experience. The breakfast food was excellent. I don't drink coffee, so I can't comment on that. The food was fresh and the flavors were fantastic. Everything sounded delicious and it really took some effort to narrow down the options. I'd love to come back here some day!

Salmon toast was good and coffee was good as well. I like their variety of options. The nitro oatmilk I had didn't stand out for me but it wasnt bad. The filtered water seemed overly warm. Waitress was excellent with service.

Always yummy. I tend to order to go, but occasionally I will dine in. It's just a nice easy place for breakfast and somewhat healthy.

Honestly just decent. I've tried the Cambridge location as well and that one felt cleaner with more options. The portions here felt smaller, they didn't have the sweet & yummy lemon pancakes on the menu, and I felt like I was bothering the waitstaff when I asked them to replace my spoon after it fell on the ground. Kinda wish we'd tried Green Eggs Cafe for brunch instead!

Food was delicious but what really made this was the service! The servers were all so kind and patient despite being busy on a Sunday morning

    Iced Beet Latte

This place was really cute, but perhaps not my style. For starters, even though it's a coffee shop, you must wait to be seated, and there isn't much room if you have more than 4 people. The drinks were fine, and the trellis tea was perhaps the best, but the chai was lacking in flavor, the beet latte mostly tasted like malt, and the matcha latte was rather bitter. And of course, everything had typical coffee shop prices of $6-7. I enjoyed the mobile order option, and the drinks came fairly quickly, but I would order much differently if I went back again.

I don't think I've ever visited an an hour where I've seen it not. Often a line going from the counter, down the stairs, all the way to the bathroom. If you're looking for a quick coffee stop, don't expect to be in and out of here. That being said, they've got some kinds of seating not typical of coffee shops, including this nice long U-shaped couch seating. You'll be around with other folks reading or enjoying their joe, but it's a nice change of pace. Working-wise, wi-fi is solid. Outlets are sparse. Hard to stay a long time here. Music is at least at a tolerable level to tune out and is not usually too bumping. Staff here are quick, but won't be the friendliest. They won't be rude either. They're just trying to get through the line so don't take it personally Overall: would much prefer other places like Capital One Cafe for the reasons I visit cafes, but I can see this being a nice place for other more leisurely-natured visits!

It is a very small shop, so there are only a few tables inside, along with a few outside depending on the weather. Although small, the interior is clean and cozy. A single restroom is available. Parking is on the street. Mild noise level. They have a good amount of drink options, including rotating specials, as well as pastries, bread, and misc items like granola and coffee beans. The drinks are delicious - definitely recommend their matcha. The pastries are huge, flavorful, and filling. Slightly dry but I did go right before closing. They have a nice variety of flavors (both sweet and savory), so most palettes will be satisfied. Prices are definitely fair. If I weren't just a traveler passing through, this would easily become a regular spot for me. It's at least on the "must return to" list! 10/10 recommend.

We braved negative degree weather for the roughly 10 minute walk from our hotel. We walked in at a good time. This is the type of place where a reservation for breakfast would be required. We were sat immediately. The dining area is tight. A green velvet bench, marble tables, metal chairs, all packed into a small area. You could very well have your butt brush over the table of the patrons next to you if you have to get up for any reason. It's tight. Our server was around quickly. He was super friendly and kept things conversational, light and sophisticated. My wife ordered an iced latte, I had their hot drip coffee. For a starter, we had to try the cinnamon knot bread. While it wasn't what we were expecting, it was good. Although, we wouldn't order again. The bread is presented as a small loaf, room temperature with a cold cream cheese icing drizzled over top. The bread had a mild cinnamon flavor and was dry. It lacked the sweet, moist dough you expect from a cinnamon bread. My wife ordered the French style omelet. This had gruyere cheese and chives. Beautifully plated, perfectly cooked and the taste was spot on. It was good enough to forget that she paid $21 for just an omelet, no meat, no sides. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. Pretty standard here. The eggs had bright orange yolks which is common for farm fresh eggs. The "coffee" hollandaise didn't come across with a coffee flavor but it was rich and went well with the ham and English muffins. One thing that stuck with me was their drip coffee. Not sure if it has been a while since I had a light roast but the Rival Bros. Revolver coffee was so good, I got a bag of whole beans to bring back home with me. I may even order it again online. Enswell succeeded on all fronts. The ambiance and service was great. The decor, impeccable. The food, thoughtful and tasty. The details from the silverware to the plates added to the experience. We would come back.
